What went right! The shower enclosure didnt turn up at all, i payed extra for “guaranteed” 1-3 day delivery i rang on the 3rd day to see if it was close where i was informed it was on a lorry stuck in a field and it'll be with me the following day. The following day i was informed it was damaged and they will have to get a new one sent out then i was told the new tray they allegedly sent out had been damaged and they were going to have to get another one from the supplier. Which never materialised. There was no communication from them unless i rang, i had to chase it every day to see what was going on and every time there was a different excuse and itll def be there tomorrow and on and on over 2weeks until I eventually told them ill take a refund which they agreed to to easily to value my custom, now over a month later i still have not received a refund and still get the same old excuses every time i phone.... never any managers available to speak to and dont reply to emails at all let alone in 2hrs as stated! A JOKE OF A COMPANY HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS ILL NEVER KNOW *** AVOID AT ALL COST***

WARNING Do Not Buy anything from Aquabliss Ltd. I am having the same problem as other customers below. I am constantly chasing my order on a daily basis only being given lies that I will get it the next day. I bought items from them a couple of years ago and had no problems. But they have gone down hill big time. I will never buy from them again. All I can say that I still have not got my items that I paid for 11 days ago and I am still chasing and being fed lies by their customer service team. Very Poor Company!

ordered my bath for next day delivery last Thursday - heard nothing, no confirmation email, just nothing. Phoned the company and reordered the bath over the phone, told delivery would be on Monday....Monday came and went, phoned them on Tuesday - apparently the pallets had collapsed and my bath was damaged. Heard nothing else about when they could deliver until I phoned them on Wednesday. Was then offered Thursday or Friday delivery - I chose Thursday. At 5pm, I phoned them again - they apparently spoke to the delivery service and I was assured that the bath would be with me between 6 & 8pm. Nothing arrived......I phoned them again on Friday and was told that the pallets had collapsed and my bath was damaged - the odd thing was that the customer service person didn't think that strange! I've now cancelled the bath - I've been promised a full refund, including the delivery charge HA HA. Absolutely furious at what can only be their lies.

I can't believe how bad this company was to deal with, lie after lie. Taken 2 and a half weeks to deliver a unit they 'missed off the delivery' in the first place. constant phone calls saying 'it was coming tomorrow' with it never turning up. Asked for a refund and the girl said she wasn't qualified to do it yet didn't make an arrangement or speak to anyone about it. Excuses such as it was damaged, it was delivered to another place by mistake or it was on its way. Also rang to say it was being processed as a refund to ring half an hour later for someone else to say it hadn't been. Very rude customer service who love to talk back and not bothered about pissing off there customers. How this company is still running is beyond me and how no one has reported them to trading standards!! Wouldn't even refund the next day delivery as they said we had most of the order! Stay well Clear of this horrendous company!!! Unit has just turned up and half of the bits are missing!

I ordered a basin for my bathroom. The item arrived over a week later after chasing it and it was chipped(not in transit as the there would be the chipped glazing material in the packaging), obviously was used before and damaged before, but I thought I would keep it anyway and didn't report it. Eventually I decided to return the item as the there were signs of poor manufacturing, but now they are claiming I damaged the basin. They knew very well what they are sending to me and now claiming I made the damage and refuse to refund. STAY AWAY, it seems I'm not the only one with such experience.

Shocking customer service, the staff talk over you on the phone dont reply to emails at all, they charged me £35 twice for a collection and a delivery. Also charged me £120 for a new screen when i asked to swap it. They then charged me £35 FOR A CARDBOARD BOX TELLING ME THE COLLECTION WAS UNSELLABLE CAUSE THE BOX WAS DAMAGED?? Avoid them, wouldnt buy from them again at all.

Very bad company 21 days past and no delivery. Cancelled order and no refund given , email after email , phone after phone call. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE !! There's so many other retailers out there that wont mess you around and provide good customer services not poor and ignorant like this amateur firm

Fantastic range of products a lot cheaper than most companies. Ordered a grey gloss unit but it wasn't in stock, spoke to customer services and got offered a white gloss which I was fine with, got delivered a day early so can't complain! Only 4 stars because I would have preferred the grey gloss but I'm still very happy with the white gloss.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely shocking company. Should be shut down. From lots of other peoples reviews not just mine it seems there customer service is absolutely shocking! I ordered a shower tray from them and paid £29.95 delivery which was supposed to arrive within 3-7 days it actually took 20 days to arrive so it arrived just before Christmas. After Christmas my plumber came to fit the tray and noticed a hairline crack down the centre of the tray which couldn’t of been down to myself as it was just sat in the house and nobody was there or touched it until the plumber. I contacted them to tell them about the crack and they instantly blamed me and told me il get nothing back. They then emailed me to say they could give me a new shower tray for a discounted price of £89. I only paid £89.45 for it in the first place. So they took 45p off! Completely took the mick! The way the management team responded was very unprofessional and there replies were just rude. Shocking company. Avoid at all costs ! Complete waste of time and money!!

