How do you know when the oven has reached the required temperature?

I have a very bad experience with this company and their support team. They are not even supportive. I bought a blender 3 in 1 which was broken and I asked for an exchange which they disagreed and they said they’re going to refund me. Since 1st of December and today’s date is 17th of February I’m waiting for my bloody £50. Their account team must include very lazy people as I’m waiting three months and they keep telling me lies every single day. They destroyed my mental health that’s all I have to say. Don’t ever buy anything from Adexa.

I received my new TO 6002 -RCL electric oven + the metal part of the door handle is slightly bent inwards in in the middle f it — this has caused the black inner part of the handle to snap in the middle + ADVICE PLEASE
