“This is the first time to give one star , I love George at asda love it, I ordered a pool for my grandson and paid next day delivery, have received email saying it will be three days and as a thank u there refunding my delivery charge.bit stupid when it was my money you took in the first place, very let down because I have never ever had a problem,”

“I placed a large order nearly hundred pounds on boys clothes I used 2 5pound e vouchers I got for a previous order where things had turned up broken any way one t shirt I ordered was not in stock and they refunded this with the e vouchers the while point in placing the order was to use the vouchers and when I rang customer services they were not able to understand what my problem was after this I was told by text my order was delayed I waited 2 days still heard nothing so rang customer services again to be told that yes my items were in store to be picked up but they hadn't sent me an update to say they were there after all my recent purchase experiences totalling 500 pound asda will longer he getting my money I will be shopping elsewhere don't know what's happened but its really gotten quite bad”

“George on line women's range is dreadful unless you are 18. Insult to any women over that age and I won't be shopping with George again. Thank goodness for Tu at Sainsburys.”

“Ordered 3 pairs men shorts on line pickup at store my husband tried them on did not fit so returned same day 1 itam in one bag got my 15 pounds back after 4 days. 2 Iran’s in the author bag 30 pounds still waiting on my refund 9 days now phoned customer service keep telling me it will be 3-4 day days three times iv phoned can’t get answer keep telling me three - Four days every time I phone very difficult to understand they can’t even tell me if they have my return 30 pounds out of pocket”

“Asda clothing range is rubbish now and sizing is awful. Bought 3 bras all same size only one fits. T shirts sizing also terrible size 18 now more like a 14.”

“Had 2 e vouchers which I used on George clothing unfortunately not suitable so I returned and because the vouchers on return were then out of date I lost them . Hopeless trying to contact customer services almost always sound like they are chewing something and disinterested . One loyal customer bites the dust Asda and from the look of other reviews I am not the only one”

“Asda George clothing range used to be really good but over the last few month it has gone seriously wrong and downhill fast. Too many boxes being ticked so as not to offend resulting in awful clothes. Z lister so called celebrities are doing nothing to help matters either Asda. Please listen to you real, loyal customers.”

“George Asda use yodel. Yodel lie about delivering the item and it being refused at 2pm on a Monday when the address is a office manned reception. Avoid because you won't get your items. Go via Amazon instead.”

“George clothing range used to be excellent but is now absolutely awful. Not sure what they are doing apart from trying to be 'inclusive'. It's not working Asda, nor is your attempt at using z-listers to design and model. It's a joke. Please, please Asda, get back to your original styles and models!! Have gone from placing 2 or 3 orders online per month to zero.”

“Total incompetence with Asda click abs collect o made two journeys to collect an order which I was told in store and I have yet to receive it communication totally inaccurate . Was told I was getting a refund when never asked for one and was not informed that my order had gone missing but that it was in store . I phoned Asda costumer service and they informed me my order had arrived at store when it hadn’t they didn’t seem to have a clue . This has put me off shopping in Asada again”

“Have been buying George t shirt bras for years they have been soft comfortable and supportive,, I wouldn't have even considered buying elsewhere,, But after ordering a new pack just after Christmas,, I discovered that the style, quality and fit had completely changed,, so disappointed,, they now feel like the kind of Bras that you can't wait to take off at the end of the day”

“Why have all clothes now been designed for young people? I used to be able to buy good clothes for my age. Not only that but you could also see the clothes on women of average size not size 8 it 10. Get real and put your clothes back to average size models and don't forget most people shopping are not aged 18!!!!!”

“No care when things go wrong. Customer service offer no service or care. Avoid if you need your goods in a timely manner. Don’t bother paying priority delivery, it guarantees nothing”

“I used to buy a lot of clothes from Asda but not any more. They don't cater for the over 40s. All the tops are hideous and don't get me started on the jeans. Unless you want them baggy or ripped, forget it. Such a shame. And at the branch I go to they haven't re opened the changing rooms. Oh yeah, and the sizing. What's wrong with using size 10, 12, 14 etc? What's with small medium and large?”

“Well I placed an order for click and collect, it says it will take about 2-3 days to be delivered into my nearest store. It’s been more than 5 days now and I’m still waiting for my order. I’m really disappointed because I was expecting my order as I bought the stuff expecting to Give them as a present for a friend, it took time more than was expected. This might be the last time I buy stuff from George asda.”

“Wanted to give me items with bashed packaging - which was a gift for someone! then told me to take them and fill out an online return form and bring them back! Partner bought dresses too and went to collect it was kids socks...told to phone customer service and they could not understand us (scottish) customer service outsourced to India...hours on the phone...nightmare - I will not even shop at Asda now...its went way downhill since been taken over.”

“It's the women's jeans. The pockets are tiny! Every time I sit down something falls out. Last time my phone screen broke. Disgusted. Especially as the men's jeans have great pockets. Won't be buying from this sexist store again.”
