You had my mothers address wrong. It took way to long for the ambulance to get here. 911 had to call us to get the proper address. She was also suppose to get a new machine. Her current machine has been flashing low battery since she has been here (March 2015). I don't know if you tried to send a new one and and it was returned because you had the wrong address. The address was given to you over the phone, maybe it should have been through an email.

Because of your failure to notify the paramedics about my lock box hanging on the door and giving them the code, I was forced to drag myself to the front door to let them in. This is an inexcusable failure on your part. This should not have happened. I am paying for this lock box specifically so that this would not happen. Please contact me on this matter. Mom fell and broke her hip, could not get up. Pushed the alert button and had ambulance there within minutes. Little difficulty with sound quality. Operator was a little scratchy. Also, when mom was lying in pain, she and the operator on occasion were both trying to talk at the same time. Bottom line is that the unit did what it was suppose to do. We got our money's worth.

Dear Alert 1, My mother is 90 years old and recently started living alone after the loss of her husband of 70 years. She had the Alert 1 for less than a month when she felt dizzy and pressed the emergency button. The Alert 1 operator recognized my mom's slurred speech and quickly called the paramedics. He then called the neighbor who had a key to let the paramedics into my mom's house. The operator then called my sister and myself so we could join her. Alert 1 got the help my mother needed fast. Although she suffered a major stroke and resulting paralysis, her recovery prognosis is good because she got the care she need right away. Your service worked perfectly. Thank you so much Alert 1. We are having a problem. This is Sandra Reed, Maxine's daughter. Every time she wears the pendant it goes off repeatedly. It has fall detection and automatically calls for help with the slightest movement, hence the recent calls. She will no longer wear it. Any suggestions?

We as her family and caregivers are extremely satisfied with Alert 1. Mom has had for many years and we receive the best of care. Quick responses regardless of actual episodes or simply testing. Every employee who has answered for us has been kind and and gave good instructions. Their call down response has been excellent and thorough with both contacts listed for my mother. The equipment is easy and quick to use. Billing has always been accurate also. Thank you for your excellent service. We highly recommend Alert 1!

As the Emergency contact person, I wish your caller ID identified that you were Alert One. I receive a lot of unsolicited phone calls and don't always pick up the phone if I do not recognize the number - or if it looks like a telemarketer. Your caller ID never comes up the same - and only once did it identify that it was Alert One calling...most recently it just read Ogden, UT...So I did not pick up. I heard the message that my Mother-in-law had fallen and called right back. Paramedics had helped her up by the time I arrived a few minutes later, and she was fine. We find the service very helpful overall, but making sure that caller ID reads Alert One would be an improvement. Thanks!

My 81 year old Mom lives alone fell and broke her femur. Just like the commercials, she was unable to get up and pushed her life alert button on her necklace. EMT was quickly dispatched and I received a call from your company letting me know what had occurred. Thank you for the quick response! She is now in the hospital recuperating from the surgery to repair her leg. I shudder to think how long she would have lay there suffering before anyone happened to stop by to find her.

Calls have come in well. Message on phone is kind of hard to understand because maybe they should speak slower, which would make it clearer. Thanks.

You guys are just awesome! I am the first point of contact, and everyone is always so informative and helpful when I speak with them. We've had to use Alert 1 many times, and have always had a great experience. It has definitely been a blessing!

You did very well, But my daughter's tells me that your call back number was different.they have one number for you that when you call it lets them know it is an emergency. You did not call from that number. So they would like to know if you have one contact number? So that the next time this happens the phone will let them know it is a emergency from you.
