This has to be the worse supplier of goods you will ever come across. 100% the worst customer service i have ever witnessed, absolute dog poo service. May as well talk to 1 year old as you will get a more positive response, BEWARE!!!!! Seriously need look at your staff & customer service skills... Appalling service at best.

Should be zero star. Parcel was abandoned next to the bin, completely smashed. Beware. Not properly packed. If You wanted anythin more expensive it will definitely arrive damaged.

This company would get less than 1 star if there is an option. I have been a professional Buyer for more than years. Adexa Direct by far is the worst Company you will come across. Pathetic customer service. They have long wait on the phone, customer service agents don't give you correct information. Rachel declined to give me her name and Ryan hanged up the phone. Their policies are even worse, damage must be reported within 24 hours which not practical, If you want to return you will need to pay return carriage plus 25% restocking. So on order of £1000, you lose £250 plus any carriage. Pathetic company. I don't know how they are operating. If you want peace of mind, stay away from these scammers

Spent a small fortune with Adexa opening our coffee shop. 10 weeks after opening the 2k multi deck fridge was leaking everywhere and now has stopped working completely. reporting this was told to get a engineer (at our own cost) send them the report with photos and they might post the parts out for the engineer to fit (again at our own cost) !! when i asked about our consumer rights there exact reply was "Please be advised you have registered as a business so the consumer rights do not apply in this situation." what a great way to look after your customers !! so we will just suck it up and find a company who will resolve issues Avoid at all costs....... or will cost you money

Worst service I have received since opening my business! Spent £1000 and they sent me faulty equipment. Then spend an hour and a half on the phone only to be told they would not do anything. No technical team to talk to, no advice and no refund. Disgraceful company! AVOID!!! 11/04/23 UPDATE! Since paying almost £200 for a technician to come and write a report on what is needed to fix the machine, still Adexa would not refund us. The next stupid rule that they made up along the way was that we needed pictures of the fault before they could do anything. We called back the engineer and he sent us the pictures he took of the glass washer. They have since been sent to Adexa along with the report. Still NOTHING!!!! Next stop - Trading Standards!

Steer clear of this company at all costs. If it were possible, I'd rate them zero stars without hesitation. It's nothing short of a scam. Despite ordering a product for second-day delivery, it arrived a month later. My attempts to communicate with them via calls and emails multiple times, were met with unhelpful responses like 'well what do you want me to do about it' or promises of updates that never materialized. The product's quality is subpar and doesn't function properly, despite investing a considerable amount of money. The level of customer service provided is shockingly poor, If you're considering calling for an update, don’t waste your time as the anticipated wait time for me was approximately three hours just to be told ‘can’t do anything about it’ then hung up the phone and to add insult to injury, they have the audacity to deduct 25% if you request a refund or cancellation. Avoid this company entirely.

Worst company to deal with, they don't mean what they say at the time of placing the order, there is no 3 to 5 days delivery! They will say it's only an estimate, it could take any length of time

Purchased a commercial microwave, after 1 week it started smoking heavily and would not heat food. After emails and several unanswered calls I managed to get through. You might think the returns would be straightforwards....oh no!! I need to provide evidence & melt some ice in our chip shop. I pointed out the microwave was not safe and was smoking, the answer was then I need to provide a qualified engineers report!!!! fuming, a perfect example of rip off, faceless internet companies. DO NOT USE, THEY DO NOT DESERVE OUR MONEY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - significantly delayed delivery and when it was delivered it was damaged. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very poor quality product and experience - pls do not buy from them - a horrendous experience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BOTH RUDE AND SHOCKINGLY BAD! I recently purchased a stock pot for my business and it arrived via courier relatively quickly, I will say that. However, I was not at home when it arrived and the courier left in the out-building. Upon returning to work after Easter break/Holiday I opened the box to find the pot damaged. I messaged the company and all they offered was some £5 voucher! They will not exhange after 24 hours after delivery and their customer service on Live Chat was unhelpful and rude. Terrible company!

I have never encountered such disrespectful attitude towards clients. There is absolutely no customer support or service. I received 3 defective glass holders, or rather just screws, but it is impossible to buy them anywhere. It's very easy, just change a few defective screws. But they don't respond to emails. It is impossible to get through to the line, you are 27 in line, and since there is obviously only one person working there, he is in no hurry, and sometimes it takes up to an hour to serve one client. And so, when you finally get through after 4 hours of waiting on the line, they still won’t help you in any way. They told me to make a video and disappeared again. When, a few weeks later, we were able to get through again after many hours of waiting on the line, the operator simply dropped our call! I couldn’t believe it, I expected her to call back, but no. So, after a month of waiting, we had to really ask another company to meet us and ask them to sell us 3 whole glass holders of a different size, but now we can assemble our refrigerated display case. I understand that if our purchases break, then we can forget about the warranty, you simply won’t be able to get through to them to report the problem, and even if you do get through, no one will fix anything. This business ignores the law. We purchased a lot of equipment to open a cafe. We will never buy anything from them again.

Buy a sink and find out it doesn’t have a holes for water tap and waste pipe. Listing didn’t say there is no holes for the sink have to drill ourselves. Cancel orders straightway and robbed 5% of my refund, it beaching trading standard, listing not clarifying clearly

No small business should consider purchasing any equipment from this company. Their customer service and 'second-hand' damaged goods will be a pitfall to your growing business. Bought a food warmer from the company mid October of last year(2023) - five (5) months in, the warmer packed up. Contacted customer service via email, every reponse is different. One went as far as requesting a video to show that the warmer isn't heating to set points. In addition to this, I was also told to source and obtain my own engineer to inspect and provide a report on the fault. They have yet to reply and advise at whose cost this would incur. A refund was flatly refused, albeit less than six months old. Incurred food loss with no hope of recouping my loss - Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!

What a discraceful company! I ordered an undercounter tripple fridge. This arrived completely wrecked. Broken glass and doors hanging off. I was told that their terms and conditions state that I must inspect the product before signing for it which was impossible as my joiner accepted the delivery. I reported the iissue within an hour of delivery but there was no apology whatsoever and just a repeated "please read our terms and conditions". They have refused to replace the item and want to charge nearly £500 to collect the broken item. The customer service is pointless. 2 hours to get through and they don't respond to emails at all! I am out of pocket over £600 and have a pallet of scrap metal in my back garden. An absolute discrace! AVOID

Horrible customer service!!! So bad and disgusting if to be honest, I never thould I would ever say this, but WOW, this is another level! twice on the phone queue for more an HOUR - NO ANSWER, When girl in sales answered, I have explained why I pressed sales, so rudely said "redial and press the right option" and hang up without even saying sorry or goodbye... Another girl was so rude. 3rd call - Girl answered, sounded foreigner (so is myself) SO HORRIBLE! I said, hi Im "Suzanna" and .... after her attitude I have asked her what's her name, she said I don't want to tell you... I have asked her why? she said because I don't want to.... I said ok... the she carry on being so rude I felt so uncomfortable and I said actually I'm recording this conversation as well.... she said I don't want to be recorded and hang up! IF you read this you should be ashamed of yourself ! I believe in karma!

Failed to deliver next day as contracted. Or even the day after that. Impossible to talk to them, wait an hour or more and be cut off exactly at 5pm. Emailed to advise them to cancel the order as now too late for us and they have the cheek to say there a charge to cancel. Not under UK law there isn't if they're in breach of contract. Dreadful
