“This is a review about a product I never received, Neither ever heard about after I placed order. Thank God I did it cash on delivery, atleast my money got saved. Ajio is a terrible online service provider. No customer care. No one should buy from here. If anyone wants branded apparels. Please go to the store and buy. Do not use ajio please.”

“I place my order on 12 September and the delivery date provide by ajio was 18 September but I didn't receive the product. I tried to call customer care then they said to wait for 24-48hr after that period i called them again they said Same thing. I called them again and then they said that they raised the concern ticket specifically mentioned to resolve the issue by 28th of September and today is 29 September Still the issue is not resolved ,no updates are provided, no tracking link. Even the occasion for which I ordered the product had done but still there is no clue of delivery If someone is reading this i highly suggest that don't you this app, go for Myntra , even the messo is better.”

“I liked Ajio products , but no proper delivery partners available with them... Oilmill road, kammanahalli Bangalore From this delivery person never give the parcel, argue with us more if we called and asked for parcel.. Many times informed to ajio call center people answes good but no action taken or never give solution for it.. Very bad”

“Fake Ajio please don't get trapped in Ajio they are providing pathetic products with no resolution. There has been issues with few of the returns made through Ajio, where delivery agency Shadowfax is denying to pick up the delivery products despite having the issues with the products mentioned below - 1 - Return ID - RT161857964 - Original Product received was damaged - at the time of pickup delivery boy refused to pick up the product stating that the item is defective and cannot be taken back. 2 - Return ID - RT161763693 - Original product received was not looking good at me, hence raised a return, however delivery boy was asking for the bottom even though it was not a part of the description, and asked to select the wrong item shipped so I raised the pickup selecting the same reason however its been put on HOLD. Now when the pickup agent have picked up the product still not marked as picked up 3 - Return ID - RT161747335 - Return was created due to the quality issue, delivery boy picked up the wrong product which was under return RT161690676 now, we are unable to return the product of RT161690676 due to mismatch in the image. - NEED THE RESOLUTION ON THIS The call center representative is disconnecting the calls. Also I was expected to get a resolution by 24 hours and now it is 48 hours however no calls no response received”

“I received a product without tag and I want to return it now because of fit issues. No one from Ajio’s team is reaching out to me or resolving my queries even after multiple emails and calls on their customer care. They always keep saying that “We are trying to resolve your query” but no one has even tried to resolve it. Bad service even with such a big brand”

“Worst experience with customer care. I got a saintg sandals which was bigger than my size so I wanted to exchange it first with a smaller size but to my astonishment the delivery boy refused to exchange it because there were no tags on the product. I realised that I received the product without tags and without AJIO poly bag. So after 3 attempts by the delivery I finally managed to put the product on return and also after contacting customer care many times and mailed them n times. Also uploaded pictures of the product without tags as it was received. The return was canceled many times by the app or customer care. I called them again to generate a return request but it was of no help. They lodged complaints many times but don’t intend to resolve it. All the onus is on me!! They simply couldn’t tell the delivery person to pick up the product without tags which was purely their fault. The product is still lying with me waiting to be picked up. Either they are selling fake products and fooling the customers or just don’t have any policy to resolve the complaints!!!”

“Ajio customer service is of no use, they don't have anything in their hand. Recently I placed an order and I don't know how, noreturn coupon is applied in order... Which makes products non returnable. Now think about this fraud from Ajio... This is a clothing ecommerce plateform and they found a cunning way of making ordered product as non returnable. And even customer service team cant do anything in that... They even don't care how old customer is connected with Ajio and doing frequent shopping. It has become a fraud and not customer friendly plateform. So avoid shopping from Ajio if you want to save ur hard earned money...”

“Firstly, the image and the description on ajio showed pallazo pants whereas these are kurti pants or leggings. Secondly, my items were returnable. As mentioned in my previous mails and the proof and images shared, nowhere in the terms and conditions of the product or the coupon I availed does it say that I cannot return these items. Thirdly my products came without tags which might as well mean that they are used products. Fourthly nobody is coming to pick up the items for exchange and I am assuming that even exchange for the size has been halted for me for some reason. So I conclusion, I have products which don't fit me but I can't exchange them. I have products which I don't like but I can't return them and I have products which are absolutely different from what is promised but I still can't return them. I have wasted my money on this website. I cannot reach any customer care regarding any of these issues. I was an avid ajio user but now this platform feels like a fraud and I am never going to buy from here and I will make sure to spread the word so that others don't fall for this scam.”

“Ajio doing a big SCAM!!! They are going a non return coupon with no alert message for customers. There is no specific alert popup for this product not eligible for return. And I try to exchange the product atleast but it's showing all the size is not available for this location. But I can order that same dress for my location. What the cheapest thing this is!! Never ever going to use this AJIO here after.”
