I have bought three bathroom suites from aquabliss now. I have to say the service I have received has been fantastic. My dad fitted my bathroom suite and he isn't a professional so had a little bit of difficulty fitting the toilet seat. We spoke to someone called Tom he spent about 30mins talking through how to fit the softclosing toilet seat. He even sent a little video to help my dad I was 8 months pregnant and explained to the girl called Susannah...same name so remembered her that I couldn't check goods on delivery. No problem at all she told me that if my partner could check over the weekend that would be fine. We noticed a small chip on the basin. I was asked to send a photo and 2 days later without an arguement I received a new basin. i have had no problems at all with this company. The quality off the goods is far more than i expected for the price and will keep on buying. Come on people i think the reviews i have read are completley unfair. I've spent over 3000pound now few deliverys have been a day later than expected bit they use couriers and have more than helpful and honest to me

I ordered a Sevilla Quandrant 900mm shower from Aquabliss featuring nano technology easy cleaning glass. I also ordered the Shower Guard kit which I thought was a cleaning product. This product was not delivered and I contacted Aquabliss to be told that I had got nano glass and I was not getting the product or a refund. It turns out the Shower Guard kit is a kit that you use on existing installed showers to turn them into an easy clean glass. Inferior to the lifetime nano technology used by the manufacturers. Obviously I did not need the kit as the glass was nano anyway. However Aquabliss will not give me a refund, nor will their Director speak to me as the staff tell me he does not deal with customer queries. Don't use this company. His staff tell me that they can put what they like on their website! They are trouble. I am worried about what happens if anything goes wrong with my purchases because I know they will not help at all.

This company are the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I ordered a shower door from them on their express delivery service on 11th October 1-3 working days, so our contractor could fit our en-suite. By the 25th October it is still not with us and our contractor finished last week. We are therefore going to have to pay for him to come back to fit a shower door from another company. This company continued to blame the courier for not sending the item out and the courier stated they had not received the item from the company. They are a scam company and they will keep hold of your money. They have told me I will only receive a refund when they have received the goods back from the courier, which is disgusting as I am not responsible for the transit of their goods and if the courier should lose them then I won't receive my money back. What an absolute scandal I am now taking this to trading standards and consumer rights. I am 6 months pregnant and could well do without this hassle or losing £234 of my hard earned money. They have no customer service or empathy for their customers and really are not interested in complaints. I am warning you unless you have money to throw away do not use these charlatans you won't receive the goods and you certainly won't receive your money back without a fight!

Avoid! The company, like some of its goods are unfit for purpose Hello, Further to our conversations I have tried to make contact on the telephone and have been hung up on twice so I have to assume you do not wish to resolve the problems, and thus do not wish to trade. The lady (Susanna) on reception communicated with me excellently but whomever else I spoke to (Tom I believe) was unable to communicate in a civil manner, forcing me to terminate our single conversation early, and ask to speak to the lady again. On 13th October you accepted my order with the additional cost of express delivery service of between 1 and 3 working days. This would have seen the order completed by the end of 18th October. I received a partial delivery at 19:15 on 19th October. Despite being late, the delivery was missing several components for some items, and some items altogether. On inspecting the shower tray it is notably warped in both axis, preventing its fitting. Additionally the tray appears to be sub-standard, with the edges being manufactured far from straight, and with apparently a lack of stone resin content in the base to prevent warping of the tray along its axis and the visible sides. I did not completely remove the tray from its packaging so cannot further comment on the state or quality. I noted the comments in the instructions that no responsibility for faulty goods can be accepted after fitting has been attempted. I note your comments that if the tray is laid flat your or the manufacturers belief is that the tray will straighten under is own weight. I have made you aware that this seams reasonable along the length of the unit, but there appears to be little or no flex in the shower tray across the short length and given the other apparent defects I cannot accept the tray as fit for purpose to fit flush with a straight floor. I offered to pay additional funds to exchange the tray for one of your two (more expensive) alternatives, permitting they are not produced by the same manufacturer. Over several conversations today, starting at 09:30, we have not reached agreement, and you are now refusing to communicate with me. Given the lack of progress and your refusal to communicate; as several items are incomplete, or have not been dispatched to me, and one of the main items (also incomplete) is not fit for purpose, you will find that I have placed the entire transaction into dispute with my credit card provider. I am not trying to be difficult. The transaction has been unsatisfactory, and I was looking to resolve amicably, but this effort has not been matched by Aquabliss.

Disgusting company - happy to take your money but not so happy to take responsibility for their poor quality/damaged goods. No customer service, no communication, no acknowledgement... use at your peril!!

