Delivery drivers or, drone operators continuously left our packages out in the element when they could be placed at the fro t door where there is a covered canopy. Week of december29thwe received ed 2 shipments at zip code L5V1J1 and both were left in the elements by the garage which got co ered in snow on December 23rd and rain soaked package on December 21, 2021. If these deliveries are done by a driver give it a zero performance, if they were done by drone delivery I rather shop at HD or CT where my shipments are dropped in a safe area... my front door under the canopy.

I have had 3 orders in the last 2 months not arriving. 2 of them were “lost” at the delivery service facility and the 3rd shows no tracking at all, except for shipped by vendor. You need to do better Amazon.

Have received far too many damaged items and sick of printing labels and going back to the post office.... They don't seem to care about damaging your items during shipping.

Usually great delivery service. My package today was delivered by an idiot who can’t read and left it next door at a different number house. I didn’t know until I saw package delivered. Look for service and now no help from Amazon online except to call someone who doesn’t speak good English and no understanding of the problem. Trying to leave a rating, doesn’t work. Zero stars applicable.

Too many orders packed incorrectly. Too many items show up damaged. Sure they have replacements but how many times do I have to drive back and forth to the post office, wait additional time to receive items (sometimes also showing up damaged), and dealing with lowball partial refunds for damaged goods and wasted time? I'm over it.

Disgusted by Amazon customer service and the delivery/courier partners they're affiliated with. Closing my account permanently.

I didn't receive my parcel, but on my account it claims that it was delivered on Monday 27/2021 .This is very upsetting since it was special items to be received as gifts by December 2ed. Amazon service guaranteed that it will be delivered by December 2ed. Today, I spent with the Amazon customer service almost an hour on the phone with the only thing that was done it is just a refund. When I asked about the compensation the offer was $5 Amazon credit, maximum $20 that I am not able to use since the products that I need do not fullfiled by Amazon. Thus, only disappointings not only about the parcel that I didn't receive ,but also about the Amazon customer service that doesn't care about customers at all:((((

Very Disappointed.... Bought a couple of things from Amazone for Christmas. Somehow we end up ordering one of the Nintendo games twice. Try to return to Amazone and find out now they charge shipping for returns. It's better to go back to the original shopping way and buy stuff there. At least not have to worry about losing money in returns. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Amazon is great. The delivery is terrible. Haven't got one package that I ordered a week ago, ASL is useless. I talked to them. She says she can see my parcels but they are on hold. Amazon says they will give me a refund. If I wanted a refund, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. C'mon AMAZON get with the program.

Amazon decided to ship me n item that couldn't be farther from what I ordered. I placed an order for an item shipped by amazon.ca, and because they can't keep an accurate inventory of the stock they have to ship I was sent a silicone child's toy as a placeholder item. So instead of updating their stock properly, they will send you a random item just to say they sent you something. Even though I filed for a refund already, the customer service rep I spoke to basically told me Amazon isn't willing to offer any sort of credit for their mistake. I would have been nice to have the item I ordered at this time, but now I'll have to place another order and wait for delivery again all because Amazon isn't able to take stock properly. Be careful when ordering items shipped by Amazon, chances are they don't have it in stock and can't be bothered to update the inventory.

Let me be clear...I love Amazon.ca, but since they began using Intelcom Courier Canada, it's horrific. Why would Amazon Canada use a courier company that has the worst ratings across the internet. Even though Intelcom isn't a BBB member, they have an "F" rating with reports all citing the same issues I have had with them. Packages getting "lost", being delivered to the wrong address, packages literally being thrown at the house by the driver. I've had 5 packages consecutively "disappear" thanks to Intelcom. They refuse to take any responsibility and their customer service is non-existent. While I greatly appreciate the convenience and range of product that Amazon Canada carries. However, as an Amazon Prime member, I am not getting the service that I expect. I understand completely that recent weather conditions in BC have effected deliveries, but I expect the courier to update this. I have no trouble waiting, but I need to know my package hasn't vanished into oblivion. I have given Amazon considerable feedback, & have been given assurances that they will work to ensure that Intelcom isn't the courier used for future purchases, but they are listed as the courier for my next 3 deliveries. Not a happy bunny. 🤬

If I bought 59 items from Amazon in the 90 days period and returned 5 items because they were damaged in shipping or failed with quality issues and I am getting an email threaten me will no long able to shop on Amazon. And with false statements that Amazon had contacted me multiple times before when this is the first email I received from Amazon. I think Amazon believe it is the only company on earth with people can shop. What a joke. Bye bye Amazon

I love Amazon.ca BUT my issue is that they need to start taking stuff to a post office considering there is more theft with covid and Christmas coming. We have so many dumb asses that Jack packages that I had to call Amazon to get them to resend . It is annoying and sad. Now I question how can I order stuff if the package is literally in front of door I work all day to come home to a jacked package 📦. Amazon please rethink your delivery service PLEASE!

Amazon is absolutely ridiculous. They mess up your deliveries and do nothing about it. Telling you to wait till the next day. Unacceptable when it a constant occurrence. They need to do better and hire carriers that know how to use a scanner.

Product was fine my problem is with the Amazon. total lack of customer service. I tried to contact them and instead I was driven in circles around the website and never got that info. I’ve ordered the same item 20+ times from Amazon Canada and it is ALWAYS been delivered to my apartment door. It comes in a very large box and weighs about 40 lbs.I made sure I would be home when they delivered as I am unable to lift it. The delivery person buzzed my apartment and I let them in but they never came to my unit. I found the box sitting downstairs inside the lobby door of the building. We have an elevator, it wasn’t like he had to carry it upstairs to the 2nd floor and it wasn’t a hot day. It sat in the lobby for 2 days as I couldn’t carry it and had to wait until someone came who could..

Have been shopping Amazon a long time. For years it was 2 week delivery even with prime. BUT in the last couple months the delivery has been so fast. They must be using there Owen truck. But very happy now with the deliveries.

I have shopped with Amazon for over 10 years! In the last 6 months, the service has been horrible. Product don't match description, customer service agents are rude and don't even listen to what you are saying, as though they are on auto pilot. I usually spend $1000's of dollars a year with Amazon. I will be giving my buisness to other companys, from now on.

Very poor delivery service on almost all my orders. It is impossible to reach managers: customer service people just won't let you do that. I hope this will take their business down!
