I would not even give them 1 star. All I can say as a company owner myself there is a reason it's hard to find reviews on them and no option on there website to do so because it would be bad this is why. I ordered goods which was not delivered as it should have been. Was late and had to collect myself. Took over a month so far for refund of delivery which I am still waiting for and proberly cost me more in business hours trying to get through to them to sort the refund. No compensation offered when asked just the refund for delivery which I am still waiting for. I am going to try and find other places to leave a review on so people don't get in the same situation as myself but when I look in the future no reviews on a business website I SHALL AVOID.

Do not use this cowboy outfit. I ordered a fryer, one side didn’t work so I have contacted them continually for the past month to rectify the situation with no reply from them at all, they never answer the phone or emails so I’m out of pocket for a few hundred pounds. Absolutely shocking service.

Ordered a kitchen gantry which arrived damaged and with parts missing. Was unable to contact by telephone which is never answered. Email is not replied to therefore it is impossible to have any contact with this company after you have made your purchase. BEWARE - not a company to deal with.

Cannot be contacted. I've been trying to cancel my order and have phoned repeatedly, used there message form and emailed. Nothing back. Really dodgy. And they have my money.

Horrific experience! Bought a microwave shelf. Contrary to company policy the delivery driver did not contact me to advise of delivery. No signature would have been obtained therefore. Rather they left it in unused porch. I discovered it 2 days later (this based on Adexa's account of delivery date!) It arrived with box in tact but shelf damaged with scratches down both sides. Contacted company for a refund - I couldn't get them to answer the phone and email responses very slow and limited. They told me I had gone beyond the 24hr notification period after delivery and should have notified their driver of the issue on delivery. Tried to point out that the shelf had been left in my unused porch for 2 days without me knowing it was there - on delivery the driver had made no attempt to contact me or my builder who was at the address that week to receive it. I had no text or email to tell me it had been delivered. When I discovered it I notified them within 24hrs of the damage. They just haven't responded to my explanation and totally ignored me. I have to resort to consumer ombudsman as a result. In my view this company is not willing to follow their own policy and certainly not prepared to listen to their customer when they breach that policy. Totally unreasonable.

Purchased a commercial undercounter dishwasher for our new restaurant kitchen and also a glasswasher for the bar. Both are utter rubbish, meaning that we have to pay staff to manually clean them which is hardly cost effective. We also installed two large canopy extractors, the switches burnt out and failed within two weeks of use. We have tried to contact adexa by phone and email without any response. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY AND THE USELESS JUNK IT SELLS, COWBOYS WHO SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

I have ordered items on 4/4/2021. They took my money immediately and yet now I cannot get through as my goods still have not turned up. Every time I phone it either gets cut off, shows as engaged or just rings non stop. No one replies to emails. You are shocking, I am a new business about to open and your holding it up.

They have lots of terrible reviews - luckily we noticed before spending £2000 with on a multideck with them. Paid a little extra and bought it somewhere else. Bought a counter top freezer from them because we couldnt find it anywhere else - so we "risked it". It turned up with a large dent in the front of the cabinet. We emailed them with no reply. We later tried to level the freezer but couldn't because one of the feet near the damage was also bent. Emailed them again and still no reply. I hate people like this and cant be arsed to chase them so a friend with a car body shop fixed it. They have so many damaged deliveries I think they buy cheap seconds and sell them as perfect. My advice is pay a little extra if you need to but use someone else - it may well be worth it!

The worst customer service ever! I ordered goods on the 3rd April totalling over £1000. It took 12 to 15 days for them to arrive over a number of days. One item I received was broken so I tried phoning quite literally over 15 times before anyone picked up. It was agreed that it would be picked up by a courier on the following Tuesday. I waited in all day tuesday but nobody came. I emailed saying I would like to make a complaint and that no courier had come. I did receive an email back after 20 minutes stating they would come the next day which they did... no apology... no addressing my complaint. So I sent a follow up email a out the complaint but got no response. I tried phoning again (over 35 calls this time!!) I was greeted by the most argumentative, rude and dismissive agent I have ever spoken to (Joe). He spoke over me, argued with me, blamed me for anything he could before saying someone else would call me and then just hing up on me. Im sure if products arrive fine then the company is ok to deal with... but be warned if there is something wrong with your order you will have a near impossible task of getting it sorted. And please expect to be spoken to like a complete idiot too. 20 days later and I am still without some of the products I ordered. I will never use them again.

This company are a total bunch of cowboys. Stay well clear of you don’t want to get stressed out and have the hassle of going to your bank for a refund. We had a beer fridge delivered, opened the following week after delivery , and it had a massive dent right in the front of it. We contacted them and they said it was our fault as we didn’t inspect on delivery, which the goods were very well packed with cardboard and polystyrene so there’s no way it’s happened by the courier. They have refused to take it back or offer a partial refund for the damage, despite being within the 14 days long distance selling time scale for goods as described and 30 days within the timescale of faulty goods which this is. I think the company buy returned goods , and resell as 100% products. Avoid avoid avoid this company are deceitful , and extremely cheeky when they respond to any issues. I’ve never dealt with such an appalling company and customer service staff. The one customer service incompetent woman is very cheeky and her manager another incompetent lady doesn’t even bother to respond to e mails. Also the telephone number on the website doesn’t work. Scam scam scam stay very clear. Ps you will also note there is no defending themselves against these terrible reviews which says it all. To note I have been told to delete the customer services and managers name as they feel it’s in breach of their data protection. However they can take £455 of my money, send me a broken damaged beer fridge and tell me it’s not their problem. I have went to my credit card company who are going to investigate these cowboys and will be fully reporting to trading standards. The goods delivered have no manufacturer name, the instructions do not give you any instruction on how to control the broken equipment , and lastly if you have any mechanical problems whatsoever do not even think you’ll have a warranty as they are no interested. Do not be fooled by the cheap prices. If it’s too good to be true it usually is, which is totally the case. You have been warned. I’ll be leaving this review on as many sites as possible too!!!

Bought a Mid Commercial Microwave on the 30th of March 2021 and on the 17th of April the Bulb no longer working, Contacted them and was advised I need to make my own arrangements as this is a consumable. Disappointed at the response I received, I will never recommend this company.

Terable company worst ever customer service that's if you can get a hold of them, faulty products they bluntly sell you some thing dogey and avoid you. My advice see the name Adex close your page and look else where

Order No : 344944 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We ordered and paid for two patio heaters which were due to be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. 15 days later only one heater arrived. We tried over 20 times to call by phone but their phone cut off every time. We sent daily emails that remain ignored. This company is a disgrace ! We wished we read the reviews for Adexa before ordering as we would never have used the.

Please do not buy from this company - from order to delivery and after care, the whole experience has been absolutely shocking. I have worked in the hospitality industry for many years and this is by far THE WORST company i have ever dealt with.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Order No: 334129 The Bain Marie arrived completely different size and specification to that advertised on their website. They delivered a dry bain marie and not a Wet bain marie that was ordered. I sent in numerous photos and dimensions, they have refused to collect and refund. AFTER SALES is extremely poor. I have repeatedly advised that it is NOT a wet bain marie, yet it falls on deaf ears! They have refused to acknowledge or replace/refund. You are better to spend a bit more money and use another decent supplier.