Whilst the delivery time was at the limit of that advised, the products supplied were excellent quality and good value for money, those being a Victorian Low level WC and a Pedestal Basin. Make of this review what you will but I have no reason not the give 4 stars to Aquabliss....Thanks

The My family and I were finally excited to be doing up our bathrooms in the house. I found the tall traditional toilet on eBay and decided to buy from them to install in one of the bathrooms. At first they were responsive to emails. Once the items arrived I noticed they were all opened and not packed and sealed the box containing the toilet bowl was ripped to the side so Ichecked the box and there were all scratch marks on the toilet not just to the side of the box that was ripped. I made contact with them and they sent a new bowl after several chases and delay. I was doing other bathrooms in the house so kept the items safe in a spare room. When it was time for the bathroom where the toilet was going to be installed the builder noticed the tall metal pipe that supplies water to be flushed was bent. I sent them picture and spoke to a manager several times called Thomas. He was rude unhelpful and it's been 3 months and still no exchange of parts our reply to various calls. My emails were not replied to until I got eBay involved and still Aquabliss has not been responsive. All I wanted was an exchange of the item. I will never recommend family or friend or will I ever be using them.

Ordered my items on wedsneday morning, choose standard delivery but recieved a call from the delivery driver on Friday to ask if I was available later in the day for delivery. Managed to get everything installed over the bank holiday and I really love it all. The quality is good for any price, can't fault anything, paid half the showroom price so double happy!

After them messing up a collection/deliver address to swap over an item they A) wanted £106 delivery THEN wanted another £104 because they shipped it to the wrong depot. Still haven't received the items. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

I don't normally do reviews but I'm so infuriated with this company I feel I have to advise you what they're really like. I ordered and paid for (on Wednesday) 1700 x 700 shower tray with the waste outlet at the centre of the short side, I've had additional money to get the tray delivered to me next day (Thursday) as I was on a tight deadline. I had a plumber lined up for the for that afternoon to to install the tray and the Tiler lined up for the following morning to carry out the ceramic tiles as we had to be finished on the Friday evening. They delivered the tray to me with the outlet on the centre of the long side which was no good to me. I call the company wants the train was delivered and they informed me that I need to take photographs of the tray to prove it was the wrong tray!!! Otherwise they could not deal with my issue. I explained the urgency of the problem and they didn't seem to care. I asked to speak to the managers or a director responsible and apparently they were all in meetings. I called back again two hours later and they told me they still hadn't managed to get through to the warehouse to see if the tray could be dispatched tonight. I asked (Ryan) to stay on hold to speak to the managers and apparently it could be hours before I can speak to the manager or a director as a role very busy with customers. He said if I wanted him to call the warehouse I would have to get off the phone as he needed to use it. I asked him was only one phone line in the building can you not use another one and he said no. He was both on helpful and obstructive. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely not use this company I would sooner use someone else and get a company that are customer focused. Their customer service is non-existent and the staff are very rude.

I ordered a 1600 mm sliding shower enclosure from them, first lot was damaged, took quite a few phone calls to organise the exchange. They exchanged but gave me a different make and it was a 1700. Asked them to exchange or refund it. They refused to take it away. They left me with the item for 4 weeks standing in my kitchen. In the end I had to wheel it to the tip myself to get rid of it! Got my money back from my Credit Card company and as soon as they saw the money missing from their account they suddenly they were in touch threatening me with a Court case which is still ongoing! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE !

After 6+ weeks, 3 damaged delivery, 40+ calls made, I picked up the bathroom unit myself from the depo. I have a bathroom fitted but with all the stress and aggro, I wish I never used them. The customer service team didn't apologies and no compensation made. I would avoid them!! DO NOT USE!!

It took 12 working days to take delivery the order was incomplete then took a further 3 days to send toilet minus the seat. The waste supplied with basin was incorrect. No apologies or any offer of compensation. I would not use them again.

Returned a product to aquabliss to be told it was damaged and will not be refunded. Was asked to go and collect the damaged product myself as they will not be sending it back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS They sell damaged goods and then refuse to refund you. They sent us a cracked shower tray and despite sending them all the photographic evidence they asked for, they still refused to refund us. The shower tray was delivered on a Thursday and it was reported to them (in a reasonable amount of time) as damaged when the packing was removed on the following Monday. The crack wasn't visible until the packaging was removed. Their reason for not refunding us was that we didn't tell them about the damage within a reasonable time. It was delivered on a Thursday and they were informed the following Monday morning. Is that not a within a reasonable time?? They are untrustworthy and should not be allowed to operate this way. I will be taking this complaint to the highest level and will not rest until my money is refunded.
