My dad accidentally hit his button and then went out and was unable to speak to the operator. 911 was dispatched and thankfully everything was OK.

They did not advise me that they had reached my contact. i had to use my button 2nd time to ask if anyone was coming. This should be standard practice for piece of mind. Rather than saying at the end of conversation, "Remember to push your button in case of an emergency", why not just close with Thank you for choosing Alert 1. I'm not $300.00 plus a year just for the heck of it, obviously I have the alarm system to use for an emergency and don't need to be told to push a button. I am physically disabled not mentally but that's how I am made to feel every time I test my service.

Emergency personell were very professional but had to roll up carpeting (throw rugs) to maneuver in house when my wife was taken to hospital. When they left the carpets were left rolled up and I was unable to fix (get around the house) as I use a walker. This is no reflection to the alert 1 service, but the emt's left me in a predicament.

Lew has no use of his left arm or leg. In Dec of 2014 I purchased a "fall" pendent system for him. It has performed as designed, until it did not! Wednesday he fell on his patio in Lake Havasu City, Az. 90 degrees outside, he laid in the sun for more than an hour before his wife found him. She had been at work. The "fall" system failed, the button on the pendent failed. He pressed it several times as he lay there unable to help himself further! I'm not sure how to proceed, I have spent about 1100.00 dollars now (two years service for my mother who is ninety-two, and on year for Lew, who is handicapped) I'd like some consideration. Any thoughts? Sincerely, Ted A Manning

The code to enter the apartment is in the file and was never given to the emt or police so they had to break the window to enter the apartment. I find this VERY unacceptable!

Fannie had fallen, and could not get up. The button on her wrist was not working. She was on the floor for two hours until she scooted over to the phone in the kitchen. Once she was able to press that button I got the call and was there to help her quickly enough. Please if you can, send her a replacement bracelet. We have added the other button to her walker until we can get a new wrist band. Thank you, Tina Myers

I find that your voice comes over way too loud. It is almost booming. Please lower the volume. Otherwise, the service is fine. Thank you.

My mother was recently changed to the hospice system and we experienced the exact excellent service as we did prior. Thank you for letting us have peace of mind when we are not with our mother.

My mother had fallen and pushed her button to call Alert 1. Alert 1 called me immediately and I went to moms rescue. They called me a second time in which I told them I was on my way and then they called a 3rd time to make sure she was ok and that I was there to help her. Thank you very much for the excellent follow up. Kim Powell

When Mom accidentally activated her alert yesterday, she got a call right away to assess the situation. It was a false alarm and everything was fine. Soon after I left her, she actually did fall (a soft fall on the carpet). I was notified and told the operator I would go right back and check her as she lives just down the street. While I was there, he called back to confirm all was OK. Mom has arthritis in her knees and it's very difficult for her to get up. She was not hurt and didn't require emergency services, just a helping hand to get up. :-) But I appreciate the quick responses and follow-up and am very confident should she actually need emergency services, the response will be immediate as well. Thanks for providing such good service!

Sensor works until she actually fell, it didn't go off at all. Not happy about this.

Overall, the response was good. The only thing that ever concerns me, is the length of time it takes from when I initially push the emergency button. It always seems like it takes several minutes before someone comes on to ask me if I need assistance. That being said, I realized that you are operating with some old information. I no longer use the lockbox with the key. I now have a lock attached to my front door that has a code which has to be entered in order for the door to unlock. That code is 6285. Please call me on my cell phone, 404-434-0470 if you have any questions. Thank you!

My aunt has pushed her button more than once in the past week or so and all has gone according to plan. Neither time did she allow herself to be taken to the hospital but, had it been necessary, the people to do so were there. This is as we like it to be and are thankful to have Alert1 on Lillian's side.

I got Alert1 for my 81 yo mother after she had a heart attack and we have been very pleased. She has accidentally set off the alarm when moving and each time the responder was beyond helpful and friendlyand most importantly responded within about a minute. Thankfully, we have not had to use it in an emergency situation yet but I feel very confident that in the case of an emergency she will receive prompt attention.

My uncle fell and broke his neck. For whatever reason the fall alert didn't go off but he was able to push the button, they came on the speaker right away and when he said he couldn't move his legs they sent paramedics and the fire dept and called me so I got there before they headed to the hospital. Without the alarm he would have laid there for probably 15 hours until the time he called me every day before I knew he wasn't ok.
