been waiting for almost 9 months now for 2 seater & 3 seater recliners &foot stool.asked for return of deposit , told we do not return deposits. still waiting !

Steer away from this unreliable unrealistic uncommitted promise breakers. We have been waiting for over 6.5months for our sofas and it still hasn't arrived. Placed order and paid deposit on 5th Oct 2021. Its 21st April 2022 today and still no sofas at home. Take my advise and steer away if you read this. My friends who placed orders with other brands received their sofas and is enjoying them. So please dear All steer away.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We were lied to multiple times not just about when the sofa would arrive but also about being called when it arrived as well as being called back by a manager. Everyone we spoke to was abrupt and rude when asking what can be done about our sofa being delivered VERY late and the poor customer service. I would 100% NOT recommend buying furniture from here as the delivery times stated are not accurate and it doesn’t seem like customers are their priority.

Placed an order for two items from the milton keynes showroom and i was deceived into believing my order would arrive in three weeks. After payment and when i received my invoice, i noticed one of the products will arrive in seven weeks which was unacceptable. I contacted them within 24hrs and the supposed manager (Richard) was very appalling and was bent on/interested only in telling me how i couldn't cancel the order/ speed up the delivery. Very disappointed with a company that poses to have good customer service and quality products. Note for info to other potential buyers: they are just bent on telling you all you want to hear and coax you into signing the contract and afterwards say to you that the product you ordered is custom made and cannot be cancelled.

Paid nearly £3000 for 2 2 seater sofas and footstool, after a year had to have cushions refilled as they all went saggy they've now gone all saggy again. To top that paint is now peeling off supposed real leather. ABSOLUTELY NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE,

Please do not buy from this company. I went to the Lincoln branch,In January 2022. Looking for a sofa. I especialy needed comfort as I have a back injury. I felt overwhelmed by one sale's man,who was abrupt,and made me feel rushed into an order. I paid a deposit. After my return home,I felt I made a mistake,so 4 days after my order,I rang customer service, explained,how I felt,only to be told I could not have a refund. I sent more than one email, but still was told I couldn't cancel,and have a refund. The sofa was delivered 6 days ago. It has some damage due to poor workmanship,I have reported this,and awaiting, an inspection date. The sofa is very uncomfortable.

Not Happy Bought two reclining chairs with foot… Bought two reclining chairs with foot stools nearly £700 each, we wanted to collect them from store, but they were delivered while we were on holiday, big inconvenience to our neighbours. Two really big boxes in the hall for a week. We bought them in the sale but obviously made for the sale as they were like the old MFI produces low quality. Had a so-called engineer out to look at them, no actual damage just cheap and uncomfortable and squeak rubbed every time you moved recliner mechanism unusable, they would not credit or refund DON'T use them just in case. FABB NOT.

Where do I start bought a chair off this company after 7 months with hardly any wear arms started to sag after having three engineers to come out to it and couldn’t .The chair is nearly 2 years old now with still hardly any wear still waiting this to be resolved

After only 15 months use all our sofa seat cushions are dipping towards the armrest. They say its wear and tear use so won't do anything. I say its a design fault

I went to the Gloucester branch and although the sales man was friendly and was good to not pressure us, I wasn't given the correct measurements which they should have had available information and not needed to do botched measurements in store. To be given very bad resolutions which meant we ended up having to keep the sofa. Just to add salt to the wound, it was delivered with a pillow with a broken zip which still hasn't been replaced over a month later and after numerous follow ups with the care team Ive now just been told I need to wait another month to potentially receive it. This is the first time I've ever had to complain about a company online but I feel when you have spent a lot of money you should be given good service and instead I feel like I've been taken advantage of because Im not a rude customer. Will never be using this company again.

Ordered and paid on full for 2 sofas in May 2021, although it was advertised on store as a 14 day delivery we were told it would be approximately 6 weeks as our items were out of stock. Quick delivery was the main factor in us buying but didn't think 6 weeks was excessive. Here we are 8 moths later and we still don't have our sofas. Been fobbed off with every possible excuse under the sun, they ring us every 2 months and give us an extended delivery date and another excuse. They've now promised a March delivery or a full refund but I'm not hopeful of either. Please don't order from Fabb Furniture, we have nothing for the over a thousand pounds we gave them apart from a few phone calls Its a shame you don't have the option for 0 stars

Absolutely appalling company, no communication couldn't care less attitude and offered us £50. We asked for a refund of our deposit after waiting 7 months for furniture and was refused

Order two sofas and a two seater sofa ,got the chairs two weeks after I order it and told on the two seater would have to wait a lead time of13weeks wrote to them on two occasions ,recorded delivery ,told them they have breached the contract and wanted t full refund No one got in touch with me then out of the blue they phoned to say it would be after Christmas talk about been led up the garden path ,when I phoned u was told they would not have the chairs back as they were ordered on different invoices ,this was not my doing it the staff who served me fault so she was the one who led me to believe my furniture so I be with me I was surely mislead in this .matter and should be entitled by law for a full refund so shoppers be aware when you go in store make sure you furniture is invoiced as one item won't recommend this store to anyone ,wouldn't mind if they have something similar to match my chairs utterly disgusted

Bought sofa 22nd July Quoted delivery date: 8th October. 6th October: we received an email saying it wouldn't arrive in warehouse until 22nd November. By this time we had already gotten rid of our old sofa. 30th November: Sofa still hasn't arrived in warehouse. £70 refund on £899 sofa and an apology from customer service. That's it. Don't 👏 buy 👏 from 👏 this 👏 company 👏 All the other reviews are absolutely true. You will be looking at a MINIMUM 4 month wait. And to Fabb Furniture: Don't sell sofas you can't deliver on time.

Order sofa in may which suppose to receive by mid August. Then delivery delay till first week of October then November then December. Now received a call saying delivery is delay till January 22. When I order sofa I read a negative reviews. I spoke to customer service they reassured me that it’s happen just because of pandemic now it’s clear there is no problem. Same thing happen with me. Causing me so much frustration. NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. Please look for some better shop.

Shocking customer service. Purchased 2 new sofas from AHF, now Fabb 2 years ago. There is a manufacturing flaw in the sofa which meant the recliner mechanism has cut all of the fabric on the back of the footrest and foam has fallen out completely on one of the seats. Had homeserve come to inspect the sofas at the request of fabb (£60 charge btw) who confirmed it was a manufacturing flaw. Heard nothing for 2 weeks until i called the customer service team myself. They then made their offer to resolve the situation. They would repair the sofas, but advised the new parts would be a different colour due to the sofas fading. Or they would give us £1100 towards a new sofas. This would not be too bad apart from the exact same sofa will cost us £1600 which is what we spent originally. They have advised they have offered the lower amount due to it being used for the last 2 years but surely their guarantee should cover a like for like replacement. Who knows what would happen if it broke when it was 5 years old. Probably offer no help at all. They are quick to sell you the sofas using the promise of lifetime cover, but when you come to use it they are no help at all and you will be left out of pocket. Pay the extra money and go to a different well known store

Absolute shocking after service - mis-sold insurance package that’s not fit for purpose. Now want another £60 for to come and have a look. Made an insurance claim with the company who sent someone out …. Continually blamed us for the damage on the headrest. Went on to tell us that the sofa comes in black and is then sprayed to the desired colour …. Now the paint is peeling away like when you get pva glue on your hands. I am disgusted and this company should be avoided at all costs. I mean … sprayed furniture ???????
