I ordered dupplicate by accident nobody answered the phone or my e mails ! I don't advice nobody to buy from them ! You will be stuck! Is a nightmare!

Guaranteed next day delivery actually arrived a week later. No customer service.....and I mean NO customer service. The phone just rings and then cuts off and mails are never replied too.

Wine fridge arrived with a broken door handle. No refund no replacement so I have a wine firdge with no handle that cost me £300 I have tried to get my money back from Adexa but they are ignoring me now. They have offered me 5% back but I can’t even open the fridge!

I am so sorry I didn't check the reviews earlier! I purchased a new mini freezer that arrived damaged After closer inspection, it turned out that it was a returned "faulty" good. I called Customer Services, took pictures and exchanged pleasant enough emails until I could get the item picked up. When discussing the replacement with the Customer agent called Eleanor, things started going south: delays in the warehouse, delays in replying to emails, delays in transport, excuses excuses and more excuses. 5 weeks later, the silence is deafening! I don't have a replacement nor I have been issued with a refund. Every time I tried to call them, they are not picking up the phone anymore and my emails go unanswered. Of course I will report them to the trading authorities as well as the police, THIS IS A SHAM. STAY CLEAR.

I wish I came on here first before I ordered last month. What a shocking company, customer support is non existent when you do get to speak with someone they are abrupt. After waiting for my products to arrive (late) they came damaged I reported this straight away with photos and of course I've been fobbed off.. They said I can re order the products and then wait for my credit ye right!! I can go on and on but you get the point DO NOT join this list PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ADEXA THEY ARE BAD!!!

We recently purchased an item from these people and after waiting for delivery for 5 days called up then was told they had no stock , I have requested a refund, still haven’t have has anything a month later so basically they had taken the money knowingly having no stock, This is fraud …… This has been confirmed by both our banks this is illegal anyone In a similar situation please contact your bank who will provide you with a Refund We will also be Reporting these to trading standards, Anyone in a similar situation please contact your bank or card provider who will provide you with a full refund and take action it deems these thieves. Extremely bad customer service and extremely poor quality. products not advertised in the right category. Would not accept as a return within the 14 days then on trying to use the product it was found as faulty again would not accept a return on a faulty item because there was no packaging. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

‪supplied returns form without the returns address.‬ ‪refused to accept return to delivery address as should have gone to a different address not supplied with returns form.‬ ‪Customer service has been inaccurate and inconsiderate at best‬ ‪Accrued £80 in delivery costs and have a redundant unit.‬ ‪Appalling . Ordered a sink unit from these jokers and it arrived missing the stand and as such is totally useless. Despite repeated promises (lies) the stand has never arrived. Even tried to fob me off with a false DHL reference no to say it had been sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE LIERS OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

I ordered an oven 8 weeks ago it arrived quickly and in good condition. It worked perfectly and did the job. Today the outer door glass exploded! Yes I was scared and yes it took 3 hours to de glass my commercial kitchen (time I could’ve done without losing at this stressful time) however, I do realise that this occasionally happens and I’m a reasonable person. I rang are a expecting them to replace the glass next day delivery for free, as surely this was still under warranty! No not covered under warranty! I lowered my expectations, and as I’m desperate to keep my small business going in these times, I said if I had to pay so be it!! They do not do spare glass as it’s too fragile to ship!! They advised me to call a local glazier!! After calling three - all three say the same thing you can’t “make” oven door glass!! So now I have a totally useless oven in only eight weeks!! I might aswell have burnt my money.

Don't even order something as simple as a table from this company... We ordered two stainless steel tables from Adexa. They arrived in terrible condition. The packaging itself was ripped and loose, providing no security to the actual product. The tables were dented and bent - the material itself extremely thin and practically useless. Don't even bother with this company. It's a complete joke. They shouldn't be allowed to trade.

Would rate 0 if there was an option. Long story short they have just emailed me after not hearing anything for 3 months to say their 'legal team' will be able to provide evidence we entered a contract should I take my complaint further. All I was asking for was for them to cover the cost of returning an extremely damaged item I recieved. They feel its only fair that I pay for the delivery plus £125 in admin costs. If your looking for damaged goods and incompetent customer service representatives then you've found the perfect company

Horrendous customer service!! Ordered 4 items which the courier decided themselves that I was not open due to COVID 19 and returned the delivery without attempting. Spoke to Adexa to confirm I was open and to rearrange delivery, which they were happy to do so for £75! I said actually it’s not worth it refund me the money and cancel the order, not a problem sir there’s a 25% re stocking fee 😡 Rude and unhelpful customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered a dough roller for a contract, 2 days later contract gets cancelled by the CoronaVirus outbreak. When I try to re-send the item am told the 25% restocking fee is upheld regardless of the situation. So know I have 2 options, keep the item and try to sell myself once outbreak finishes or return and face a £128 re-stocking fee. As a self-employee person that money is needed to care for my family as wont be working for the foreseeable future. Naturally Adexa staff (Eleanor) do not care at all and are clearly not willing to help out small businesses or even any businesses at this time. They also clearly don’t understand that there is a European consumer directive that allows for a full refund of all goods within 14 days. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

tried calling around 60 time in 5 days. answered twice and i was told someone will send me return email at my own cost which i agreed as i did not have other option . still waiting for fro a week just to receive return address . i guess i have to wait for few years to get refunded.
