Will never use or recommend ASOS online shopping to anyone! I ordered something which I never got! I then approximately a month after ordering my order, receive a mail stating that I have returned the item! This is a lie, as I have never received any order! Haha a big joke. Such a bad service! Do you know that feeling when you really have looked forward to that thing you bought online, and then find out you will never get it! Omg! Don’t ever use ASOS again! Daniel Denmark

Asos stole my 200$. They sent me a parcel, that I never got. Then the delivery company closed or I don't know. They set a status that they sent a.prcwl back to Asos. And now.it is more than 2 months since I paid 200$ and cannot have them.back. Asos said they can do nothing. I assume Asos stole my money and I would initiate every possible bank procedure to get my money back. Was client for 10 year. Not anymore.

They provide dpd with wrong details and I never got my order it's stuck somewhere. I asked for refund but the are not resolving the issue. I asked dpd for awb prove to so I can know who to blam and they also r not helping. They refused to send awb and I was told asos should ask for it

Canadians shop else where!!! Hit with huge tariff that cost half the price of my items. Another order never even showed up and I never got my money back. Stay away. Shady shady company!!!

CANADIAN BUYERS BEWARE. ASOS hits you with shipping charges when you go to pick up your items from the Canada Post office, when the shipping should have been free, as advertised on their website!!! I believe in transparency in conducting business to form long term business with customers. If ASOS was not going to pay for shipping, they should have stated so on the order placement page. I've tried to contact them through customer service on their website and have not heard back. They don't even have an email address posted on their website for inquiries. I'm very disappointed in their business practice and will not be a returning customer.

I used ASOS to buy my prom dress. When I needed it a size smaller, the exchange was incredibly easy and the new dress was in the same great condition as the first. Then, after I had fallen in love with the dress, my prom had been canceled due to COVID-19. I must have sent a dozen emails back and forth with ASOS concerning the return of my prom dress, and every response was kind and helpful. Even though I had passed the return date and lost the tag, they were accommodating enough to fully accept my return. This was my first ASOS purchase, but certainly not my last. (And, for full disclosure, I'm in the U.S..)

I ordered my clothes literally 1 month ago. Now they are asking for me to pay 50& fee which should have been included when I was paying in the begging. I texted them no answer. DO NOT SHOP THERE

If you are outside of the US territory do not shop on this website. I had 50% of the value of my purchase on tax duties. So for a 70cnd$ purchase i was charged 31$ of duties. This would have been fine if i have been informed prior to purchase that there were going to be duties. totally unacceptable. Never again will i buy from them! Worst thing is that you have to pay 22,99$ to return the package within only 28 days and shipping back to the warehouse could take 21 business days. if for some reason it takes more then the 28 days, then there is a refund bu the form of a refund voucher instead of money back to your original payment. this Website is a SCAM. No way I will biuy again from them.

first time ordering from ASOS and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. was shocked at the terrible customer service (days/weeks of wait time for a reply, or even no reply at all), the “track my parcel” button in the email didn’t work, the app never updated the location of my order (the status was still “processing” after I had already received it), the package was supposed to be left at my door but the shipping company decided to hold it back at the post office where I paid $40 CAD in “customs fees” (I have never had to pay customs fees from any other overseas stores EVER), the sizing was really weird and quality of clothes wasn't anything special honestly... same quality as F21 or H&M at most!! delivery date was set for April 24th, got it on may 1st so not a HORRIBLE wait time considering the global situation. extremely disappointed, don’t even find joy wearing any of the clothes after all I had to go through but can’t even think of returning hearing others’ refund horror stories so gonna have to suck it up and just warn everyone :(

The system is bad and the deliveries are even worse, no prepaid taxes, all surprises. The only good thing is authentic clothing, anything else is bad.

I was told to wait for my order for 2 MONTHS.. It has been 35 days since I ordered it. Now they say: Contact us in a MONTH. Insane! I have been receiving orders from different companies with some delay, BUT 2 months is beyond common sense. Will I receive my parcel? Will I get money back? If customer service is that bad, not sure about the quality of the products. .. This was my first and the last order from them. I have no problem with any companies - ZARA, NordstromRack, BrownShoes - received everything during pandemic with little or NO delay.

Do not EVER shop with Asos. I ordered my package on April 16th. It was supposed to arrive on the 22nd. It didn't. They changed the expected delivery to the 24th. It also didn't arrive then. The it arrived in customs, okay, I understand customs fees, no big deal. But then their shipping company, ARAMEX, then said that I had to pay another shipping fee of 65 USD (Ihad already paid 50 USD) foe them to release it and send it to me. I told the company that I had already paid for shipping but was happy to pay the customs fees. They then didn't respond to me for 6 days even though I sent them daily emails, texts messages, and calls. Aramex responded after 7 days simply to say that the fees had increased. I sent 12 emails to Asos, I messaged them daily via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. NO RESPONSE. I was excited to get my package, but I have NEVER dealt with a company so negligent and malicious. It seems like they make their most money simply by stealing from their customers. They only deserve negative stars. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I have shopped here for years, never had issue, this week I ordered a few items of clothing for my partner which cost a large amount of money. One of the items was a shirt that I didn't order and was 20 GBS, and had 2 stickers on, one for the shirt, and one for the item that I actually ordered which was 60 GBS. I connected with support and they said I have to send the shirt back and get a refund for the thing I didn't receive and then I can reorder it. I explained due to covid-19 my country is on lockdown and all postal services are closed, I requested they replaced the jumper and sent them photo evidence of the stickers and the shirt I didn't order but received. They still are saying I must return it which will cost me and reorder the sweatshirt at a different time. Really unprofessional. They emails are making it out that I am in the wrong when I was polite and was hoping the fix THEIR issue quickly.

After making a purchase with a promise of 5 standard days delivery, they extended it for 3 weeks without informing me. I then tried to cancel the order as I was moving due to the coronavirus, which they did not care about. They said as soon as it’s sent out I can email and cancel it, even though consumer rights say that if they haven’t delivered it by the time frame promised I’m allowed a refund. I then wait for 3 weeks to get an email from Gnewt, the courier of their choice to say they got my package and that it’s at their depot. I call ASOS as advised by themselves, and they tell me they’d reach out to their courier to stop it, and get it back. They don’t reach out in time and Gnewt attempts to deliver to an address I am no longer at. Lucky the concierge refuses it, but ASOS says that the package has to come back to them before I am refunded, even though I never received the package, and it’s been with their courier. The courier has now had the package for 2 weeks and not gotten it back to ASOS so they are saying they can’t refund me until their own courier returns their package. They are withholding my money, and I would not recommend shopping from ASOS. I don’t know if they’ll issue a refund as their customer service is non-existent.
