6 windows ordered Fitting date changed the day before it was booked in without apology. A case of "another customer's job has over-run, we'll come Tuesday next week or i 4 months time whether it's convenient or not. That's just how the cookie crumbles. 4 fitted 1 fitted but the wrong size 1 not fitted. That was 3 weeks ago and no contact has been made about fitting the remaining two windows even after chasing. No apologies made either. Phones not covered. No way of making contact. Terrible service

Waited 5 months for a replacement conservatory roof panel to be made booked engineer to install didn’t turn up didn’t contact to say not coming. Re arranged a month later no one arrived contacted me. Eventually was told part could not be found. Contacted so called customer service again via email no other way. No response as yet. I can’t believe how poor this firm are they take your money and then drag their heels and don’t respond.

Waste of time. Salesman provided misleading information on lead time initially to get the contract. Breached their own terms and conditions as survey was not carried out within 21 days of the signing of the contract. Blamed Covid, Brexit, etc. Make sure you read the contract carefully and query their lead times, chances are that they will fail on delivery timelines by a long shot, but will get away with it.

Had windows fitted and they were fine, had a written gurantee for 5 years for any problems arising. Since March this year (2021) have tried to have a misted pane of glass replaced. 3 times were sent photos of the said window to them, which they claimed not to have received. Sent engineer to check and measure for replacement glass. The 3rd time was today when they had assured me 3 weeks ago that the glass would be replaced today. Have left a message on the engineers phone no. advising them that if I have not received a telephone call from senior manager within 2 hours I would seek legal advise from the Which magazine Legal team. Also advised the poor old engineer of this as well. I await their response, but I am not hjolding my breath.

Poor quality front door. Arrived scratched. Inaccurate sales pitch via zoom call. Promised product could be installed in 3 weeks. No communication. Dreadful customer service. Impossible to contact the company by phone. Poorly fitted door. Internal frame not fixed to wall. Internal latch fitted without agreement when the sales rep and surveyor were both aware that a small child (2 years old) lived at the property and could easily open the door. Lodged a complaint the day after installation. Took over 5 months before they tried to change the lock and door. Arrived with the wrong door and had to re fit the damaged door with a new lock. After several emails a new door was supplied. The lock was too stiff to open and the frame was still not fixed internally. Having emailed again and copied in the managing director an installation manager eventually came out and saw that the door was loosened so the lock would work. This means there is now a draft from the door. The letter box and door handle are still scratched and fixing the door has scratched the door.

False misleading info from rep but foolishly went ahead sliding doors arrived damaged and weren't fitted. Now can't get anyone to contact me.I have issued a completion notice and cancellation notice and still no contact re a refund of my deposit.I can't believe how unprofessional and frankly dishonest this Company is with no respect for their customers.Luckily I did not order the other doors and windows I need and will do a lot more research to find a decent firm before I do.See facebook for more dissatisfied customers......

It’s a numerous amount of emails telephone calls contacting the omnibus I am still waiting for you to deal with my complaint the weight has been 2 1/2 years. Now to find out that the compound you used around my windows has turned to sand and you will not fix this as I am now out of guarantee, This affects seven windows. Staff are very rude on the phone promise to get back to you but never do. Anybody out there thinking about using this company just throw your money down the drain

After a decent experience 12-15 yrs ago I ordered two timber leaded light windows for front of house. Told and agreed that survey would be within two weeks and delivery/install at 10-12 weeks. Had to badger them after 6 weeks to get survey done, they eventually came after 8 weeks. I was finally given install date of 28 weeks!! Windows arrived and were wrong!! and damaged!! After 40 weeks they arrived again and were fitted, but only 1 fitter who rushed and bodged the install. Now a year later I'm still chasing for rectification with no one returning my calls or emails! Plus timber windows are of inferior quality! Do not touch Anglian!!!!

Unbelievably poor service - pressured into signing a contract whilst on the phone to the rep - 2 x weeks still no contact - was assured by the rep I would have a survey done within 2 x weeks After 2 x weeks I was told it would take 22 x weeks before install completed - despite me telling the rep I was moving home in 30 x weeks - when I asked to cancel I was told my deposit (25% of quote) over £5k would not be refunded. £5k for 1 x video call an no survey - disgusting service - no materials had been ordered - this is a money making scheme and they lie to customers to get their money - then refuse to answer calls after wards.

They don't respond to customers, they don't have a tel number to speak to anyone and they don't appear to read emails properly. I have emailed and had live chat, completed the forms and spoke to someone in sales. Customer Service is dreadful and totally frustrating. This is for an elderly relative. Email address below is mine not the relatives.

Ordered a door from Anglian Window on the strict assurance that it would be installed within six weeks. After four weeks and still no visit from the surveyor, it was clear Anglin Window were not going to make their promised installation date,. I therefore cancelled the order. I wan informed that as this had passed the seven day cooling off period, I would need to speak to the Area Manager. This was on 23d Aug, Although I have emailed her three times I have not have any response, not even an acknowledgment of email receipt. I have contacted compliant who say they will respond in five days, and nothing yet even thought the five days have passed. I have email and had notification that Anglian Windows will respond with 2 days, but nothing even through the two days have elapse. Told today that complained were still waiting for a response from themselves. Given a number to call - which does not exist Number on their website gives an automated message to go to their website for any information before cutting off Complete joke of a company - clearly only objective is getting your money then completely ignoring you in the hope that you go away.

I wanted a written quotation and the rep insisted I paid £199 by bank transfer (fully refundable in 7 days) in order to provide the contract for review. He then urged me to accept the contact immediately as I had a "10 day cooling off period". After reviewing the T&Cs I decided not to accept the deal and requested my £199 refund. The next email indicated that it would take 28 days to process. 28 days has elapsed and I still do not have my refund. It seems you don't get the refund unless to hassle for it. Or maybe I will have to go to the small claims court? Thinking of writing to my MP and contacting trading standards about this. It ought to be illegal. Sale guy ignored my emails once I decided not to proceed.

Several delays before fitting finally agreed. Fitter very unprofessional, no dust sheets used or car taken. Job left incomplete, fitter said “don’t open left door as the frame is wonky and will need refitting!” Frame scratched, screw heads sticking out, property damaged, expanding foam on carpet, big holes in walls around frame. Customer service non existent!! Phone message says ‘email’ no reply from email. Three months before someone finally refit double doors, he left saying scratches to frame and doors would need dealing with rubber door seals would need redoing as not long enough currently, screw heads need capping, tumbler system inside still required, carpet damage needs insurance claim, (house only 18month old) Customer service not responding to phone or emails. Shocking service.

We ordered our windows in April. Still no installation date. The whole sales process was pushy and left us feeling like we had been done over. promised 8 week max installation. Then came the delay for the survey, then the additional work required before we could have installation and yet more costs on top of what are all ready over priced windows. Delay after delay and promises that we’d be given an installation date soon. We can’t get out of the agreement because we’d be paying 80% because apparently they have gone into manufacture. This is not what we agreed to! Customer service is poor, never call you back when promised, phone manner as if they really can’t be bothered - likely because they are receiving complaints all day about the same issue. Do not recommend. I’m devastated to have given them our business and worried about what windows we’ll now be left with if they ever turn up.

We were lied to by their salesman, Ben Taylor, based in Glasgow. If you speak to this person you will realise that he is incapable of telling the truth. He deceived us in relation to timescales, made multiple mistakes with the order and ignored our calls. We have reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid Anglian windows in general, and Ben Taylor in particular.
