Terrible, terrible deliveries. We started with half order delivered, other half left at depot. Waited days for second half. Then suffered from non delivery, late delivery and finally wrong article, then days while they sent right one, paid express delivery other items in desperation. waited a week and then ten days.... They turned a straight forward, simple job into chaos. Wasted hours of plumbers time and my patience Don't go near this company, wish wish wish I hadn't.....

Well, unfortunately I have fallen foul of my rule - always check the reviews first! On the 19th May I ordered a LED illuminated, heated bathroom mirror. The company boasts quick delivery (3 days) from receipt of the order. We were going through quite a busy time, having a new en suite stripped out and fitted, so I didn’t realise how long the mirror was taking until everything else had been finished. So a couple of weeks later I chased this up with Aquabliss, who sounded genuinely surprised that it had not yet been delivered. The lady said that she would reorder it and gave me a date for the new delivery (3rd June). Arrangements were made to remain in awaiting the delivery, which never happened. I rang the next morning to discover that apparently there was a damage report on the item during delivery. They apologised for not communicating this to me. Yes, reading other reviews, you can see that this is somewhat of a common theme with Aquabliss. So a new date was given to me for delivery (today - 7th June). By midday when I’d heard nothing I rang the company asking for tracking information. They (‘Thomas’) said I would receive an email shortly with tracking information. After receiving nothing, at 3:50pm I rang again, only to discover that (guess what) a damage report had been filed and again an apology for not letting me know.. At this point I lost my sense of humour and asked for a refund to be processed immediately, as I had lost all faith in Aquabliss to either communicate effectively and truthfully or to deliver the goods purchased. I then immediately received an email from Thomas confirming that a refund would indeed be processed. Having read the reviews in relation to slow refunds, unless chased, I consulted my solicitor (family friend) who will happily pursue the case, given the incredulous accounts of damage in transits etc which he would be eager to investigate with the Aquabliss suppliers. I really do doubt that the mirror really exists, as I cannot find it available anywhere else. Interesting to note that Company’s House records shows that last year Aquabliss recently avoided being struck off. The directors; Jonathan Heaney and Daniel Morgan have a lot to answer for. I imagine all the others act under a pseudonym. I have given them 24hrs to credit my PayPal account before I press on with legal recourse, but to be honest, I just want my money back -so I can buy a mirror...

Without doubt the worst service I have ever received from any kind of retailer. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a toilet and paid extra for 1-3 day delivery. The toilet finally arrived after 3 weeks and several emails and phone calls all instigated by me. At no stage did I receive any pro-active conmunication to let me know what was going on. False promises and excuses are this companies motto. Still waiting on the refund for the extra delivery charge another 4 weeks later. I am still in a state of disbelief. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A LOAD OF HASSEL.

Terrible company to deal with - avoid! Missing items and wrong items sent. This was just the start of it. When trying to get them to send the correct and missing items Aquabliss constantly gave false delivery info and dates. Everyday when you phone them they use a different excuse ("supplier let them down", "DPD did not collect items", "Items damaged so were not sent", "Items were dispatched and you should have received them" & "wrong dispatch details were given" are among a few examples). Eventually, we asked to cancel the missing items. Aquabliss were more than happy to do this and offer a full refund. However, they did not process the refund for over 17 days, and it took me calling them every day to ask when I will receive my money, and telling them that I am now seeking legal advice. Again, constant excuses (and lies?). One day they tell you the refund has been processed, the next they say they are doing it that day. All in all, the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Aquabliss to anyone - please avoid!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! 0 STARS!!! We ordered a sink furniture unit. No communication as to when it would arrive, until I received a phone call from the courier who was 40mins away from delivery. I advised I was at work and asked if they could leave it in the garage, which they did. Obviously I was unable to check the delivery immediately, and had I, I would have refused it. The unit was so damaged, I took at least 9 photos of various different damaged points, including a drawer that was totally cracked through. Sent photos to the company by email. Promised they would send another. A week went by with no confirmation of when this would be. I contacted them and they advised they don't have any in stock. At this point I decided to cancel the order. Rather than mess about with couriers collecting the item, my husband drove it directly to their office in Darlington. He says that the office was chaos. A porta-type cabin with boxes and packaging everywhere, paperwork piled high on desks. They issued us with a receipt saying they'd refund us. That was 2 and a bit weeks ago. I emailed a week ago to ask about the refund. No reply so far and still no refund... I will give them up to 30 days, and then we're going to small claims court!

This is the worst purchase experience. I ordered an item which was shown as stock, called twice for delivery date. Both of time wrong information had been given, 10 days later it had been understood that the item was not in stock, we cancelled the the order. We are waiting for a refund for 3 weeks now, I am escalating it to resolution center in PayPal. So far I sent 5 emails, called 3 times. Please be aware they keep on giving the wrong information

This is the worst online experience I have had. After constant phoning I was eventually told that my shower enclosure was damaged and was being returned from the courier to Aquabliss. It took 7 calls to find this out and I had stayed at home on 2 consecutive days as I had been assured that delivery was due. Customer Services never returned my calls. I have now only managed to get a refund via my credit card company despite numerous emails requesting a refund from Aquabliss. I wish I had read the reviews before using this company!

