“I received a damaged product from Ajio, while returning this product the platform levied convenience fee of 43 rs which was so unfair and disappointing. Despite sending pictures of damaged product received, my complaint has not been resolved. I have attached images of that product were the down part of tshirt is damaged and covered with white lines. When tried to resolve this issue with customer executive, they were so rude and without solving my issue they closed my complaint case. After this bad experience i will not order again from ajio and will also aware others in my circle about this fraud.”

“The order is not being returned despite of showing that it can be returned. its not all expected from ajio. As i am regular consumer that orders stuff from ajio regularly. Please work on your offers and return policy. very bad. not all expected.”

“Very bad experience Received single product but invoice for 2 items in a small package Cheating customer Raised complaint as well..but without proper investigation closed it No proper guidance given to delivery person as well..they are very rude to customer...fake one disappointed Lost now 1050 rupees”

“It's the worst website that I had ever met till now, It's been 20 days I am following them up by keeping continues emails and calls for my refund of Rs. 650/-. I just get the mails saying that issue would be resolved within 2 Business days . On date. And if we talk about other websites atleast the customer care people would respond or call is back with a professional way but here AJIO even after 16 mails I still get the same automatic voice over asking us to press 1 , press 2 and blaa blaa..”

“Experienced a worst experience from ajio. It a big fraud i had ordered a kurta worth 1200 and i have recieved an old used t shirt in worst condition. Which is intolerable. My return request has also been cancelled and they respond to the mail saying that they have shipped a good product.”

“Hi Team Ajio, I am highly disappointed with my first shopping experience with Ajio and will ensure that I share it on social media & my known circle so others don’t fall victim of your services. First of all - when I made a purchase of this asics shoe on ajio, you had a picture of a black & magenta color but I received totally different color - no one has yet confirmed what is the root cause of this gap…probably, you guys are shying away from accepting that it was ajio who had wrong pictures of the product. Secondly - when I tried to return, your app is telling me that return pickup is unavailable from my area…how come ajio can make fool of customers where you can sell and deliver your products to us but when it comes to genuine returns, you can’t have it picked from same address - is it justified? Your customer support is asking me to provide alternative address, please think logically how many addresses one individual can probably have in the same city? I tried providing two more, which didn’t got accepted either and lastly, one address got accepted but later your support team gave me another shock that now ajio wants me to self ship the product- this is highly unacceptable! I regret doing my first purchase from ajio rather then sticking to my existing shopping portals like Amazon, myntra etc. I reported all of this to your customer support but they gave me canned responses of policies but have you ever thought of use of such policies which are far away from customer experience and one has to go through all of this inconvenience and harassment just for making a purchase at ajio. Lastly, your team told me that there will be some ajio points provided to me only once return is successful so I want inform you that please keep your points with you guys as I no longer have faith on ajio, maybe tomorrow you will hold customer responsible if the product doesn’t reach you during self ship because ajio just denied return pickup leaving the customer with such a bad shopping experience- no accountability and ownership from Ajio!”

“I had vary bad experiences with AJIO.. AJIO is worst site around us.. I aerate all u guys that don’t buy anything grit there.. I had purchase one flaired suit which was of pink colour but they sent me a black colour suit with different patterns.. when I raise complaint regarding the same.. they told me that they ask their suppliers n said to me that they sent me a correct product.. what should I do.. they didn’t return my suit I have to kept that become of AJIO unexpected behaviour.. customer service worst…”

“I ordered three kurta but they delivered the two in a single package after putting lot many mails Nd msgs didn't get the satisfactory response . They responded I checked thoroughly . If uh checked that then where is the third item. Totally fraud it's just cost around 1000 .”

“My first experience ordering from Ajio will also be my last. The delivery was so delayed that it made me lose interest in the product. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find it was of very poor quality. The watch had scratches on the glass, and the LCD and backlight were subpar. It looked like something you'd buy from a street vendor. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Ajio appears to be more like a local vendor rather than a reputable brand. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Ajio; it's a waste of both time and money. "Here's a fun fact: Ajio took 4.5 days to deliver my product, and as soon as I received it, I requested a return. Within an hour, someone arrived to collect it. They seem to be experts at deceiving consumers. They require immediate payment when ordering, but it takes them 7 days to process a refund." I am done with Ajio. Highly frustated by this vendor. Apart from all this nonsense they need to verify if the review is genuine are they kidding me.”
