Amazon wants clients to talk to a computer ( not happening ). The client services employees are not trained to deal reasonably with clients concerns. There is no consistency at all within employees. They can barely understand and communicate but all have the same boloney answers and the only consistent part of dealing with Amazon. Amazon have specialists that have no better answers than the regular client services employees and never can do any better to resolve any issue. No one at Amazon is accountable for anything. Just the same repetitive boloney answers to any problems with any orders. Shipping for prime clients does not mean it will be delivered to your address , just a bunch of garbage. The end of this client services employ very rarely help to resolve most situations. But amazon just keeps moving forward but very rarely accountable for their really really bad service while clients pay a premium to be an Amazon prime client.

At one time Amazon was the site to go and buy any item that a household needed. The last couple of years Amazon has parked itself in a toilet. The one time quick delivery and customer input was indeed incredible, quick efficient and succinct. Whatever has happened to Amazon the last couple of years is unfortunate. Customer service that is out of touch with reality, totally removed from the service that at one made Amazon great. I am absolutely disgusted with Amazon, and being an 80 year old man I respect talking to representatives who know what they are talking about. For me there will be no more Amazon--my future business will be done with Ebay.ca. I have always had success when dealing with Ebay. One last time Amazon--you disgust me!!!!!!!!!!

Very disappointed. I am a huge Amazon shopper, telling everyone how great it is as there is no issue with returns ever. Well, on the most expensive item I have purchased on Amazon: item shows I asked for a refund, I sent the item back, the item was received by Amazon... but no refund. I was told to wait and wait. Finally, told to connect if no refund by Aug 27th. Today is Aug 27. I am told an email will come for me to fill out an Incident Report. Ridiculous. All info is right there. Waste of my time. However, I fill it out, and then keep getting other emails asking for me to fill out an incident report: for items never received. *sigh* So had to explain yet again the whole situation. The fact that at this point, instead of getting me my refund, they are asking me to answer questions that are clearly there for this purchase refund is baffling. And I have spent probably over $5000 on Amazon in the past month. I would expect way better customer service dealing with this expensive return that is not arriving. And why did I return this item? It was listed as new, and when it arrived it did not work (Oculus VR goggles), and so used that lettering was worn out. So this was a scam by the seller to start with, and now I just can't seem to get my money back. Very disappointed to say the least.

Haven't received a single order (7 or so) since Intelcom got their hands on them. They keep taking Post Office address orders, that they cannot deliver and all of a sudden tracking says 'delivered'. Can't even mention this in the review or it's rejected. Can't get a refund. Can't return something I didn't receive. Cancelled my membership after about ten years.

I had to buy a dash cam twice, the first camera turned on and off by itself, I had to return it, the second dash cam I bought again , was used and the wires were open and even the memory card of the pervious persons was there and not deleted. Amazon did not even bother to check this camera before resend it. such things makes customers unhappy and worrying about future purchases.

Their customer service/support is great, but I’ve had so many issues with delivery. Packages not showing up, packages being left at the wrong location or the driver was too lazy to bring the package so they make up a fake door claiming that’s my home. I am canceling my account!

I recently had a less-than-stellar experience with Amazon. I ordered a gift with the added touch of gift wrapping, intending to give it to my friend tomorrow. To my disappointment, the gift arrived without the promised wrapping. When I reached out to customer service, they said they couldn't resend the wrapping and instead just offered a refund. I wasn't interested in a mere $4.49 refund; I was hoping for a reliable and efficient service, especially given the importance of the occasion. Quite let down with this experience

Whatch your bill. They signed me up for music unlimited without me doing anything to initiate it. Google it and see they do it on purpose. If you call they will refund and apologise but most people don't notice. Getting through to Amazon US was easy. In Canada they put you on hold and then it goes silent until the call gets terminated. They won't call you back after promising they will. I'm dumping my prime as nothing comes faster and I barely watch anything on prime. They have become too big and don't care if I cancel because too many others won't. Oh well, thanks for hanging up on me, outsourced India call centre guy. Amazon pays third world salaries so we get 3rd world service I'm out. 🖕

Ordered an exercise bike and it said it would be shipped in 2 days…called and spoke to Amazon reps 5 times and was told it was on its way..After waiting a month called again and asked to speak to a manger and he was completely rude making me feel like it was my fault it wasn’t shipped, he completely talked over me the whole time, called me a liar when I said the last rep said he would call me back in 4 days and didn’t?Most Horrible customer service I have ever had! Once I get my refund on my bike and my last order I am definitely canceling my prime account!

My coffee machine broke down, zero support by the manufacturer. When I contact Amazon, I get the automated "this product is eligible for return". When I proceed , there is no return option. My Amazon app also allows to "start return process" but as soon as I click on it, there is no return option, only useless troubleshooting videos and manufacturer contact info. When I speak to an Amazon agent, their supervisors and managers are not taking any responsibility for their misinformation or lack of support. I am a Prime member considering to cancel my membership.

