I have no complaints at all, I was treat like a human being not like some firms all they want is your money and your shown no respect.The young man knew his job well he took his time with me he was polite at all times, he never tried to tell me you need this you need that, he was very proffessional at his job, he knew how to talk to me not like somewhere ive been before.Even when I returned to see if my hearing aids where working or needed any ajustment was treat like an old friend even by the receptionist. I have told some of my friends about this great firm, keep uo the great work. John

I have found the hearing aids that I purchased several months ago to be quite good value and are trouble-free and easy to use. I wear them for about 16 hours each day without problems

At last someone who understands hearing loss and can recommend a satisfactory solution. After over fifteen years of frustration I now have units I put on when I wake up, take out when I go to bed, and rapidly remove in the shower because I forgot I was wearing them. Thank you.

I have been wearing my new aids for three weeks and have received excellent advice regarding the purchase and ongoing support in relation to some minor feedback. Notwithstanding the change in audiologist at the Maidstone branch it has been most satisfactory and I am very happy with Baz Akram ( an excellent ambassador for Amplifon) who replaced Malcolm James who, in turn, provided great ongoing service for a number of years in connection with my previous aid.

My visits to your store are always a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I am greeted with a smile the minute I walk in the door, the staff are always helpful and although very professional their manner is such that I never feel that I am ' Just another customer ' who is being fed a lot of 'Sales taik', as was my experience with a few of your competitors. Also, I liked the way everything was explained to me in detail before i chose my hearing aids. The result is, I am confident I can trust your staff to help me choose what is best for me. For this reason I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.... Sincerely, Pat Miller

The staff were pleasant and informative. The initial hearing test was good and Simon helped me find the correct H/Aid. I would use Amplifon again and recommend you.

The appliance works very well. I have had some problems with it working too well in echoey noisy places which I have I hope come to terms with. Very discreet and efficient. Wish the batteries lasted longer.

I found amplifon very helpful talk you through everything that they do .amplifon was llfe changing for me.the after care is second to none would and have recommended them to others

The staff at Amplifon could not have been more helpful when my father's digital hearing aids went missing in hospital recently. Their friendly, prompt service has been most welcome at a distressing time.

I am very pleased with the service I have been getting from Amplifon, Yeovil. The staff are always pleasant and friendly, and very expert in adjusting my aids so that I get the best from them. I have been with them for quite a while now and feel that I can have a good laugh and joke with them whilst getting excellent service. Thanks Aaron.

First of all, I have not "recently made a purchase" at Amplifon, but I did have a planned post-sales check-up last week (25 Oct 2013, Amplifon, 30 Wigmore Street, London). I was very impressed with the new audiologist Nacima, who showed good innovation by adjusting and providing extra modes on one of my hearing aids. So far, these have proved beneficial. The session was prolonged due to various IT problems, otherwise I would have rated it Very Good.

Was not impressed with service. I have worn hearing aid since age of 4 so do know what works and what doesn't. First pair of hearing aids that l got worked for a few days then didn't, took them back had them recalibrated same thing happened repeatedly really frustrating as couldn't cope with day to day communications. Then they had a person in from head office to look at them and he examined them and said there was fluff/dirt in them then telling me how l should look after them excuse me l should know, finally got a new pair while investigation still on-going with second aids. These have worked for two weeks so far, today the right aid is playing up am not really happy with them.... sorry

Excellent product bit too much of a hard sell I was going to buy or not on the price and aid I didn't need a hard sell

The staff I met, or spoke to over the phone, were very friendly, patient and helpful. They were approachable and responsive to my needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Excellent communication and service.

Since purchasing my hearing aids from the Leicester branch of amplifon I have been more than satisfied with my purchase and with the aftercare from the manager and staff which has been first class
