Really frustrating. Trying to call, only have an 0344 number which charges me 89p a minute- when you think what I pay, it is a cheek. Can never get through either.

With ADT for more than 15 years for the vast majority, everything is fine. But this last year they have become belligerent, rude and uncaring. Catalogue of errors and mistakes mean I’ve had no choice but to close the account. Doing that itself was an enormous stress. This company is quite frankly appalling.

ADT is the worst home security company. They can't be trusted. I am a disabled veteran and do not appreciate all the lies that ADT has been telling. They said they will send their technician to install equipment. When the tech came, he was in a adt vehicle wearing adt clothing. When I had an issue a fee weeks later, I was told that I had to pay for LVD Concepts Inc to come reconnect my back camera. I later found out that the tech from LVD Concepts was the one wearing adt clothing and driving an adt vehicle. I was totally unaware that another company was in my home. Please do your research and do not trust ADT. I am very disappointed in their lack of professional & dishonesty.

The worst on the planet. ADT are liars, they train their staff to lie, Dysfunctional. Just avoid, save your money and loads of frustrations.

Adt can not deal with call outs out of hours. Dealing with many contractors by ADT is the worst one so far. Rised a call on Friday just after PM. Saturday night still one attend site. Is not first time. But I am afraid the last one looking for another contractor to look after all system.

Patronising unpleasant and arrogant staff at call centre. Poor customer service - managers will not take calls when you ask to speak to a manager - the response is that they don’t take calls from call centre staff but will call back in 72 hours. Poor technical service - some technicians do not seem to know what they are doing, necessitating several visits. Request for upgrade to contract not actioned. Bills issued for work not done - example being a bill for £270 for a visit from a technician who said he was not the right person to have been asked to attend.

Appaling customer service. Issues with system eventually resolved but financial queries still unresolved. You cannot get through to anyone “held in queues (ave 17). Emails requesting callback never answered. 3 months in and an impasse. Should have read reviews first .

Whilst you work hand in hand with mbr acres Huntingdon Cambridgeshire you are complicit of animal torture, 16 week old puppies tortured to death I would urge anyone thinking about adt security think again

This is by far the worse camera, app, and customer service. Save your money and buy a £30 camera from amazon, it will give you more peace of mind and you may actually be able to stream your video. There is a limit to monthly clips you can upload - i didnt know this until half way through the first month it stopped uploading activity - leaving the system useless to me. When i did notice some suspicious activity, the clip had 30seconds of activity revorded before the man entered our property and 30seconds of car entering our property and a man getting out, the video quality was so bad could not make out the number plate of car or get a clear view of man's face. It didnt matter anyway cause the clip stopped as the man got out of car - so no idea what this man did on our property. I tried to change the settings on system not to record before the area is triggered but it had no affect. I rang up to see if i could get the length of clip extended but was no, its not possible. You want to look at a live view of the camera? Don't bother, the stream is constantly timed out and when it does work it lasts about 10seconds (on a good day).

Utterly, utterly terrible customer service. Suggest using a different company altogether, CIA security perhaps. ADT are just absolutely 100% rubbish. They don't even deserve one star.

Most appealing and unreliable customer service. I lost my trust with so many lies. No one seems to have a clue about anything. Last call they switched off in the middle of my inquiry

Good product dreadful service . Cannot reach any operatives to fix their accounting errors. Complaints procedure defines 4 escalating levels. Quite simply all go to the same automaton. Utterly hopeless - we are going to small claims court in desperation .

They Are liers.... My alarm is beeping since 38 hours and they keep saying someone will call and attend every two hors and no one does. They are excellent at collecting money but when there is a problem they disappear. They say we are not responsible and you are not allowed to talk to a supervisor.

ADT has taken over from my alarm provider Protect My Property 2 months ago. On 24th April i have booked my first inspection for today 15th May. Despite calls to check to see when the engineer will visit , I was assured that he would be here before 5pm. My latest call was at 4.30 to be told that the job has just been cancelled as the customer service rep has tried to call me 3 times from 3.25pm and had no answer. I have had my phone with me at all times and received no messages on my voicemail. They confirmed that they have the correct mobile number. This is a bare faced lie as there is no way they have tried to call me. I have wasted my day and feel totally annoyed at this level of service and the attitude towards a new customer which is shocking. I have rebooked another appointment but will move to a reputable company if they fail to deliver next time. Wow...what a company!!

I was a PMP customer and as with other customers, I received a letter from ADT to say that the service had been moved to ADT. Aparently, ADT purchased PMP. The service from ADT has been terrible. If there is an issue, I spend every day chasing up the engineer arrival and when my issue will be resolved. In some cases, I wait for an engineer only to be told when he finally arrives that this is a PMP alarm system and he is unable to deal with the problem. If I had to purchase a new alarm system, it would not be an ADT one purley from the way they have treated me as a PMP customer. It says something about the service.

Shocking company poor customer service booked a fault told come back in 90 minutes -no response -numerous late calls no pick up -I used to be with Protect my property but taken over by ADT -dreadful service -AVOID this company you have been warned !

Avoid in all circumstances Extremely poor service. I am in active contract and even with many calls and followup nothings moves, no solution to issues. Takes ages to provide service.

The absolute worst service !! Booked engineers not turned up many times and then giving random days without checking if we are available . Keep away from this company ! Awful awful awful 😞

Had been using ADT for 25 years. Don't know why! Shockingly bad 'service' and rude & inexperienced staff. Issues have included engineers turning up out of the blue & then trying to charge me for visits I hadn't wanted, engineers NOT turning up when they had been booked to & then being told when I've complained that 'THEY'VE decided to come tomorrow instead!' Didn't matter that I'd stayed in all day or if I was available the next day! This happened several times. Had called a few times stating I wanted to install cameras from ADT. Was told each time they would be in contact....bought from a rival after hearing nothing. Had several issues last year highlighted on the App so when finally the engineer did arrive (after 2 'missed' bookings), expected him to 'fix' the issues. He left saying he had....he hadn't! Finally cancelled my contract with them in January which they acknowledged...but they also then proceded to send me invoices for different amounts by post & email threatening to stop providing me a 'service' ! Such a badly run company.

ADT have increased prices for CCTV and alarm with no warning. They will not provide a reconciliation to justify their increase. Installation has not even finished. Customer service is useless. Does anyone know who can I complain to as I don't think it is right I should have to pay the charges. Awful company.
