“I recently got an iPhone, and the battery is a big improvement over older iPhone models. I’ve used it to capture lecture slides from a distance, and it can be better. As a student, I feel it would be ideal to have more storage options at a reasonable price, given that photos, apps, and school files take up a lot of room. Apple could make storage upgrades and accessories more affordable.”
“Initially, I bought my iPhone 15 Plus in October amidst the hype surrounding them at the time. I had overheating issues since day 1 and over the months they got progressively worse, I spoke to Apple Support upwards of 15 times and attended several in store appointments to be told there is nothing wrong with my phone and to jog on.
Fasting forward to present, I was left with no option but to write a letter of complaint to the Apple Ireland Office and express my concerns about the disservice Apple was providing me and how upset I was at how I'd been treated, being a loyal customer for so long.
They arranged me an express replacement, wavering the holding deposit for the phone as I'd gone through so much hassle. To find out, they're shipping me a brand new device from the Apple Online Store.
Definitely a reason for me to stick by Apple's side for a little longer.”
“Someone hacked my apple account and created a recovery key i never created. I contacted Apple a few times and was given no solutions and bounced around. I offered information to prove the phone was mine but fell on deaf ears. A day later, my mother calls and was told to provide proof of purchase. I walk in apple who would not tell me still i could provide proof of purchase. It wasnt until i brought it up then the Apple rep tells me that would be all they need and present it to a manager when i came back. I went to the phone store and was able to locate the purchase on my phone account myself and went back to apple and showed them while i was actively in my phone carrier account. I was then told that they would just submit the form online and i had to wait up to 7 days WHILE who ever hacked my account has my every location STILL. I have/had apple tags in my vehicle. For me to show apple ALL my info INCLUDING proof of purchase and still not delete my account Apple can and should be sued. I only put live chat because it does not give the option to also hit in person AND telephone when ive done all 3. Recovery key is being used against their customers and for the head rep tell me they dont have my location when they do is sad. It says it on my phone.”
“When Apple introduced Apple Watch 7, I was so impressed with its health-related specifications. I bought Apple Nike to help with my sports and outdoor activities. After 6 months or more, this watch died. It showed only a yellow screen. I called apple support and send for repair under Repair No R554549083. I got this watch after its repair. Now, after 6 months or more, this watch has died again. I will go through its repair process which creates a huge inconvenience in my routine life. At the same, I looked at the apple website, and I could not see Apple 7 Series anymore. This seems Appel 7 was a faulty product which is been discontinued. In that case, I wish Apple should recall its product and save me from this issue.”
