Exact same as other reviews. Ordered and paid for multiple items on 17th feb they claimed were in stock. No contact made at all to confirm delivery ,impossible to get through on phone and most emails ignored. Finally replied with still no date for delivery and telling me I just pay a 5% fee to cancel!. I dont think so!. Regardless of their illegal and unfair terms of contract, distance selling regulations and consumer contract law applies , do not be fobbed off with these illegal charges. You have a right to cancel up to 14 days AFTER delivery least of all 14 days from ordering and I will be reporting them to both the CMA and trading standards for their illegal practice . Left me with no choice but to charge back my payment from my card provider and I will never go near these cowboys again. I suggest you dont either

Order processed 19/2/21 for a fridge , money taking out of my account , I have recieved no confirmation of delivery date ! Have emailed numerous times no reply back , have rang the customer service number numerous times no reply , to get a date for delivery ! Poor service and will not recommend this company to anyone as I work I can’t organise for someone to be at my home to receive delivery , angry to say the least

Waiting on a refund agreed 73 days ago. We are a small charity feeding struggling people and need the funds returning to buy an alternative item. Absolutely shambolic Company. Got 1 star because zero isn’t an option

Ordered a fryer, one side didn't work from the get go, then both sides stopped working, they expect us to pay for an engineer to come out for a product that was broken when it arrived.

Items arrived late and broken, sent photos as requested, but they never reply to emails and now I cannot get through by phone. Just look at their reviews - Total waste of time, should not be in business!! Customers service....do they have one?

Fraudulent terms& conditions, Customer service never answer...... totally useless. It’s probably the worst company I dealt with...... NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

The worst company I have dealt with in 20 years of business. I bought a dishwasher in November. Because it was faulty they told me to get engineers out. I have had three engineers out at a cost of £150 a time. The reports showed I was sent a faulty dishwasher. The internal electrics show that it is not fit for the UK. First the buttons did not work and then the engineer told me the internal computer and electrics are faulty. Turning on the dishwasher caused the whole factory to blow the fuse box and the dishwasher leaked over my floor as the internal plumbing is terrible. The customer service is HORRIFIC. I have taken legal advice and the dishwasher is not fit for purpose and not of a UK quality. I am now starting legal proceedings to reclaim everything. The whole experience with the customer service person (Who needs customer service training) and Adexa is the worst experience I have ever dealt with. I now have to pay to get it removed from the factory and start small claims proceedings. If you are thinking of getting from Adexa please DONOT.. Save yourself money, time and stress and go to a company that cares and sells products that are legal and safe for the UK. I have also reported Adexa to trading standards. I would suggest all companies that are in a similar situation to myself report Adexa to trading standards. I would also recommend that if they demand you get an engineer out at your expense that you remind them of the Sales of goods act 1979. I wish I had requested them to remove this back in November instead of the endless chasing, poor customer service and endless excuses.

I ordered a stock pot... after a long wait and many emails, I received a cheap looking stew pan......not the item i ordered. when I called customer services they said the picture of the item I was buying was for illustration only and not accurate. I have ended up paying good money for something I didn't want or need. Please do not buy from this company.

Absolutely shocking company. Sent the wrong item and told me the pictures are for illustrative purposes only as stated in the T&Cs!! You could end up with anything in other words. There are lots of other customer complainants on line, cases brought against them articles about their appalling service and people who have been ripped off.  DO not trust this company with your order or hard earned cash.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Buyers beware! No order confirmation Late delivery damaged goods poor quality no response terrible attitude when you do get through refusal to fix problem no refund no returns unless you pay 25% and send it back yourself NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Total rip off merchants. Goods arrived in pieces, if you can get through to customer services they don't care and have no intention of helping resolve any issues only in conning more money out of you. Trading Standards should shut this place down. Absolutely disgusting that this company is allowed to trade. I only wish I had read the reviews first!

I purchased a bottle fridge from Adexa and after I hadn’t received any correspondence or the item l looked to make contact, the phone lines are not answered so I took up an online chat. The result of the on line chat was that they would look into it and come back to me. Adexa never came back to me so I logged a complaint on e-mail, I did get a response telling me they were unable to locate the item in the warehouse?? After another couple of weeks without the item or any correspondence I decided to cancel the order, it then took several e-mails and a long wait to get the money returned. I am afraid as I never received what I bought and now need to purchase again I would not recommend or ever use again and as I have an event hire business we do purchase a fair few bottle fridges and other catering equipment.

3 out of 8 containers were broken upon arrival. I contacted them with pictures only to be told that they had a 24/hr reporting policy. Absolutely ridiculous in this day and age, especially now when working from home and having to watch kids. Do not buy from them!!!!!

Very very bad customer service!!! I order first time form here and never received, nearly a month!!! Manager and staff all useless no apologies no any sort of compilation!!! I don’t know how they run there business, I rang them many times and end up nothing!! I suggest to everyone please please don’t order from here!!! it’s just wast of time and money!!

I have purchased 12 storage boxes and 3 had broken lids. This was obviously purposefully done as they were at the bottom of the pile and that couldn't be seen from the outside. When I tried to get help I just got told their T&C protected them. So if you buy (which I wouldn't recommend) you should check all your items carefully as you have got 24 hours to contact them. Apparently it was 24 hours for delivery damage but in fact it was 24 hours for any damage (the damage I had was definetely not in transport!). Waste of time..Also if you email them make sure you take a photo or similar as I emailed them twice (albeit not in 24 hours!) and they denied seen my emails. By seen the amount of negative reviews I don't think they actually care to be honest

Absolutely shocking this company is I can’t believe the company that this still runs in the UK the delivery was fine arrived on time, But my mistake was ordering the wrong size mini oven when I said I wanted to return it and order a larger one from the same company the woman on the phone said “ you will be charged £30 to return this item and it says that on the terms and condition” absolutely disgusted bu Adexa direct. Such a shame as the mini oven I ordered is great quality but their return policy is a horror story shame on them . I genuinely do not recommend this company at all.

I didn't see worse company like this in my life. How this company trade in UK. No customer service. They delivery faulty product now I am chasing them for fix it but 1 month no response.
