“Placed an order on Saturday, paid for the earliest delivery which was Monday. No confirmation email no dispatch email etc. I’ve checked my account this morning and it says delivery in January. I’ve called them and they said the order is processed and should be with me in the next 24/48 hours if not they will refund me. They have refunded my shipping cost already. I had problems in august also regarding refunds. Not a fan of ordering from Asda George anymore will stick to instore.”

“Made an order , no confirmation, so ordered again . All goes through . For 20 minutes later to find out first order did go through . So expecting 2 orders of the same . You can’t speak to anyone . Left messages through FB. From what I can see what other people have written , I won’t be getting a refund anytime soon . When I return it all . What ever has happened to your customer service or lack of it .”

“What's going on with George mens clothing @ Asda .every time I try to order (showing in stock) click to order .then comes up with sorry out of stock .complete waste of time I don't bother looking now .Matalan better quality and in items in stock !!!!”

“bad service paid for 3 items to be deliverd next day paid extra for next day delivery one item got cancled one item arrived next day and another the day after that, tried to contact them for over a hour in a cue for no one to answer and no email address either”

“Previously Click and Collect is often been on the date stated when order is placed, or even a day or two before, but on my last Click and Collect, the date that I chose to collect my item passed, and no updates received. I was very frustrated as I planned my day around the Click and Collect. My order was then available later in the afternoon on the the next day, still with no apology. I was not happy, and feel that some extra Bonus Points would not go amiss for the inconvenience.”

“Returned online purchase to store, and am still waiting for a refund. Impossible to get through on the telephone as just held in queue… gave up each call after twenty minutes. Would not risk online purchase again and will not be shopping at Asda again.”

“Just had my delivery i order some black leggings they are footless tights see through plus bra and pants looked a lovely blue colour on line got them they are dark blue what is there any point buying from asda george you ask for leggings and you receive tights not shopping again on asda george online again”

“I am a size 14. I bought a large in non wired bras. This was apparently 16-18. They are so tight they roll up and dig in. There's no way on earth I should be in the 20-22 size!”

“Item received was damaged, contacted Customer Services, had a job to understand agent because of a very strong foreign accent. CS arrange for a collect by courier the next day, driver took parcel, never gave me a receipt for it so had to take photographic evidence that the parcel had gone. Applied for refund, no information from George, refunded to Paypal. Ordered a replacement item to collect from store instead of delivery, went to collect the following day after notification that item was ready for collection, when I arrived for collection was initially told it had been collected which it hadn't, the item sat behind the security desk in the main foyer of the store where anybody could have picked it up, CS rep. in store not particularly helpful. I don't think I will be shopping with George again.”

“Ordered garden furniture was meant to arrive 16/5 it was a no show I took the day off work I then had to chase up item as Asda didn’t bother to explain what had happened I lost 2 days wages 1 for date should of arrived and then after numerous phone calls had to take day off for item to actually be delivered it’s a massive item so couldn’t go to a neighbor or anything. Asda refunded delivery fee n that was it also holes dong line up making items really hard to put together I don’t be ordering home deliveries again the whole thing has been a nightmare and has cost me double as lost wages no good will gesture was offered 😡”

“Asda clothing range is rubbish now and sizing is awful. Bought 3 bras all same size only one fits. T shirts sizing also terrible size 18 now more like a 14.”

“You gave me a gift voucher to say sorry and we are all isolating and no one can leave the house and wanted to buy a new frying pan and wanted to buy it and use my gift card but your website says I can not use it online at the moment and the item I want to buy can not be booked for a click and collect order and so while the coronavirus is going round you want to put your medically vulnerable at risk not happy”

“I buy a lot of clothing and foot wear from Asda at the Arnison centre. I have been buying some ladies boots from you and in November 2019 I went into my store and found they had very little choice so I had to go online and use click and collect. I normally wear a size 6 in shoes and boots , however I had to order a size 6.5 in my last pair . They fit perfectly . Because my local store continued to have no choice in boots I ordered 2 different styles of boots in size 6 and 6.5 . Cost £100.00. When I came to try them on the black boots in size 6 were too big . The khaki ones were so narrow. I have bought lots of boots and shoes from you and normally 6 fits lovely. The problem is I having to pay for items just to get the right fit. Your sizes vary so much. Also I have bought cargo trousers from you for years now and I have bought two pairs of the same trousers only to find one pair fits and the other one too tight . Do not know what's going with your sizes”

“I love George clothes. Not so sure about the online purchases refund system. It was purely by chance I noticed 2 totally separate returns had NOT been refunded to my account. Luckily I had both receipts. So far, after contacting Customer Service today, only one has been refunded even though I was told both had. So do double check you have your refund.”

“We visited the clothes department in Norwich Asda and feel the clothes have gone downhill over the last couple of years and look kinda tacky. The men's trousers and suits were awful n trousers were just slung on hangers where customers had previously looked at them and it didn't look appealing at all, neither did some of the women's sandals. Very disappointing:(”

“To be honest I am in between rating Asda poorly and rating them high. I have never had issues with them before so I'm not sure what to make of this incident. I ordered school supplies for my children and paid for next day delivery. Received my tracking number and Yodel never delivered. When I finally got Asda and Yodel customer service to let me know what was going on, they said my package mixed up while being sorted and could I order again, and they would cancel the first order. I gladly did. Paid named delivery which was to arrive about 24 hours later. Package never arrived. No apologies, nothing. They just refunded my money, I could have ordered elsewhere if I had simply been told this wouldn't arrive when I needed it. Poor service, Asda”