Amazon in Canada definitely and obviously is cheating on the Prime customers. As a prime customers I ordered many items which on Amazon website said delivery today or tomorrow but practically I received from 3 to 5 days after I placed the order. Also Amazon pushes and fouls customers to become prime members.

What a joke you would think if you pick an item that is Amazon’s prime and 2 day shipping that it would arrive in 2 days. If you can’t deliver in 2 days take it off of the prime designation. And they have to bring back purolator and ups. Send these other couriers packing. They have no problem charging for prime but I guess we are all chumps for falling for it

Amazon.ca should be ashamed of their North Winnipeg hub location. Their's is the ONLY business on the ENTIRE city street that has nor bothered to cut their grass. It's several feet tall and full of weeds and most likely wood ticks and other pests. Shame on you Amazon, shame on you.

I used to love Amazon's customer service but, like many big companies, they have now put into practice a service that basically evades serving customers. Yes, you can speak with an agent by requesting they contact you but they are generally not knowledgeable and unable to help. I am thinking seriously about not using Amazon any more and definitely cancelling my Prime membership. My last order will take over a week to arrive and the agents cannot tell me why! Why am I paying Prime fee!

Dear Amazon, I am writing to you today to express my concern about the recent trend of selling products as new on Amazon when they are actually used and open. I have personally experienced this issue on several occasions, and I am sure that many other customers have as well. In my most recent experience,I returns multiple items from Amazon. When I received my order package, were clearly used or open or broken. The packaging was open, and the product themselves were dirty and had scratches and broken on them. I was very disappointed, as I had expected to receive a brand new product if any other business would do that would be held responsible but amazon is above the law They are aloud to do falls advertisements I contacted Amazon customer service about this issue, and they were very helpful. They issued me a refund for the headphones, and they also told me that they would investigate the seller. However, I am concerned that this issue is not being taken seriously enough. I believe that it is unfair to sell products as new when they are actually used. This is especially true when the products are sold at a premium price. Customers who purchase these products are expecting to receive a brand new product, and they should not be misled. I urge Amazon to take this issue seriously and to take steps to prevent it from happening in the future. I believe that Amazon should require sellers to provide clear and accurate information about the condition of their products. Additionally, Amazon should have a system in place to investigate complaints about sellers who are selling used products as new. I appreciate your time and consideration. I hope that you will take my concerns seriously and that you will take steps to address this issue. Sincerely, Martin raby

I have so far always been satisfied with Amazon service until recently. I ordered a CPU work $485. I was away when I got a confirmation for the delivery. On returning to my home a few days later, I never found my package. I reached out to Amazon for a refund and was directed to the third party who sold it. He provided me with a proof of delivery from Fedex. However, I still did not have my package. I reached out again to Amazon customer service and was told to reach out to the seller. I explained I had already done that, and was asked to do so again and wait for 48hrs, after which if I didn't get a respond, I should reach out again and they would up an A to Z guarantee claim which should cover my lost. I reached out and the claim was opened. I was asked to file a police report which I did, and upload the report number to the claim, which I also did. 2 Days later, my claim was declined which I appealed asking for a reason my claim was declined. Anther 2days later, my appeal was decline again, stating the reason for declining to be that my package was delivered. It is likely my package was delivered as I have hardly had any issues with delivery before. But if my package is delivered and stolen (which I am assuming), why am I now being punished. I not only do not have my package, but also I do not have the $485 I spend for the my package. I find this very unacceptable for a company like Amazon to punish me for no fault of mind, for a service they did not successfully fulfill from their end. I think I will probably start taking my business to physical stores. This is no was to treat your customers.

Amazon Canada down hill, different than it used to be. Returned an item 5 weeks ago, 4 chat agents confirm they have it but still no refund, they send report to me to fill out over and over and play games on chat. They come off very dishonest and like they want to steal my money and on chat just put me off over and over, not helping but saying can I help you with anything else, it is akin to stealing, extreme bad service. I never got a refund even though they say they got the return. month ago Amazon america has not been weird and dishonest like Canada Amazon. They intentionally treat me badly on chat and play games. I have copied and pasted some of the conversations so I have them. One chat agent went against the message Amazon sent me in my account. Many years order from Amazon, under shaw email, then prior to that, Telus email and prior to that when lived in Toronto, so the history goes 10 or more years and never seen anything like this before. The chat agents show they not care about customer nor service. Not sure why they are there as they accomplish nothing over and over.

Customer service is horrendous. They have absolutely no power to make anything right (with valid complaints)... called to complain about dellivery driver lying saying a "delivery attempt was made"... I was here WAITING for them them the entire day. Last time the lie was there "no access to the building" (excuses are becoming too numerous to count)... all custoomer service does is apoloogize, and basically say to wait even longer for another delivery attempt (tomorrow)... with this type of service, what is the point of Prime? People are right when they say Amazon is just getting worse!!

I bought a tv May 20 2023, have waited over a month still not shipped. Have ordred 3 times different tv,s still no email when it would ship. Phoned customer service over 6 times were supposed to follow up never did. Will never buy a tv from them again
