“The driver waited for me at Newark Airport and took me to Manhattan. Everything was smooth, the driver was courteous, and the price was very reasonable. I will use Allstate every time I visit New York.”

“EXCELLENT service! I especially appreciated the quiet ride...no chatter, no radio. Perfect! The driver was waiting for me at baggage claim even though the flight came in early and he was very courteous. Certainly would recommend.”

“My plane arrived right in time. The driver was supposed to take us inside but nobody showed up. The company was supposed to monitor our flight's arrival but it seems they couldn't. After waiting for a while I was able to find him by the phone number i received with an e-mail. He picked up us outside. I had to tell which terminal we are waiting in and the address of the hotel despite i've written that info before. Maybe it's not the duty of the driver but he gave no help with putting the luggage in the car. And car was a bit smelly. So I wasn't actually satisfied.”

“I was well satisfied with service form Allstate on Jan 23 and also Jan 28. Both times the driver was prompt and courteous. I do have one suggestion: print the contact number more prominently on confirmations. My flight on 1/23 was delayed and I needed to contact Allstate. The phone number appears at the bottom of page two of the confirmation. It would be more helpful if it was prominently displayed next to the reservation: "If your flight is delayed or changed, call 212-333-3333"”

“Was picked up at jfk on time however the website makes you think that you get picked up by allstate limo in a new vehicle. This wasn't the case we were picked up by another car company which i haven't heard of in a dirty 5 year old lexus. Also i was quoted about 80 dollars for the service and my credit card was charged about 130. Will not use again”

“I was extremely happy with the service. I just booked this the day before. The driver met me in the terminal, we got to the car..it was very nice and clean. What I was extremely impressed is that he took a different bridge that was definitely closer but it was free instead of taking the tunnel which it an extra cost. Some companies would have gone out to make a buck. I highly recommend Allstate.”

“It was very easy to book the car for a ride from our hotel in Times Square with the Allstate Limo app. The app read our "current" location wrong, so I suggest just typing in your pickup location. The dispatch texted and called me with driver #, description of vehicle and liscence plate of the car. The ride was pleasant and the driver helped us with the bags. I will definitely use this service again.”

“Did not see the driver in arrival. Called dispatcher and was told that the driver could not be reached. Called again and was told to wait on the outside while the representative tried to reach dispatch, after being on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to end the call and take a taxi. Extremely poor service.”

“Returning from Vienna last night I was picked up at JFK by a driver I've had a few times before. He was waiting inside the terminal at the right rime, easily identifiable in the crowd and we arrived at my apartment in Midtown quickly, less than an hour in the rain and the usual slow traffic. Excellent experience!”

“You are the worst limo company in New York. I reserved a limo this morning to take me to the airport and I get a 'I would book with another company as we don't have a car assigned' message from your unhelpful 'customer' team. Will never use again and will join the growing number of 'terrible' rating on TripAdvisor. Pathetic service.”

“Kind and polite drivers, though absolutely worst online reservation service (couldn't retrieve my reservation online which end up cancelling one of my trips). Customer service were unreliable, reluctant to help, and not easy to communicate with. Never gonna use it again”
