Received order on time but I'd ordered the wrong items x 4, spent over £1k for business use and was going to reorder. Appliances Direct didn't offer to collect the incorrect items, I had to pay for the collection. Now I'm trying to find out when some HEPA filters will be in stock. Last week I was told by 1 person that they would be in stock Monday 11th January and by another person just the week commencing 11th January, we need 8 packs of these. Today Tuesday 12th January I have had an online chat and been told that these HEPA filters will not be coming back into stock, to start with!! Then I said I wasn't happy because of the previous times I had been promsed and then I was suddenly told the goods would be arriving today at Appiances Direct and more on 5th February. I said ok and Callum the online person just disappeared, didn't say is there anything else I can help you with or goodbye, he just went. What kind of customer service is that??

Promised and paid for Next working day delivery. arrived 2 days later. Asked for a reduction in delivery cost, No response. Product okay but wouldn't deal with them again due to poor customer service.

The tumble drier arrived as promised and the delivery staff assured me that my old appliance would be collected later that day by a separate team. Several hours later I received a text advising that they would not be collecting the machine but would refund the £19.99 I had paid for this service within the next 4/5 days. As an older person part of the attraction of Appliances direct was that they offered this service - I have since discovered that suppliers are legally required to supply a recycling service and that many other companies provide this free of charge. This left my husband and I struggling to take the drier to the tip; had I been on my own, disabled or didn't have my own transport I would not have been able to manage this. I was very disappointed in appliance direct and I'm left wondering if they ever intended offering the service for which I was charged.

Good fridge/freezer at good price. Paid for them to take away my old fridge and that was cocked up. First a dpd courier arrived to take away my "parcel", refused the fridge as too large and unpackaged. Phoned Appliances Direct who said that dpd was nothing to do with them (despite him having said his collection was for appliances direct himself) and that when the new fridge/freezer is delivered, they would be taking the old one away with them. New fridge/freezer was delivered by a courier on his own in a small van - said he had no info to collect the old one, and couldn't do it on his own anyway. Appliances Direct were then uncontactable by phone for 4 days over New Year. Finally, they said they couldn't arrange to collect it retrospectively. They gave me a refund but it doesn't help that much when I still need to get rid of the item....It has to be on ground level for council to collect (my house and garden are up some steps) and companies that will collect from upstairs cost upwards of £50.

I sent you an email but have heard nothing back. TV bracket doesn’t fit the TV both supplied by you.

I ordered a cooker over the phone and carefully spelled out my email address so I could be sent the invoice and order details. The email address didn't arrive, so I had to call Appliances Direct on their premium rate number - as I was on hold for a lengthy amount of time, I ended up paying almost £20 on my phone bill. Once I had got through to someone, they corrected my email address and received my order details by email and was able to access details via their website. It was easy to alter delivery date and track delivery, and the men who delivered the cooker were friendly and helpful. On receipt of the cooker, I found the door catch to be faulty (it was bent out of shape and I was unable to close the oven door. I fixed this problem myself by simply bending the catch back into shape rather than have to go through the palaver of complaining).

I have waited for weeks and weeks for my fridge to arrive. It was meant to be delivered yesterday .However when the delivery team called me to let me know they will be there in 30 mins, they stated they can only leave the fridge at my building entrance and cant bring it up to my flat for health and safety reasons. How on earth am I supposed to bring a fridge up to my flat myself? Why did I pay the delivery to my doorstep for extra large item? Surely all flats in the world get fridges delivered to their doorstep. I have been trying to call appliances direct since yesterday but there is no reply. I am very disappointed.

Sold me an item that was out of stock. Changed delivery date 4 times over 6 weeks. If I’d known it was out of stock at time of ordering I’d have ordered elsewhere

Ordered next day. Cooker turned up on time. Unfortunately delivery driver hit our fence whilst gaining access to the drive. They didn’t say anything we only knew this by going through Cctv. I have tried to contact the delivery team by email still awaiting response.

Ordered wireless headphones, item not received when scheduled, no updates and payment taken. Had to chase to get delivery update and item was dispatched that day. Paid for delivery but not offered a refund for the delay. Poor service and I’d probably still be waiting for my order had I not followed up. Will stick to Amazon next time.

Had to call a couple of times. Just noticed this cost me £11 despite having unlimited calls on mobile. It's one of those '08' numbers. Everything else was fine so disappointed about this.

I placed an order for a freezer that the website said was in stock and they provided a delivery date for a few days later. Received order confirmation advising all was ok. They very quickly took my money and the day before delivery they sent an email stating 3 week delay as they were out of stock. I called customer services only to be told that their website is not a live system and stock levels are inaccurate. They offered an insulting £20 discount and passed me onto the sales team to find alternatives. They were rude and didn't have any product or commercial knowledge. Whilst talking to them I received an email stating product is no longer manufactured and that my order was cancelled. Product is still being advertised as available for delivery.

Was asked to give a review but not even received my goods yet. Purchased a freezer and opted for a Saturday delivery as at home. Received an email on Thurs saying my item had been dispatched. Then received another email later saying they couldn’t deliver on sat. Gave me the option of only two dates for the whole of Oct to choose a delivery none at the weekend which means taking a day off. Delivery firm said that Appliances Direct don’t have access to their delivery schedule. What’s the point of giving an option on delivery dates for me to choose then. Email AD but sorry for the inconvenience was the best they could come up with. And now they email me to ask for a review? So not very happy to say the least
