Last night I canceled my amazon prime, today I start receiving tons of calls that Amazon late payments of some with hundreds and some with thousands. Sure all. Calls are scams and I hang up. That means that customer services personnel are using our data and selling it to scammers or Amazon is trying to scam me after cancelling the service. Or they hired scammers within their support teams. Never deal with amazon again it’s not really worth it.

I ordered some stuff and when I was completing my order it said next day delivery. So after I ordered I get an email hours later saying it will not be delivered for 3 days. Save your money people and don't use amazon. Service has gotten really bad. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last 40 days. Something I really needed the next day. Will buy local now

Bought 2 queen duvet sets cost $235 Item arrived 2 sets of king sheets with Amazon logo all over them. Contacted the seller and Amazon right away. Never ever had the seller contact me. After a week was told to ship the sheets out and send in the receipt. Make sure seller signs for it. Did this and sent in info as asked. Received notification that I had not sent receipt. Called in sent again via email direct to them. Told had to wait another 7 days. Nothing from Amazon after 8 days. I call in again to find out seller said they didn't receive item even though I sent tracking item and made them sign. So that put it on hold again? But Amazon didn't contact me I contacted them or it would have taken longer. A month since the start With shipping close to $300 Seller has sheets back and my money. Wondering if sellers are doing this? Fraud? Amazon dragging their feet? Nice people on the phones but after a month frustrated. Will not be purchasing anything of significant value from Amazon. Just got of the line again very nice person who said wait 48 hours! Bet I will be calling in 48 hours. Will order $20 and under items will NOT be ordering anything over that. Not worth the hassle or time - no protection as they claim A to Z for buyer. Should have stuck with Winners/Home Sense.

Two orders in a row messed up. One could be considered fraud really. Paid $650 for a product and they shipped a $250 product. I'm done with this stupidity. I will shop at a real store from now on. Who pays for my time? Gas and cost to ship back? Simply pathetic.

My neighborhood has enjoyed delivery from Amazon for many years. This all changed when Amazon started shipping our orders with Intelcom. We now do not get anything delivered by Amazon. Two months of complaints from everyone in the area have not gotten any results from Amazon. Why do they ship via a delivery service that sends everything back to Amazon with no intention of delivering the item? I can get deliveries from Walmart, UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator, Canada Post and even from China, but no longer from Amazon. People have come to rely on Amazon when they live in a rural area. Too bad Amazon has gone downhill with crappy customer service. Intelcom must be a scam. They get the item then send it back to Amazon. Why do they continue to accept packages they have no intention of delivering? Amazon is so rich they don't care if they lose customers. Sellers are losing money as everything is lost or returned. Time to stop using Amazon.

I placed an order sold by Amazon.ca ULC on June 20th 2024 which was supposed delivery on June 29th to July 9th. I contacted customer service on July 8th 2024 to ask the shipping information. A representative told me that they were preparing my order and the product was in fulfill center in my area. Then I got a email from amazon to update my delivery to July 18 -July 22 day after. Their customer service representatives lie every second without a hesitation. Horrible. The product is an important tool for my online store. Lesson learned.

Ordered a chair walker for my parents only to find out they had already purchased one. Even though the Amazon website says it is good for a return or refund customer service would not help me. We order $1000-$1500 dollars a year personally from Amazon and $10,000-$15,000 through our business. You would expect some kind of customer loyalty. We will shop local going forward so we can easily return items. The process with Amazon is incredibly unprofessional.

Amazon was great until I placed a claim for damages under their A-Z Guarantee. They asked for info so I sent them pics, invoices etc as requested. Since then they have sent same email 4 times and I have resent all the info 4 times. It looks like it's all automated & no-one actually reads your claim. They are hoping to wear you down to discourage you from proceeding. Shameful. PS: you have to reply & resubmit within 72 hrs - otherwise, they dismiss your case

Bought a item and it didn't show the right description $304 that was included with shipping it arrived I had to pay 45$ up front and 20$ to return, amazon only gave me 213$ back I called and called 3 times and they keep disconnecting the call on purpose !!