I waited months for my order to arrive, I had to hound them and most of the time they wouldn't even reply. They then sent a completely different toilet to the one I ordered, and my builder installed it before I'd had the chance to check it. Their customer service team are absolutely useless and clearly incapable of doing a really basic job. Wish I'd have checked the reviews before ordering. Paypal were useless in helping too - AVOID!!!

An absolute nightmare. They delivered an order we never ordered, and did not even go together. They said they'd collect, didn't, then gave another collection date, never collected, then the courier turned up just as I was leaving the house on another day! We are left with a gigantic pallet on our drive, as the courier refused to take it. Aquabliss refused to refund us until they got the goods back, even though it wasn't what we had ordered. Over a month later, and we still haven't been refunded. Legal action seems to be the only way to get a full refund from this company. Also report to Trading Standards. Atrocious 'company'. Avoid Aquabliss at all costs.

Would give 0 if I could. Horrible horrible customer service. They send poor quality products that are overpriced and don’t look like their images online. You have to pay delivery to return and the customer service basically told me they wouldn’t refund me as they would say the item was damaged anyway. Which they did. I was laughed at over the phone by the CS agent. They withhold complaint information from you and do not have a complaints procedure. I actually think they are working from a garden shed. They can’t possibly get repeat customers as the whole process and service is so bad. Also the staff I feel sorry for them working in a job where they can’t possible have job satisfaction, taking money and ripping people off. No product and no refund! Do not buy please!!!! Currently taking this further.

Do not use this company. Their customer service is really bad. They advertise items and then you receive alternative items and when they don't fit the won't change them and never get back to you. It is the worst company I have had dealings with. I have reported them to the advertising agency and trading standards. They fail to acknowledge complaints and you get no response from them. They just take your money for goods that are not as they say they are and damaged goods and then do not replace them.

Do not order from this company. All you get are lies! I'm still waiting for my delivery. I was told it would arrived middle to end of last week. Then I was promised it would arrived between 0830 and 0930 this morning. When it had not arrived by 10am I phoned and was given a cock and bull story that the driver was held up because of an incident on the M25. I live in Devon, what is the driver doing on the M25. Then another phone call and guess what ......its not even out for delivery. I asked to speak to someone more senior but was told "Mr Lawrence" would not speak to me (what an arrogant way to treat a customer) I would have to write to him (he will get a copy of this). The girl on the phone said she would send the elusive Mr Lawrence an e-mail and cc me, this has not happened. I was told I could have the phone number for the courier and speak to them direct. NO, my contract is with Aqua Bliss not the courier. It is the responsibility of Aqua Bliss to fulfil their commitment to me, the customer. Apparently the item left Aqua Bliss on the 29th November, today is 10th December, Where has the item been, what state will it be in by the time it get here (if it gets here). They take your money then don't want to know. Pass all responsibility to the customer and blame everyone else. I know why its not arrived. They use the cheapest courier and that courier only delivers to certain areas on certain days. They are now saying Wednesday, so clearly the couriers delivery area for Devon is Wednesday. Well Wednesday is not convenient for me. I'm now going to try to contact Mr Lawrence. I'll update this review and let you know how i get on.

Don’t bother sales team lovely but delivery service awful still waiting three weeks later for all my items paid for express delivery but it didn’t turn up offered a refund but still hasn’t been sent no apologies from any one from management after requesting that they at least call me to offer some sort of explanation terrible company to deal with sales team have tried to help but kept getting let down Five appointment for delivery and each one failed to turn up don’t waste your time using them go elsewhere

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. The take your money and don't provide the service or the item. I ordered a shaving mirror (for a not insubstantial amount of money) paid extra for next day delivery. Didn't receive an order acknowledgement (or tracking details as advised I would). Had to call for the order acknowledgement, the sales have no grace in speaking to customers. Ordered in the afternoon on Wed 14th Nov paying extra for next day delivery so the latest delivery should have been Fri 16th Nov. It did not arrive, no one advised (or appeared to know) why. Customer service speak to you nicely but tell lies and then avoid taking your call and don't call back. I sent numerous emails including to someone I was told was a manager (never available on the phone) and NEVER received replies. STILL waiting for the item to be delivered (over a week later!) and a refund of the next day delivery cost!! Have now just cancelled the order. Would NEVER order from them.

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a shower unit that arrived without fixtures or fittings. Customer service is terrible and doubted that the fittings were actually missing. Fittings never turned up despite several promises that they would despatch them. Had to order from a local company as had plumbers ready to fit new shower unit. They then requested that I return the shower unit at my expense to only get a credit note. Shower unit now destined for the council tip - I would rather lose my money than continue dealing with this company. Avoid at all cost!!!!
