“Terrible service. In March I purchases 2 Aleko kennels. I purchased them on Amazon because I could use my prime membership and I needed them fast, despite the fact it cost me more to buy them on Amazon. Both sets came seriously damaged and one of them missing all of the hardware. After about an hour of phone calls, holding for reps, and exchanging emails, I was finally assured it would be corrected.... several weeks later I received parts that didn't even go to my kennels. April 18th I reached out to Aleko again... another hour or so lost on phone calls and emails and I'm finally provided a tracking number for my parts on April 23th. I sent a follow up email on May 4th asking why shipping was taking so long... no response. So today, again, I call and hold on the line to be told they haven't even shipped yet. Seriously? I paid rush shipping in March and here I am in May... still waiting. It's a shame because the few undamaged pieces I did receive are great quality, and the reps are pleasant... but their quality control and general operating procedures are the worst I've dealt with.”

“I bought the metal chicken run with cover. I am a 76 year old woman and put it together myself. I love it and when I added a perch 4 ft off the ground my 3 chickens now sleep perched on it out of their coop all night and feel safe.”

“I went online to this company to order an awning..went to the chat line and spoke w a lovely person, she recommended that I call to order as there was something funny happening on the website... so I did.. waited on the line for 50 minutes, from an out of town phone number... then messaged her back on the chat line to ask what was going on .. as noone is picking up the sales calls, and she recommended I hang up and leave my phone number and will be called back.. well that hasnt happened yet either... very very unhappy with this companies customer service... wonder if they will post an unfavourable review? Im still waiting for my call back... this company needs help.”

“Purchased an awning and found a broken part and then we broke the part the next time. Called in spoke with a Mike in sales and he was so amazingly helpful. They replaced the part and I've been telling all my friends that the customer service is 100%”

“ordered and received a set of solar power gate openers last year,worked for maybe 4 months.contacted aleko on numerous occassions but to no avail,now they are completely not working.i called them again today as they had sent me a 4th circuit board and have been told again for the 3rd time to video what is happening and send them an email. complete waste of time,effort and money.stay away there customer service stinks.”

“Very unhappy. Per offer, description, and video, the lumbers are supposed to be solid, 83 inches long. Aleko delivered to me lumbers made of two parts that are very difficult to assemble, take more time and effort. There was no list of items enclosed in the box provided, the manual is not satisfactory. Sauna does not keep temperature as supposed to. Delivery took more than one months. Do not recommend buying this one from Aleko.”

“Our Company purchased a sauna through Aleko and it was delivered with the incorrect pieces - straight from the factory - no parts list, no instructions, no contact information. We then had to prove to Aleko that they did in fact ship the incorrect pieces (via many emails and photos) which took about two weeks. Then they shipped additional incorrect pieces again - at which point we had to ask for our money back...which they won't do until we prove again that they shipped MORE incorrect pieces!!! I would recommend you search else ware for a sauna supplier.”
