I placed an order on a Thursday and paid the premium for Saturday delivery. On Friday Adexa called and said Saturday delivery was not possible so I switched to the following week. I was told I would get a refund for the extra charge for Saturday. But Adexa are refusing now to honour this refund for the Saturday delivery they could not make. The BBQ cooker we received works well so far.

Well Adexa, I’m not surprised to see you have the worst reviews possible. You are absolutely useless, you’re customer service drone, Eloise, is dull, witless and doesn’t give a damn. Do you actually search for gobsh**e people for the roll or do train them to be that way. Your products are shyte chinese Knock offs and do not work. How you haven’t been shut down yet amazes me. I wish you illness FU

Avoid at all costs! They sent a faulty item. I then asked for a refund and sent the item back. That’s over a month ago and no refund has been issued yet. It took over two weeks from the time that I reported the fault until I was able to send the item back again and the process was overly complicated. Have gladly bought the item from Empire Supplies instead: https://www.empiresuppliesonline.co.uk They were very professional and the return label was in the package already in case of any issues.

I wanted to leave a NO STAR review but was only able to leave a minimum of one. This is the worst company to purchase catering equipment. Should have read the reviews first. Purchased kitchen equipment equipment and they have broken down only after two months of purchase. Reported it to company and they say we are only covered for parts. We have to get a report by an independant company before they will do anything. Worst company to deal with and their customer service is disgusting.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with I wish I had read the reviews before. Returned a faulty machine which they say couldn't be fixed so was given a credit (well so I am lead to believe!!!). It was in fact a coupon which you have to use within 6 months which they didn't inform me of at the time. When to place another order and the coupon as now expired by 5 days so I get nothing I am absolutely raging NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I have bought a dishwashing machine that never worked, then they asked me to send a report to see the problem, So we had to pay a company to see the problem of the dishwasher, then they started saying that the report was not clear when it was saying exactly what the problem is, after 7 months, we have to pay a second contractor to have a look at the washing machine, and the second contractor saying the same problem PCB board issue as the first call out. Adexa accepted the second report, and now they are requesting a picture of the PCB board, it just does not make any sense they are just losing time for the warranty to finish. I would never recommended after 10 months they did not find any solution and the dishwasher never worked,

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Damaged product and incorrect product delivered and now I'm having to take time out of my business day to returns these. No collection offered for their mistakes. Would never order from them again. Shocking customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I have been completely shafted by this company. I bought a catering sink which arrived damaged. This is the response I had from their so called customer service: “Please be advised we have had confirmation these items do not come assembled please see below image of how they come. As per the terms and conditions you have agreed to at point of sale, all damage must be reported within 24hrs in order to make a claim as this wasn't reported within that time frame we are unable to ascertain when this damage occurred. ​ Due to this we will not accept a return on the item and any warranty has been voided due to the item being damaged during assembly” They are calling me a liar, stating that I have damaged this item. Furthermore they are refusing to refund or replace. I complained within 48 hours of delivery. Absolutely disgusting and I will be taking it further. Do Not Order from this company!!!!!

Absolutely appalling company , they list items on there website to make them look new then at the top of the page a tiny tiny star says they are grade B which you wouldn’t have a clue about as it isn’t in the description. When my item turned up it was absolutely disgusting packaging where it’s been re packaged . The item don’t work at all , I have tried phoning , emails was blocked , I have sent and received around 30 emails now and still getting no where after it’s being faulty when it was delivered, adexa keep coming out with rubbish about send this pic send this video etc and every time I do as proof they keep fobbing me off asking to try a different video etc . Absolutely avoid this dodgy company .

Received a burr coffee grinder claimed to be for light commercial or domestic use. I bought for domestic use. Failed after less than a week. Ground one bag of coffee over one week and had to strip it down as per the cleaning manual and the drive mechanism was rock solid with grinds below the hopper outlet. Cleaned, tried to run the machine again and clogged up again. Cleaned and clogged again. Customer services refused to take it back unless I stripped it down and provided a photographic evidence of the fault. I said they need to sort it out. They then said I had no rights as I was a commercial customer and I was also expected to clean it regularly. Amazing, they think someone using it for light commercial use should strip a coffee machine down every 6 coffees taking 30 minutes each time, had I been using it for this purpose. She talked over me and was disrespectful and put the phone down 3 times. Had to contact credit card company to resolve.

Appalling customer service. They delivered a grill to the wrong address, despite confirming the shipping address twice. It cost me an additional £250 to get it couriered to the correct address. I conveyed this to the company, and they ignored my messages completely. They also refused to connect me with a manager, but saying that a manager would call me at some point. After one month of waiting for a manager to call, they told me that the call was not necessary, Yet the issue was never resolved. I will never use this company again. They have no Management structure or official complaints policy in place.

This company is scam. I ordered two workshop benches in my kitchen. They haven't delivered the good 10 days after I ordered. I emailed them three times, they kept saying, tracking good, will deliver. I fed up with waiting so I call them to refund. A lady said that it will charge me carriage £24. It was last Friday then refund money came today only £231. I paid over £380 including vat. How could it possible? Please tell me anyone? This company even understands what is consumers right 2015 act.

One of the horrible company in the UK. After taking money they won’t send the items. Not issuing the refund. They will not refund or help you once you plan an order. You will not get any kind of customer service. One simple answer, we use third party delivery service. Be careful before making an order.

Oh my gosh, I phoned to Adexa company this morning to cancel my order. I fed up with waiting for the delivery last 7 days. A lady said charge me £24 delivery service which I haven't received the goods. That is very poor quality service and consumer protection act, this company shouldn't charge me delivery cost. As I am running a business, I was absolutely shocked when she said she will deduct the delivery cost. Also, refund won't be available next 5 days. Please be aware of absolutely poorly customer service.

In all my history of ordering online I have never come across such a bad company. I ordered an item which wasn’t suitable, so tried to return and for the first time in years I was told that I needed to pay for the return courier and 25% of the cost of the item as a restocking fee! When I objected to this I was told ‘read the small print’ then I was told because I’ve left it so long I couldn’t return the item at all .. the time lag was caused by a lack of response to my objections. When I asked for a management callback I was told you may or may not get one… unbelievable, avoid this company like the plague. There is even a Facebook page dedicated to complaints and warnings

This company are big scammers! Do not order from them. Placed an order and next day called to cancel the order and we had more items to purchase and they said they could not hold or cancel the order and if we required a refund they would take 25% and courier fee and admin fee. We paid £1066 and only got back £536. We no item purchase. Day light robbery. I'd advise no one to order from them unless you are defo sure you will not want a refund.

SCAM artists at work. Paid £40 for next day delivery, my fridge was not received, I had to run my event without a bottle fridge, the events been and gone, I did without and cancelled the order, given they didnt bother delivering, now I am being told they're charging over £350 in charges for a cancelled order. The company are an absolute joke. The rudest customer service staff ever, they're vile.

Bought a pretty expensive Kamado BBQ from Adexa - arrived in good time but it had a missing / duplicate part so it has meant you can't put the frame together to stand the 80kg BBQ in. 4 months laters, still chasing Customer Support to a) get a part sent out or b) to even call me back as promised. I must have emailed / called about 15 times over 4 months with still no resolution, not able to speak to a manager, can't guarantee a call back, no one in the "spares team" to confirm status. Terrible customer, absolutely useless service which is a shame as the BBQ itself and price was really good. However, if you can't even use the item purchased then it's a complete waste. AVOID Adexa!!!!