Amazon, your online support is pitiful. I don't know how you can hire such incompetent people to represent your brand. They can neither solve customer issues nor handle the simplest inquiry. I was transferred to 9 different agents because they did not want to figure out my issue. All claiming "I am having a technical issue" which is just bs for I'm not dealing with your problem. For anyone reading this, please just take the time to actually talk to an agent because online support is comprised of a bunch of idiots who should be working somewhere where they have to say would you like fries with that. Do better Amazon, you are a multi billion dollar company.

Amazon charges for shipping now when I returned an unopened package product (door lock with padlock). I only will get about half of the total price. I’m going to think twice now before buying from Amazon. Perhaps getting better customer service with eBay.

Tired of my parcels getting delivered to a neighbor who doesn't even have the same street number. How hard can it be to read the large numbers on my house? PS: Last package was not even delivered, but says it was.

Amazon had locked me out of my account for almost two weeks but didn’t have a problem taking my money for a year Prime membership and the money for movies I purchased!! No one in customer service can even tell me why I’m locked out which is disgusting and the department to tell you that ‘doesn’t have phones only email’.” I’m so disappointed, never been this disappointed at the incompetence of a company in my life! Maybe the fact that they used to care about their customers and now don’t even seem too bothered when one is very upset and been wrong done by is just that they have run their course success wise. Maybe they are done serving the public and it’s time to move on and try Temu or the like. I would have preferred to keep my shopping at Amazon however it’s too costly on too many levels to do so! I would rather choose a company that aspires to keep happy customers and can provide them with what they pay for instead of taking payments and then disallowing their access to their account and not even be able to explain to them why!! Think twice before investing in memberships and purchasing movies through Prime video and remember it’s because they can cut your access off to them at anytime without even an explanation!! That is not worth it!

Seems Amazon Canada has made a change to its order cancellation and refund policy. For one of the orders I received broken plates and I had to keep calling for 5-weeks to get my refund. For the other order, the package was lost by amazon carrier but amazon refused to cancel order and refund. I am still waiting for 12-days. Amazon has again ordered the same order and new delivery date projected. Buyer beware! Do not order from Amazon anything over 10-15 dollars.

Signed in in app Made purchase ! Shows that purchased was made. Purchase was going to mechanic for parts for our truck. Then what they did was took the money out of my visa debit card! Doesnt even now show on app that purchase was ever made !!! I verified as they requested it was me ! They can take out the money and have no problem taking your money! But cancel your order ! Refuse to show it in the app order was even done ! Called woman evasive cant answer ! Refuses to talk keeps muting when she cant answer questions almost 500 !!! They took ! And then they say system Cancel Order thinking ita fraud ! So now its confirmed its not ! They still take money from bank acct ! Remove it in your app it was even purchased ! Amazin as someone else stated before woman just hangs up in their customer service! Amazon is the scammers !!! Have posted screen shots to show item was ordered and paid for the app verified it ! Then they removed orders from app as stated so it doesn’t show ! Took money out they had no problem! Then customer service just hung up. Amazon is the actual swindlers/ scammers here !!!

I was disconnected 3 times by amazon service because I was upset. but who wouldn't be upset being disconnected.3 timesThey did not follow through with my problem which I am sure is not that difficult. but they kept saying oh yes yes I see and then I get disconnected. This is NOT customer service and I will curtail my extensive amazon account today.

How did they get 1.6 rating? This service went down the drain, all the way down. From non-delivery of the items to telling me to refuse the item arriving weeks late (they leave it at the door, nobody asks me), not respecting 2-day Prime membership, now making you deal with the 'third party', Amazon is a true joke. And don't get me started talking about their 'technology' Alexa devices or their Prime channel.
