I have been a long time costumer. Not anymore, still trying to get my money back from the last returns. The costumer service is no good. I think they stole my 400 € and probably won't see them again. This is the last time I use ASOS if they don't make something about it. If they do, I would be happy to share a different review.

They say free return and I will receive full amount, never happened scam business also be aware that price doesn't include custom and duty fees

Every day I receive your marketing emails, but to pay workers to help your clients, is there no money? We do not deserve this customer service. I've been shopping for years at Asos, but never again! Since the coronavirus crisis, they have not responded for two months! avoid ASOS !!

beautiful white summer mini dress, the size is true (12, because I have a bra size 36 / D), great elastic, soft material and are not translucent, thank you very much,next day delivery(in corona19!!)👌👌🔝

Worst customer service ever..!!! My order has never been delivered, despite them keeping sending me the same email saying that it has arrived since I last got in touch with them (basically same b.s every single day). They kept telling me to check my mailbox, my neighbours, my post office, and that there's nothing that they can do If I don't do so... Which I did 3 times !!! 100% scam. Avoid if you don't want to see yourself hustled..

Asos have changed the returns process where you set it up online and take it to your nearest return point. I did this then travelled the 10 miles to do so to be told the code doesn't work... This was after they tried scanning it and manually entering it three times. Asos sent me another one after fice days of asking so I did the same trip to be told the same thing again by collect plus. So 20 miles driven and still unable to return the parcel. So for the last nine days I have messages every day and nicely asked for a label to be posted out to me as I don't have a printer., four times I have been sent a label to print off and then Yesterday they sent me a code to return via asda. My nearest asda is 100mile round trip!!! So trying to save the planet by not putting labels in the parcel has already involved me travelling 20 miles for nothing. I cant seem. To get thru to them about any of it, they aren't reading my message properly at all. They really are joke and for the hassle of all this I Will never order with these bunch of clowns again.

Very bad business and horrible customer service. Never got my order delivered they keep changing my delivery date. I been waiting for a while already. Emailed customer service and all they said is sorry for the inconvenience. That all. Scam. Value your money and go shop elsewhere.

Stole my money during covid. Waited months for my order to arrive but nothing. Supposedly returned to sender. Asos promised they will refund but nothing and horrible communication. They even know I have a brain injury. Reprehensible conduct.

Will never use or recommend ASOS online shopping to anyone! I ordered something which I never got! I then approximately a month after ordering my order, receive a mail stating that I have returned the item! This is a lie, as I have never received any order! Haha a big joke. Such a bad service! Do you know that feeling when you really have looked forward to that thing you bought online, and then find out you will never get it! Omg! Don’t ever use ASOS again! Daniel Denmark

Asos stole my 200$. They sent me a parcel, that I never got. Then the delivery company closed or I don't know. They set a status that they sent a.prcwl back to Asos. And now.it is more than 2 months since I paid 200$ and cannot have them.back. Asos said they can do nothing. I assume Asos stole my money and I would initiate every possible bank procedure to get my money back. Was client for 10 year. Not anymore.

They provide dpd with wrong details and I never got my order it's stuck somewhere. I asked for refund but the are not resolving the issue. I asked dpd for awb prove to so I can know who to blam and they also r not helping. They refused to send awb and I was told asos should ask for it

Canadians shop else where!!! Hit with huge tariff that cost half the price of my items. Another order never even showed up and I never got my money back. Stay away. Shady shady company!!!

CANADIAN BUYERS BEWARE. ASOS hits you with shipping charges when you go to pick up your items from the Canada Post office, when the shipping should have been free, as advertised on their website!!! I believe in transparency in conducting business to form long term business with customers. If ASOS was not going to pay for shipping, they should have stated so on the order placement page. I've tried to contact them through customer service on their website and have not heard back. They don't even have an email address posted on their website for inquiries. I'm very disappointed in their business practice and will not be a returning customer.

I used ASOS to buy my prom dress. When I needed it a size smaller, the exchange was incredibly easy and the new dress was in the same great condition as the first. Then, after I had fallen in love with the dress, my prom had been canceled due to COVID-19. I must have sent a dozen emails back and forth with ASOS concerning the return of my prom dress, and every response was kind and helpful. Even though I had passed the return date and lost the tag, they were accommodating enough to fully accept my return. This was my first ASOS purchase, but certainly not my last. (And, for full disclosure, I'm in the U.S..)

I ordered my clothes literally 1 month ago. Now they are asking for me to pay 50& fee which should have been included when I was paying in the begging. I texted them no answer. DO NOT SHOP THERE

If you are outside of the US territory do not shop on this website. I had 50% of the value of my purchase on tax duties. So for a 70cnd$ purchase i was charged 31$ of duties. This would have been fine if i have been informed prior to purchase that there were going to be duties. totally unacceptable. Never again will i buy from them! Worst thing is that you have to pay 22,99$ to return the package within only 28 days and shipping back to the warehouse could take 21 business days. if for some reason it takes more then the 28 days, then there is a refund bu the form of a refund voucher instead of money back to your original payment. this Website is a SCAM. No way I will biuy again from them.

first time ordering from ASOS and everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. was shocked at the terrible customer service (days/weeks of wait time for a reply, or even no reply at all), the “track my parcel” button in the email didn’t work, the app never updated the location of my order (the status was still “processing” after I had already received it), the package was supposed to be left at my door but the shipping company decided to hold it back at the post office where I paid $40 CAD in “customs fees” (I have never had to pay customs fees from any other overseas stores EVER), the sizing was really weird and quality of clothes wasn't anything special honestly... same quality as F21 or H&M at most!! delivery date was set for April 24th, got it on may 1st so not a HORRIBLE wait time considering the global situation. extremely disappointed, don’t even find joy wearing any of the clothes after all I had to go through but can’t even think of returning hearing others’ refund horror stories so gonna have to suck it up and just warn everyone :(
