Thank you for keeping my mom safe. One point that might help- when the call came into my cell phone it came in as Utah- I believe it should be alert 1 - so I know it is not a robo call.

The trouble was when I needed to talk to you I was too far away from either microphone: one in my bathroom, and 1 on the kitchen counter at the time. Luckily my son-in-law was at this house and could talk directly to you, and stand on the end of the driveway as needed later on. I needed help on the floor of my bedroom, and it was a 2-person job. Fortunately your people called the local ETMC and they came quickly and promptly got me back up on my feet.If I had been "Home Alone", If I had been home alone, I don't know how I would done anything buy push the button on the cord around my neck.

Mom fell last night, hit her head, is okay but profuse bleeding, went to ER and got a couple of staple. The alarm and your staff were wonderful, we were notified immediately and the assisted living place where she lives was able to respond that very moment. keep up the great work

Your company calls my dad multiple times a day. Fills his answer machine.he has spoken to someone and asked to be removed from your list, but is not.

We had just got this for my mother who is 88 because we were worried about her. It wasn't a week and she fell and had to use it. The person answered right away and was very nice . Thank you so much.

Needed to update for the placement of my outside BOX. They went to the back door but the BOX was in front in the mailbox and closed. I was able to open the door, & call out to the EMT to come to the front door. I was very happy I had ALERT ONE> Thanks.

I am Hubert's daughter across the country. I purchased the alert for my dad. The system worked great on Saturday. My dad was unable to walk while home alone, so he pressed the button and he could hear your calling him but couldn't get to the phone. Right away, the paramedics and fire arrived and he was taking to the ER where he was diagnosed with a severe infection that caused the weakness. Thank you so much. Knowing that my dad has access to the pendant has reassured myself and my siblings.

Ann (my mom) is very grateful that she could press the button and you immediately called for help. Then you contacted my sister and brother-in-law (who weren't immediately available) and then me, and I was able to call my mom and comfort her over the phone until the paramedics arrived. The paramedics were able to take care of her needs right there at her home, and she didn't need to go to the hospital. Thanks for your quick response. -Abby Winland Hillman (Ann Winland's daughter)

Battery life was only part of the day before needing a charge even after a full night charge. Response from support was plug it into another outlet. The equipment could not possibly be malfunctioning. No offer to try another piece of equipment, just excuses why battery life was so short.

Contacted us quickly so that we could assist mom. Then also called back to verify that she had been received the help she needed and offered more help if needed. Thanks to the emergency operator.
