Unfortunately I checked the reviews after I ordered the standup freezer never received any confirmation when the item was getting delivered. When it delivered checked it from inside it was full of dust yellow stains and damaged shelf and door from inside 6 days now I e sent couple of emails and ringing them few times a day but not managed to get through 😡 only if I had read the reviews before I wound never order again please AVOID

delivered a broken trashed fridge, £600 was meant to be £2000 but in sale, major damage and won't reply to emails or phone calls, still no reply or resolution

Shocking company. We ordered our good 9 weeks ago. Not only have we lost money through this. they did not supply any evidence of attempting delivery. Trying to raise a complaint with this company for over 8 weeks, they just cut the phone off and do not attempt to call you back, we have raised a written complaint not one reply to this company. Not only are they in breach of contract for not delivering the items against the sales of good act, consumer direct have had to be contacted. They have withheld out money for over 9 weeks, now saying they will charge us 25 % as they cannot re deliver unless we pay £60. The delivery driver has no attempted deliver correspondence. no photographs, no phone calls, no emails or texts. When we try calling. we have had to phone of numerous of phones to get in contact for the phone to go dead or be put down on us everytime we have addressed this matter. The reviews online after the absolute disgusting rapport for a customer services, were also disgusting. I have never known a company trade under companies house like this. The company director hakan baykal has been asked to call us back we have now had to escalate this case to trading standards. Opening a full dispute for breach of contract and mitigating our losses. DO NOT USE THIS IM COMPANY ANY ONE HOW THEY ARE MANAGING TO TRADE LIKE THIS IS BEYOND ME. I AM NOW 9 WEEKS STILL NO LUCK AND HAD TO RECORD ALL MY CALLS AS THEY KEEP PUTTING THE PHONE DOWN ON ME WHEN I ADDRESS THIS MATTER.

they have a good product range but the service is a complete joke. I ordered an under counter fridge unit. It came in time but no shelving. I sent emails and tried calling for over 2 weeks with no replies. Finally I get through today and am told shelves should be with the fridge but no mention of we`ll send them now. Just a confused accent telling me why I did`nt call earlier. I was not calling to argue, I was calling to ask if I can BUY shelves. After 10 minutes or so, a simple we cant help you. AVOID.

Terrible Company DO NO USE! We brought an Oven over £400 and arrived damaged with broken inner glass. They say you must check delivery before accepting it but this is near impossible. The Delivery driver won't wait for you to check and as I was on my own couldn't move or unpack item correctly. After weeks and weeks of ringing/e mailing Adexa to try arrange a replacement or even to replace the glass i got nothing back. They ignore e-mails and don't answer the phone, in the end used another company to send me the Glass.

APALLING service, have waited 10months for a replacement piece of glass. They sent the wrong piece twice. We returned it, now they have kept my money£600 and refusing to answer my calls, my email and my solicitor. Total nightmare, im a first time small buisness owner, they are close to ruining me. if i lived in England i would be on their dooorstep

Bad Quality No response I just phone and phone no body answer I bought fish fridge From them cost me nearly £1200 the Quality so bad the runners that hold fish trays collapse, when you pull trays out, customer service asked to send picture, no reply from them, would not recommend this company

Bought a blender a month ago and it has since broken... when I first called they said they would get back to me but since then havent heard anything and when I try to call no one answers or gets back to me. Really bad service and products. Rather spend more money and use another company!! I have since bought a new blender else where and am sitting with an expensive broken product!

Ordered a dishwasher costing £1000 for our wee nursery and couldn't fit it as plumbing was wrong (should have ordered another model). Completely not their fault, but no reply to several e-mails, I realise terms and conditions regarding returns etc.(they are pretty steep, but that's what you get for not reading the small print I guess) but surely a little bit of advice, an acknowledgment of your request is the least you should expect? Read customer service reviews and take note BEFORE parting with our hard earned (think coffee mornings, bake sales etc) funds is the lesson for today!!

Ordered a panini machine waited and waited to be told after trying to get through over 20 times it’s out of stock 😡 asked for a refund still asking 😡email after email phone call after phone call 😡 Going to speak to citizens advice regarding taking this company to trading standards After reading reviews everywhere about this company I do not understand HOW the hell they are still trading something has to be done 😡😡😡

I equipped a new restaurant with this company in 2018, most of the appliances they sell are of poor quality, we are now already after 1 year about to replace the ice maker and the dishwasher is just hanging on. The service is terrible and the owner has no idea about customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Operating illegally I am sure....they have just delivered us a damaged fridge (only discovered when the box was opened). This was after they took 14 days to deliver something on a 3-5 day delivery. When we tried to cancel the order they informed us they would charge £25 to cancel the order as it had already been 'dispatched' but couldn't actually tell us when it would be delivered. They are now saying they want to charge £120 for us to return the damaged goods!! We are currently going through trading standards and intend to chase for a CCJ - it may cost us money, but these cowboys must be stopped. Absolutely outrageous. When challenged about their conduct they try to say you are 'abusive' - luckily for me, I actually recorded the phone call to prove otherwise. See you in court!

Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!!!! We spent about £2,000 with this company and they obviously don’t give two hoots about their customers. On delivery the driver was in such a hurry to get away (curb side delivery only) four items we piled up and there was no way of checking to see if the items were ok. The driver said that he wouldn’t wait and drove off. On getting the items into my premises I unpacked a fridge and found it was badly damaged. I called the office in Guildford approximately 10 minutes after the delivery to inform them of the damage and they said there was nothing they would do. If I wanted to return the fridge if would cost me £170.00. Finally they have offered 10% discount (£70.00) off what is a badly damaged fridge. If you believe you should feel like a valued customer I would seriously go elsewhere. The range is cheap and flimsy and customer service is more customer contempt.

Hi I have also had a very bad experience. I bought 2 items last year from this company which cost me about £1250. Then, I cancelled due to a very long delivery time. However, they still delivered one of the items which was different to what I ordered. I have rang them many times but there is no answer from their phone I have also emailed them to collect the item but again no reply. Finally, they did take away the item without notice. When I chased for a refund, they only refunded one item and took a 5% charge. The wrongly delivered was never refunded. If Anyone can post information for the delivery company they use so I can trace it that would be very helpful. Hopefully, I can take them to court in due course. Many thanks

We received two of our three items ordered yet one was still wrong. Still awaiting delivery of the third item and had no response whatsoever in regard to the wrong item being exchanged. Numerous emails have gone unanswered and I've lost count how many times I've called but no one has ever answered the phone. Alexa have taken the full amount of our money yet not produced the goods. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. Will now be seeking advise from Citizens Advice regarding Trading Standards.
