Be aware that Asda just lend their name to this, they do not do anything as Colewood Automotive are the company you have a contract with and they sub the job out to other garages.”

TWICE I went to get my tyres fitted and TWICE I left empty-handed with no tyres!
First appointment - Despite putting in my reg and my car being recognised, their website had showed me a selection of tyres that don't even fit my car resulting in me purchasing the wrong tyres. After speaking to customer service they said their website does this all the time!
Second appointment - The tyres I ordered didn't even turn up for my appointment! The garage 'F1 Autocentre' in Dartford had no clue of my order and said this thing "happens all the time" with Asda Tyres.
After reaching out to Asda tyres for compensation I was promised a £20 gift voucher, well guess what... They are now completely blanking me and not responding to my emails to get this voucher now for 2 weeks.
THE MOST ABYSMAL AND TIME-WASTING SERVICE FOR WHAT SHOULD BE A VERY VERY EASY TYRE CHANGE.
GO TO YOUR LOCAL - DON'T GIVE THESE MORONS TIME OF DAY.

Ordered a trye to be fitted at our local tyre fitting centre, took time off work twice & both times the tyre wasn't there.
Still waiting for a refund from Ada Tyres after weeks - so i'm now having to issue County Court proceedings.

I have attended 2 tyre fitting appointments and both times the tyres were not there. Worse still I was never notified. Now my car MOT has now run out and I have no transport because I needed 2 tyres. I have been left having to hire a car until I can get tyres elsewhere and have had to take another day off work to have the tyres fitted and the MOT done.More £££££ lost than I would have ever saved . “Ordered 4 tyres for my SUV from ASDA tyres (mainly because impressively I was offered a slot the following day - a Sunday no less!) . I went to the allotted appointment only to find the tyre centre doesnt even open on a Sunday.... Phoned the tyre fitters Monday... "Oh yeah ASDA tyres hasnt sent them yet, it happens all the time". Got a message that they would be delivered Friday.. Just walked in the door from another wasted trip.. still no tyres... To rub salt in the wound I'm currently on hold with ASDA tyres so I can cancel my order... In their defence they are at least consistent in their customer service... I've been on hold on for 7 minutes with nothing happened yet.... I would highly recommend Blackcircles or Tyreshopper. Of course I will need to wait at least 5 days for a refund to appear in my account....”

They lost my tyres and couldn’t care less.
I explained to them I waited past their 3-5 working days for delivery and was on the 10th day and they response was “well it’s the delivery company’s fault”.. didn’t even want to send me out new tyres.

“Awful experience. Booked garage and time and paid for tyres. Arrived at garage and ASDA had not delivered the tyres. Garage told me I needed to call ASDA to find out what had happened. 15 mins in a call center queue. Eventually get through and the lady says she will "message the delivery company to find out what has happened and call me back". It is a Saturday and I have my family in the car - I am not waiting around for a call back!! If a customer books a time and place and pays in advance it is then the responsibility of ASDA to conact the customer when there is a problem. Awful customer service. Total lack of respect for peoples' time.”

“Avoid Asda Tyres if you have low profile tyres
Paid for Tyres and chose a fitting station from the website, drove to fitting station and was told it would be an hour or possibly an hour and a half to fit 2 tyres. Got a call from the fitting station 45 mins later to say they can't fit the tyres because they are low profile. Asda customer services are difficult to get through to and unhelpful, they could arrange fitting somewhere else 6 days later (after my MOT runs out) and claimed they had no mobile fitters in my area (although the website give me an option to book this). I need to have tyres fitted before my MOT runs out so the best they would do was offer a refund of my £463.84 in 5-7 days time.
They couldn't process the refund straight away because the claimed to be 'A Mail Order Company' and this was their policy.
So my advice is if you have low profile tires go to a tyre specialist. I contacted a well known National specialist who will supply fit them the next day although I have to borrow the money because Asda Tyres want to keep hold of it for a week even though they have messed up by charging for products and services they can't supply.
Avoid at all costs!”

Booked and paid for my tyres but on arriving at the garage for fitting, not tyres and no appointment.
When I contacted customer services, they went off to check my story.
They did confirm that my order was not complete and that my money would be refunded in 7 plus days.... When I asked for a quicker return of my money, I was asked if I had read the T&Cs...
I did ask for a supervisor or someone who could authorise the return of MY money, but I was refused. A further email to customer services has also gone unanswered (I am not surprised as it took customer services 25 minutes to actually answer my call to them.
I am really surprised that this is part of Asda as I would have expected much better customer service.
My advice, stay away and go somewhere else.”
“Bought two new rear tyres fror my car as I had just picked up a nail in one, and it was to big for a repair. booked and paid for them on the website and then chose the closest garage with the earliest appointment slots
Turned up on time and the garage said they knew nothing of the appointment apart from when my tyres where dropped off that morning
Told they where to busy to fit them so suggested I ring round and try and find someone to help
Long story short found a garage to fit them and contacted asda to be reimbursed as I had to pay again to get them fitted
Sent e mail not answered despite saying they respond in 24 hours on the paperwork
After three attempts and literally 2 hours on hold got through to be told they don't reimburse fitting charges and that the garage shouldn't have actually given me the tyres (which I had paid for)
Apparently the garage and asda should have rescheduled another appointment, as the garage owner had already told me he was booked out for the next 3-4 days I was obviously expected to just carry on driving to work and ferrying the family around with the nail still in the tyre!!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have now learnt my lesson and won't be a repeat customer

I will be taking this as far as I can as I am well out of pocket and will be looking to get my additional fitting costs returned

“Arrived at garage to be told I was an hour early (not true as the time was clearly stated on booking email) so had to go back wasting my time and petrol. Eventually fitted two front tyres but no wheel alignment, point this out and they said it wasn't on the job sheet. Completed a check and said a price to fix- had to show them that I had already paid for it to be done at the time of booking!! So not only wasted time and fuel but if I hadn't have challenged them I would have paid for a service that would not have been completed!! General attitude from the garage was that its not their fault as they are just the fitters, often have problems with asda booking communication!!!”
“One star is way too much for this excuse for a company. Firstly - their 'slots' system with tyre fitters does not exist - so you may as well turn up any time and expect to be at the back of the queue. Secondly, their complaints handling and general service is the worst I've encountered in a long long time. Thirdly, do not trust any imagery for the tyres on the website. They will send you a completely different looking tyre and then expect you to be happy with it just because the spec is the same. This company is actually Colewood Automotive Ltd and they do not care AT ALL about stamping all over Asda's name and reputation.”
“I`ve bought 2 tyres from them, my booking time has been changed automaticaly with a week, i didnt said nothing...On booking day, i`ve been to the fitting centre, they fitted only one tyre because 2nd has been wrong size. I called up of couple times the customer service and after 2 days i received an email where they said will get the tyre fitted in 3 days(Tuesday). I being waiting for a call on that day and nobady didnt said nothing. The following day i called up the fitting guy and he confirmed, hasnt received any tyre for me. I`ve called back the customer service to refund the money.
