This is my second complete bathroom suite I have ordered...just received delivery of the first one yesterday! I found the whole process very easy and everything was packaged really well for delivery. I would definately recommend you!!

I almost gave them a 2 star but feel this is generous. I think if you don't experience a problem early o then you'll probably rate them high based on price. I read similar comments and figured it was a 50:50 chance. Sadly I was unlucky. We ordered a walk in shower one Thursday evening and paid for 3 day delivery as we were going on holiday and wanted the plumber to install before we returned. On the following Tuesday I called to see if it was out for delivery. I was told it was dispatched on the previous Friday and to expect it Wednesday. It turns out this was me being fobbed off. On Wednesday and no delivery I called again and was told they would investigate and call me back. No phone call. I called again on Thursday to be told the tray was damaged and they would send another. As we were going away the following evening (Friday) I asked to be called again on Friday for reassurance it would be delivered on Monday as I would have to arrange for my plumber to take delivery. Surprise, surprise no phone call. I called and again was told the tray was not in stock so they will call me Monday. No phone call, so I now had to make calls from abroad on the Monday. Still no tray, I asked to be called as I was now abroad. Same again Tuesday (getting bored yet....?) Finally on Wednesday I called and they said it was out for delivery, almost 2 weeks after ordering. I asked for refund of delivery charges but am yet to receive this. Was the low cost worth the hassle? I think if I wasn't in any rush, I may (may!) use them but otherwise, I'll avoid.

Ordered and paid for a shower enclosure and heard nothing. Given a final date when I contacted them, but this came and went. Upon asking for a refund I have heard nothing and am now awaiting dispute resolution via PayPal as they haven't responded at all to 4 requests for a refund. Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before parting with my money. I'm out of pocket and PayPal resolution can take 30 days, apparently. Avoid this company like the plague.

Found this site while looking for hours for bathroom products, aquabliss had the best prices on the net and now the products have arrived im over the mood with the quality would defo recommend to family and friends

Absolutely shocking. Will NEVER use this company again. Spent over £1600. They missed so many things in the delivery, took 4 goes. And they charged me for this. The quality of their stuff is not good. I was so disappointed. Please be warned. I cannot reiterate enough how bad they are. Their customer service team are the worst I have ever dealt with. So unbelievably rude. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT use this company. They are full of excuses and stories as to why they have not sent parts etc. Buy elsewhere.

Never use they sent half the stuff then charged me for stuff that was missing in the 1st place Delivery drivers RUDe Staff RUDE don't care and do not call back YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED The are many other online companies use them

Do not deal with this company, tried doing an exchange with them for item. Their courier service damaged it and I had to then get the item elsewhere. But they then said they wouldn't collect the first item. Bunch of cowboys, just take your money and run. I am now taking it further and suggest you all stay away. 0 if I could have, their staff are ignorant and horrible attitude too.

Awful customer service. Brought over £1600.00 worth of goods . An item worth £6 was missing. I had to jump through hoops to get them to send me one including sending photos to show I hadn't received it. The person I spoke to was insistent on this even though I pointed out I couldn't photograph something I didn't have. It took 8 phone calls and several e mails ( including a photo of my table with nothing on it ) to get the item sent. I am still trying to get the refund of £182.25 they also owe me. They have told by both phone and e mail this has been actioned 7 times now. Then when it hasn't appeared and I re-contact them , they apologise and say they will action it . I have been owed this since 26 June. I will say the delivery driver was extremely helpful , the items were well packed and arrived quickly and are very nice. However I would never use this company again or recommend them due to their appalling customer service.

After receiving my shower enclosure on 3rd July 2017, I contacted them to notify I had been sent a shower tray with the waste in a different position I asked for and also one of the wall posts required to install the panels was missing. I was told the correct tray would be replaced and I would receive the missing wall post. It never came. Spoke to someone on Monday 10th July who assured me I would have it by the end of the week. It is now 14th July and there's still no sign of it. These people don't seem to care once they have your money.

Far better quality than we expected for the price, really great and solid feeling goods. When I did have a problem (some scuff marks on the top of the toilet) they replied promptly and sent a replacement immediately without waiting for me to send the goods back. Really impressed!

Perfect would recommend. Was wary after seeing reviews but checked the eBay shop and totally different. Which I think says a lot. As you can only leave feedback for a company you are a genuine customer off. Spoke to gentlemen on the phone. They use four different couriers depending on location, how quickly you need it, and quantity. He also said they send around 70 pallets of goods a day. So seem a large company. And looking at reviews logically only seems one bad one once a fortnight. So I weighed everything up and deceided to give them a try, and I'm so glad I did. Really happy with goods and prices. Plumber said everything was simple to fit. Bought an ultra low profile tray which me not knowing a thing about bathrooms, i stored upright. Rang up aquabliss as had gone like a banana. Have to apologise as was awful to the last on the phone. She sent me technical specs and I had a quick Google and everything she said was correct.I laid it flat for three days on some bricks, and it went back into shape as they said. As I said did have a Google and this is normal for stone resin slim trays. Plumber hasn't fitted on of the particular showers before so he rang up and spoke to a guy on phone. Who talked him through eveeything and even sent a little video to help. I am over the moon, technical team are great. Delivery on 2nd day of ordering even though I just paid standard upto 7 days. Which I could add a photo as over the moon

Have placed 2 orders with them, first one went off as planned, no issues. The second one - called up and paid on a Thursday, paid for fast delivery - Monday comes and goes, call on Tuesday. Guy on the phone "Your order was placed on hold because the sales lady took the wrong amount." Me: "so when were you going to tell me?" Him "well, she was going to..." back and forth a little... Me: "please just let me pay the difference so I can get the order" - I pay and tell him hurry up with the delivery, it should have been here yesterday. Him: "we can get it to you 1-3 business days for £...." They might be cheap, but they aren't reliable and they won't do anything to make up for their own errors. Wish I'd read this forum before I decided to use them.

Great company with great prices!! Really pleasant to deal with. I ordered my bathroom online and delt with a lovely gentlemen called Thomas. I placed the complete order with him, the bathroom suite & fittings etc. Smooth transaction and they were even able to deliver to Northern Ireland at a reasonable cost. Order arrived few weeks later allowing time for shipping to NI. Everything arrived apart from the wall basin, so contacted them again and they sent out the sink really quickly! No problems. The unfortunate thing though was when sink arrived it was damaged, not Aquabliss fault could only have been damaged through courier i assume. I was gutted to say the least, so called them again and spoke again with Thomas and he reassured me of a replacement and that it was not a problem sending out a new one. I've just this morning received my new sink and its perfect! Thank you aquabliss. This company are great and i cant understand why they have been given a bad rep/reviews. I will be using them again in the future and highly recommended them! Cant wait to get everything installed!
