“I have placed an order for “In stock” items. One of my items in my order shipped over a month later. (5-8 business days my ass) I have been on their chat numerous times only to be disconnected when it was getting close to my turn. I just want what I paid for it’s that simple. Once they did get on their chat and was told it will ship by mid January. Well if you look at the calendar, it’s the end of January and can’t get a hold of anyone now. I am not sure how this company stays in business. The customer service is the wordy I have ever had to deal with in my life. I think they have 1 person working from home and that’s it. I will never buy again from this company. If I can’t get an answer I will dispute the charges and go elsewhere for my needs. Truly a 0 star experience!!!”
“This company is terrible, I ordered two in stock items they immediately took my money out of my account and never sent a confirmation email or order number. The website said 5-7 business days for the order to process and ship but after almost 3 weeks I never got an email. So I tried calling them multiple times and each time I got hung up on or told no one was there because they were closed but it was during their business hours. The voice automated machine said to try their online chat because it’s faster, after trying that a few times I got disconnected by them each time after waiting an hour in the queue just to be disconnected when it was almost my time to get connected to someone. Never responded to any of my emails either. I was never able to get a hold of them and thought they took my money and saw this wasn’t the first time this has happened and a lot of customers report the same issues and don’t receive their items for months or at all. I finally received my items. I will never but from this company and will never recommend them to anyone. There’s other companies with just as good products or better for the same price and I should’ve bought from them.”
“ORDER PLACED ON "IN STOCK ITEMS" CREDIT CARD CHARGE POSTED NEXT DAY. 10 BUSINESS DAYS LATER, STILL NOTHING. CALLED, WAS ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE ITEM WAS BEING ASSEMBLED (LISTED AS IN STOCK) AND SOME OF THE PARTS HAD TO BE SENT OUT TO BE ANODIZED (IT SAID IN STOCK) AND THAT MY ORDER WOULD PROBABLY BE ANOTHER 3-4 WEEKS BEFORE BEING SHIPPED. FIRST AND LAST ORDER I WILL EVER MAKE WITH THIS COMPANY”
“I wish I could say something different than the other hundred people on here but I can't. So disappointed in the service given by this company. I have been on hold for a combined 8.5 hours over 3 days, not to mention the 6 weeks of waiting on my in-stock order. There is no reponse. I am disputing this charge with my bank and let them handle it. I will never order from AeroPrecision again.”
“Aero took my money immediately for items that according to them were in stock at the time. There web sight said shipping would take 3-5 days. It's been over month. They are impossible to contact by phone, email or the chat function on the web site. I believe I have been scammed. I am going to dispute the charges.”
“Made an order on the 26th of December and it's still "processing". I've been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks un successfully. I was in the queue for three hours in the chat, when I got to number one it said no one is on line. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen”

“Ordered an instock item in 11/24. The charged my card but have never shipped the item. 15 attempts made to contact them and never once have I actually had a response or someone answer at customer service. I finally recieved the trigger today but no idea if the other items will ever show. Today is 1/16/25. They are probably going to file chap 11 and have made one last money grab with the sale incentives last year.”
“I have ordered from Aero Precision before and I have been very happy with their products. However, on 4 Jan I ordered a charging handle and I never received an order confirmation but my credit card was charged. I tried calling on 16 Jan and hung up after being on hold for 3 and 1/2 hours (had them on speaker while I worked). I tried the chat but I was #151 and the numbers were moving slowly. I submitted a return item request maybe that will get their attention.”
“No one to talk to. Eternal hold times. Cant do the online chat cause u get kicked out of the que b4 you ever get anyone. I ordered Nov27th and its Jan 16th and they still havent shipped the lower. I actually reached someone after 90 mnts on hold back when i was ordering about their discount code. The person was completely indifferent and unhelpful. I should have relized then they were garbage and went a different way then. They are trash. Cant say how the product is cause i cant get it”

After waiting nearly five hours to speak with someone via their "Live Chat" today I was kicked out of their online system for the fourth time! I have spent many hours over many days waiting to speak with someone at Aero Precision via telephone and online to no avail.”

“I gave them two stars only because I have two Aero rifles that look great and run flawlessly. Those rifles took months to arrive and Aero blamed the delay on the state laws changing. My recent order “in stock products” has taken five weeks to start arriving and the upper receiver is still in processing. Next time I’ll pay more if needed to purchase from a company that doesn’t drag their feet or mislead me by saying items are in stock when they’re not.”
“I work in the firearms industry. Their shipping times and customer service response times are horrific. Orders for "in stock" items take a month to ship. When you do get ahold of them they will tell you an "in stock" item is at anodizing or cerakote. If it isn't a finished good, it isn't in stock. They advertise Stag items as "contract overrun"...they own Stag. Some would call that deceptive business practice.
Love the product, but the business side has gotten worse and worse.”
