“Items missing, left in communal hallway on first delivery, second delivery no date and no time slot given, they call me at work and ask why I am not answering the door, useless”
“Cannot rate them any lower. Very very poor customer service. The driver came for collection and only to inform that his vehicle does not have space for any more item and that he will reschedule for the next day but nobody turned up. Its 3rd day today and still waiting for them. Reading older reviews I think they should be stopped from trading.”
“Given a two hour slot for delivery did not arrive. Contacted them it is out for delivery. Phoned this morning no apologies disgusting customer service Courier arrives 24 hours after delivery slot so rude and lazy. Would not recommend this company to anybody”
“Terrible attitude of drivers. Rude and threatening. After asking if I could check for damage before he left, he shoved a torn scrap of paper with the words "driver will not wait". So as requested by the company I was getting a delivery from wrote on the paper driver will not wait to check for damage. I was given a load of abuse and told anymore delivers to this address will not make it or will be damaged. Absolutely appalling.”

“No show delivery twice now - although driver lied that attempt was made. Difficult to contact depot - engaged or doesn’t answer phone. Give you drivers mobile who doesn’t bother to answer or respond to messages.
Business model appears to be provide the cheapest courier and survive on a volume of consignments they can’t actually fulfill!
Simply put if you use XDP as your logistics partner I won’t put my business through you.”
“I had 2 parcels collected to be returned to The Range... (ZDBWKT007500). The courier failed to turn up twice and on attempt number 3 have scanned one of my parcels but the second (a 7foot parcel) has gone astray....I was promised a call back from their escalation team last Wednesday (23rd) and still waiting. They were to send a two man collection due to the size and weight but a guy turned up at 7.30pm on his own with his girlfriend in his van. Darlington Depo. Seriously considering reporting this as a theft to the police as I can’t even speak to my local depo as nobody ever answers the call... The Range have made investigation (apparently) and maintain only one parcel has been validated. Parcel of that size do not go missing! Please do not use them!”
“This company is a big mistake! Does not deserve even 1 star.
I have received an email that my parcel has to be delivered between 17 - 18 of January. I had a call from XDP on Friday afternoon and they ask me whether it is ok if they will deliver a parcel to me the next day (Saturday). I have been waiting the whole day and nobody come. Nobody informed me they are not going to come on Saturday. The parcel didn't come on Monday as well. I made a call to XDP customer service and they guaranteed it will be delivered the next day. Now we have nearly a week from the day the parcel had to be delivered and still have not received anything. I can still see that my Parcel is at the depot when using the reference number. Avoid this company if you want to have your products to be delivered on time or even if you want to see your product at all.”
“Awful service should have delivered on Saturday. Waited in all day nothing. Emailed them and they cannot give you a time frame when they can deliver so took a day off work & rearranged. Confirmed with them the date via email, I was then contacted by the company I ordered the bed through that they were delivering today (Wednesday) between 2.24- 4.24 emailed xdp who again confirmed that they would deliver Friday. At 10pm on Wednesday I get a phone call to say they are 10 mins away, after getting me out of bed the driver couldn’t find my address no one has had a problem before, sat nav takes you to the front door. The packaging was ripped open on one of the boxes with part of the items bent. Needless to say very unhappy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”
“Disgraceful service. I received a text yesterday to advise that my goods would be delivered between 2:36 and 4:36pm. I took the afternoon off as leave, waited in and heard nothing. No delivery. At around 5:15pm I called and was told they were on their way. Rearranged school pick ups and still nothing. After me calling today, there was no apology but just told they have 3 days in which to deliver and they cannot tell me when this will be appalling and rude! Do not use this company. Very unreliable. What a wasted half a day leave.”
“Absolutely shocking company. Tried theee times to deliver, first time there was no contact from XDP so no one was in. Not ideal, but fair enough. Second attempt arranged and I told them we would be in and to phone if any issues. My wife waited in and the driver just posted a note saying ‘we tried to deliver...’ through the door, no knock (dog would have heard, always does), no phone call, just left. Then rearranged to deliver to my office as that is always manned. They were actually in the building, couldn’t see anyone from our office, didn’t bother to ask at the reception window of the other firm who work there, and just drove off.
Absolutely shocking customer service, one phone call from the driver to me on any of the three ‘attempts’ would have sorted the issue. Particularly annoying on the last try as they knew there had been problems. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”
“I ordered a bed that cod were due to deliver, they attempted to deliver when we were out and out a note through the door asking us to arrange delivery with them which we did, however they did not turn up, when we rang again they stated that they had sent it back to the seller. I was then charged £25 by the company as XP’s has charged them this. Do stated that had tried to deliver the bed theee times, thy did not turn up when we arranged and no card has been put through our letter box other than the first one.
I have been told nothing but lies and they will just tell me to take it up with he bed company who want me to take it up with the courier.
Please do not use as you run the risk of being charged for nothing!!”
“DISGRACE,I agree with all other unsatisfied customers,ordered a table from eBay,it arrived at their depot on the 30th dec,followed tracking it was due for delivery on the7th,/9th on the 7th up pops exception fail??,waited till the 9th,then I got in contact with xdp,was told the van had broken down!!!and my delivery was due out on the 10th,another wasted day,surprise surprise,didn't show,called their motherwell office,first thing,everything is in hand,waiting for management to singn it out,will call me back,waited till afternoon,I call again management just received email 10mins ago,they would let me know,by this time iwas getting
Angry,I hung up on them was fed up listening to lies, late afternoon I called again and asked to speak to management,was put through eventually,latest story was that their warehouse had caught fire,and they didn't know what had been damaged,very surprised that nobody else had thought to tell me this,called head office today14th ,they didn't know nothing,was advised to reorder,
Hopefully the seller don't use this company again,A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME,FULL OF EXCUSES”

“Simply the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. Poor Comm's, a stinking attitude and rude staff. The delivery managers and drivers barely speak English.
After confronting the issue the helpline staff admitted that my parcel had been on the wrong route but they had still been marking the tracking information as delivery attempted. i received my goods in the end but it felt that it was more by luck than a professional courier service.
This company is a joke. They might be cheap but if you read the comments posted here and still use them you will regret it.”
“Pretty rude service. Get provided short notice of upcoming delivery (2 hours). Try to call the driver and email the depot. Get no response from this. Follow up with another call the following day and driver said there has been no attempt to contact them and now saying he's not sure when delivery will be possible. Think they have forgotten they are being paid to provide a service”