Lots of promises on the phone but very little action. Cancelled order very quickly after failure to give me details about whether delivery process had started or even details of stock when I spoke on phone. (NB. staff are polite but very vague and will tell you what you want to hear on phone but can't give specific details when pushed, very telling imho). Took longer than promised to get a refund and have not been refunded the full amount (missing around double the standard delivery charge). Told the reason was that the delivery process had been started and I was liable for pick up & returning from depot? Of course I asked for the delivery process details so this could be verified but they have failed to supply this information. Not allowed to speak to a manager and any emails have not been replied to. They haven't replied to my statement that the law changed recently to make the distance seller liable for refunding the full refund INCLUDING standard delivery charges. Oh, noticed another recent reviewer had a similar issue with with alleged bogus delivery charges being taken off the refund amount ...hmm Simple advice DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 toilets sent a totally different type delivered. A guy calling himself Thomas, gave lots of different excuses. Even said I should just fit them. I even spoke to 2 others very much the same response. These people are nothing more than crooks. I wish I checked more review sites

Awful Company, DO NOT USE!!!!! Paid extra to get next day delivery and didn't show up. After a week later still nothing and just lots off empty promises about When it would be delivered. STILL WAITING TOO!!!

Bunch of crooks! Same experience as others. Ordered something and paid extra for 3 day delivery, it never showed. Called the office to talk to the rude and unhelpful customer service team, (and I use the term 'customer service' very loosely. Told it would come the following day guaranteed, it never did. Called the following week to cancel the order and told my money would be refunded in 3 days as they were in breach of contract, the money never arrived. Called again and then they said it would be 14 days, still never arrived. Called again and now its 14 working days! I'm 2 months in now and still no refund. Every time I spoke with Anne-Marie, or Marie as she uses sometimes, and every time she gives me a different answer as to when I'm getting a refund. I don't think she can open her mouth and not tell a big fat lie. She is rude, unhelpful and obstructive and the one thing I'm sure of is that a customer service role is not for her. I urge anyone to purchase elsewhere. Everything that is advertised on there website you can buy from more reputable suppliers on the net so you don't need to go though this misery that myself and many others are going through. I purchased all my items in the end from Plumbworld, Soak.com and Drench who all gave me excellent service unlike this bunch of dirty conning scumbags. Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. I'm taking them to small claims like many others. I also urge anyone who has suffered to contact 'Action fraud' on 0330 123 2040 and register a complaint with them. And this is a 'no star' review. Google insist you leave at least 1 star which is 1 too many!

Please do not use this company! Paid for Next Day Delivery which didn’t arrive, was promised further deliveries before 10:30am throughout the week which never happened. 2 weeks after ordering the stock, I still did not have it and do not have a refund for Next Day Delivery either. Offered to collect the goods, they were picked incorrectly but they were not able to give me the new goods as the incorrectly picked ones needed to be collected to prove that they were incorrect. Various members of staff spoken to, all rude and keep you on hold on the phone for 20 minutes at a time. Waiting for Annemarie to take the call/call you back is a joke. Customer service manager ‘does not take inbound calls’ and apparently doesn’t answer to emails either. Save your money and don’t bother using this company.

Terrible customer servive. No one takes responsibility when deliveries go wrong...blaming each other. Took my £35 for 1 - 2 days delivery and yet received goods 2 weeks late. Won't acknowledge my emails regarding a refund for delivery. Poor company. Poor service. Avoid at all costs!!! Or it will cost you!!!

PLEASE TAKE NOTE. SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Nice website, but they do not have any of their own stock - you will pay money and never get it, or it will be massively delayed and probably broken or damaged. You will deal with these people, pleasant enough while you place your orders, but when things go wrong (WHICH I GUARANTEE THEY ABSOLUTELY WILL) you will be given excuses after excuses and none of them will ever commit to anything. Anne-Marie - sales Thomas - Sales Jonathan - Technical Rob - Sales Susi - Sales When you complain about poor service, they will be rude to you, insult you, call you a liar and many other despicable things, but they WILL NEVER solve your problem. You will NEVER deal with these people: Jonathan Heaney - Director at Companies House - he is NEVER in and does not take calls from customers. Does he even exist? Who knows?? Tony Lawrence - Customer Services Manager. - he is NEVER in and doesn't take calls from customers. He doesn't return emails or calls either. It makes sense that these two people must spend their time writing fake reviews about how good their service is which is why they have nearly 50% 5 star reviews. HOWEVER, this is to counterbalance the only true reviews on here which state emphatically how completely useless Aquabliss is - nearly 50% terrible. Note that the good reviews are not specific. The bad ones are detailed! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. I IMPLORE EVERYONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD SERVICE, NO REFUNDS to sue this TERRIBLE business if you have a case against them. It is a CON, a SCAM and you will lose time, money and your patience over and over by dealing with these bandits.

Be Warned!! Do not order from this company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. I had to call 2 weeks after I placed my order (even though it said delivery within 5 working days) and then was promised next day delivery which didn’t happen. It took a further 2 weeks until I received my order… damaged. Now fighting for a refund. Everyone in the “customer services” department are extremely rude and argumentative. No one wants to help. Management is non existent which I assume is why/how they get away with speaking/treating customers so badly. Just don’t do it. It’s a waste of money/time/stress.

I have been waiting for a refund on an incorrect bath I had been sent since August last year. That was after waiting weeks for said bath to be collected. During the ordering process I dealt with a very rude female. However Jonathan has been very polite in his correspondence, but still no refund!! I wish I had read theses reviews before buying from ’Aquabliss’
