Didn’t even bother trying to find the correct address. I waited in all day but simple got missed delivery not in. Very infuriating

The appliance that I ordered was obviously not in stock at the time of ordering. You still took the order without showing this. Very dishonest behaviour. The appliance arrived nearly one month later.

Electriq 12 Litre Dehumidifier immediately started leaking then acquired a electrical fault all this in 5-6 uses and damaging two separate floors... Customer service was appalling and a waste of time no discount no apologies and was told to get someone to look at it!! Also purchased a fridge freezer at the same time which is also showing signs of wear very early on... avoid avoid!!!!

I am still waiting for delivery, two days late and no information on when it will be delivered. Not Appliances Direct at fault but I need the equipment.

Previous feedback was excellent due to brilliant communication and the speed you dealt with issues. This time was advice that my dishwasher would be delivered today and it wasn’t. No communication at all until I get this email for feedback.

So far a terrible experience. Microwave delivered simply in shrink-wrap plastic no proper protection and display had large vertical crack down it. Will re-review once replacement has been delivered and inspected.

Absolutely appalling service. Three fridges delivered all with the same fault. Wanted me to wait until the first was returned before sending me a replacement during a heatwave. Eventually agreed to send a second and collect the first at the same time. This did not happen as drivers hadn't been told to collect it even though I had an email saying they would. Sent the second straight back and the third. Had to wait several days untill the first was collected before they processed my refund which was minus the delivery charge. Half an hour after it was collected had a phone call from a different courier saying they were on the way to collect.

Courier claimed notified us to arive by 10am but didn't arrive until 6:30pm. Courier then refused to take away the old unit, despite the fact we'd paid for the scrap service. Appliance Direct's customer care is a joke. The on-line chat either doesn't answer or they cut you off. And they charge you a premium rate to call them! They eventually re-arranged the collection for the next day only to cancel again. Then I was told there's no courier available for collection until the next week so I have to store the old unit (for which I don't have the space). And they refuse to refund you the £20 for the scrap service, despite failing to deliver the service in a timely manner. Their customer service is a disgrace.

I placed a significantly valued order. Order confirmed and delivery date confirmed. ( 2 weeks ). Organised tradesman accordingly to carry out and complete works based on this delivery arriving as confirmed. Delivery date came and received no contact from the carrier. Attempted to track order via the appliance direct link. Not possible. Left a message via chat. Received a response email 14:40 on the day of delivery to say that my order had been cancelled without explanation and refund on its way within 3-5 days and ‘Thank you for your understanding’ !!! Absolutely raging is understatement. No contact at all in the 2 weeks prior.No opportunity to source alternative products or make alternative arrangements. Ended up ranting embarrassingly to a poor customer service rep who has no influence and was unable to let me speak to a senior or manager. Shocking service and will never return. 1 star rating is far too generous.

I've been attempting to cancel the delivery of unwanted goods for the past 5 days, sending multiple emails and messages. Regrettably, all of these attempts have been ignored, both by the delivery company and the vendor. I must express my dissatisfaction with this company, as they appear to disregard all forms of communication and requests. I would advise others to save their time, as responses from this company seem to consist of generic, pre-written replies. Avoid at all cost!!!

Still waiting for my refund!! So expensive to keep phoning customer service!! Very expensive delivery charges . 3-5 working days for them to acknowledge they have it from courier which Iv had no reply too !! Then advised another 3-5 working days for a refund which again heated nothing !! More phone call to get information on my refund . Very upset

Under no circumstances buy from this company - bought a cooker, the poor guy who delivered it was on his own and my husband, who was luckily at home, had to help him unload the van to get the cooker off. Had someone booked to install it only to find it didnt come with a plug - when I rang was told the details were in the spec - where it says installed by qualified electrician, but not that we have to buy a lead to connect it! Absolutely disgusting - will NEVER purchase anything from this company again - but they were very quick to call me after I purchased to see if I wanted insurance - dont need insurance on something I cant use! TERRIBLE COMPANY - RUBBISH

Delivery was fantastic no faults 100%, Delonghi heater was damaged dents its what i was expecting not class A goods, slight damage , but not working correctly cannot adjust the temperature wish they would test items before dispatching for working correctly as it is constantly on at 28 degrees centigrade . disappointed not going to rave about appliances direct .

Appliances delivered have really let me and their poor driver down today. They sent one person on a five hour journey each way to deliver, and install two large appliances, and remove the old ones, when he arrived he said there was no way he could lift the appliances. Not sure what I paid for when I paid for delivery and installation.

Paid for next day delivery (on a Saturday) Delivery arranged by the Company with DHL. - On Saturday DPD failed to turn up but recorded it as a missed delivery - a lie ! -DPD texted saying they would deliver on Sunday. On Sunday they then texted saying due to unforeseen events the delivery was delayed until Monday -Now Monday and still waiting - but received a text form the Company saying that due to 2 failed attempts did I want to cancel? No - just a reliable courier please

What a fraud of a company Ordered the AEG 9000 which on their website said I could connect to Wi-Fi and is shown with a nice black finish on the top After taking a day off from work to be home for the delivery I realised What had turned up was a different model which didn’t connect to Wi-Fi or have a heating function and with a gray trim on top After explaining to the company that it’s false advertisement to sell a product which doesn’t look like or have the features that is stated in the listing. I was offered a discount of £30 This isn’t fair compensation for sending an item that doesn’t have the main features that I wanted (Wi-Fi and Heating) After going back and forth several times explaining the matter multiple times they said they could swap the product for the correct one. They would collect the wrong one and drop of the correct one Whoever said this lied. They then said they would have to collect the aircon unit and check that it’s not damaged before sending one off That’s fine. I then had to take another day off work for the aircon unit to be collected When they received and accepted the aircon was not damaged. I went through several conversations to make sure the product they were sending as a replacement had all the features that the website says Mainly Heating Wi-Fi connectivity They confirmed it would be correct The difference in the product was £79.03 I said i feel like this should be covered by the company as the fault was there’s and I have now had to take 2 days off work for their mess up And would now have to take another day off work. They offered £25, £5 less their original discount they offered. I was then offered £20, £10 less than their original discount. Eventually about a month after my purchase they agreed to cover the cost as it was all their fault. Today the replacement turns up No Wi-Fi No heating Grey trim on the top not like the one shown on the website Terrible company They need to resolves this. I ordered this on the 12/06/23 and I do not have the product I ordered. I’m now 3 days out of work - soon to be a 4th for them to collect the wrong item again 4 days off work And without the product that I paid for Order 45872868 46011606

AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!! Just send out damage stuff and I wish I would of read the reviews before ordering with this company STAY WELL AWAY
