“i recently ordered 6 products from ajio during the sale in which 2 of the products which cost around 1k was to be delivered today and at the noon when i open the app there is a message stating that your product delivery is unsuccessful and the return has been initiated, see like i have not even received the products and they cancelled on their own. so now when i go back the 2 products now cost around 1.5k this is not regarding the money but why do they do so when i try to reach out the customer care they mention its due to some logistics issue and this is not the first time so im facing this issue, They say nothing but sorry. Ajio and their delivery partners are the worst services i have ever seen.”

“I ordered 2 shirts In ajio but I received only one shirt that with different size and different colour and different brand if I complain this to ajio they are not accepting the truth this is I ordered 2 shirts from Ajio, but I received only one shirt with a different size, different color, and different brand. If I complain to Ajio about this, they are not accepting the truth. This is the worst shopping experience, and they are not even responding properly. worst shopping and they are not even responding properly.”

“Ajio is the worst shopping app, firstly I didn’t receive one order I ordered totally 5 tops and one top shows delivered where as I haven’t received one of the tops there is bo fking customer service for the same, next thing the tops I received were so bad in quality so so pathetic! And best thing is out of four tops I received two tops didn’t have ANY TAGS wow! Now how am I supposed to return these shittttiest tops which! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD COMPANY NEVER GO FOR IT”

“I was promised of an American tourister trolley ( reward worth Rs 8500) as assured reward for my buy of order number FN1340503963. I had bought the MK purse on this assuarance. Now I cannot see Trolley in "My Rewards" section. This is fooling your customers. A big brand like Ajio cannot dupe us like this. Please help”

“It's questionable on companies reputation and complaint resolution process. I have ordered 4 quantity shirts but physically I received only 3. After complaining to customer care they are not accepting the fact. They directly closed the complaint from there end. The company sending shirts and ajio company is doing fraud with us as they are taking money of 4 shirts and sending only 3. This is not acceptable at all. How poorly company like ajio handelling issue with very poor complaints resolution protocols. Othe online companies really values customer feedback and complaints and resolve on priority with positive outcome. This is very disappointing experience as I have purchased first time and now last time from this company. I forced to label this company as fraud by my experience and if still company values customer they should take this on priority and try to resolve the issue if they consider value of customer or else I understand how the system works. You are paying full amount of product and you are not getting product this is really funny and rediculous. Let's wait and watch for how company values of their customers....... Not willing to to give single star but system doesn't have 0 star system”

“AJIO is the worst app eve and involve in Fraudulent. I returned one item on May 2nd and one of its delivery partner so called 'Shadowfax' has picked it up and still It shows item was cancelled by customer and I haven't got my refund yet. I tried calling AJIO for help. They denied my request stating that they havent received my item. I called Shadowfax, I called the the delivery agent. He said he has picked up the item from me and he will ask his senior to update in system. Till I tried reaching out Shadowfax but no response. Its been one month I am waiting for my refund. Neither refund nor my item they are returning now. Never believe on AJIO and their fraud delivery partner Shadowfax.”

“I had ordered riwah silk saree with tassels on worth 1300₹/ on Ajio, for that i made the payment,but received wrong product that too old faded cloth . I requested for refund and return of wrong item but Ajio cancelled my request. It's very disgusting . It's a fraud done here. Ajio is not at all trust worthy”

“A fraud company, which usurps the hard earned money of customers. Twice have faced the issue both amounting to 3000 and 4000 respectively. The cce or the supervisors keep asking for proof whereas I think they shd be providing the proofs of the refunds.”
