Always a great shopping experience with ASOS, I can always find something I like and Pay Later means returns are a breeze. Solidly recommended!

Absolutely terrible service. ASOS are fine except when something goes wrong. When something goes wrong, they do everything they can to wriggle out of resolving the issue and refuse to help you. I have an item due to be delivered before 11th October. To this date, it has still not arrived. It was sent via Hermes. ASOS told me to contact them regarding the missing item. When I did, they tell me they won't help me and to email them back on the 22nd October. I have asked them multiple times to contact their carrier (hermes) in order to trace the item, as the tracking has not updated since October 11th. They told me they cannot get in touch with their courier. I have asked to make a formal complaint, they refused to provide me the information to do so. I asked to escalate my complaint, I was told it would be investigated by a 'specialist care team' and I would be contacted. The 'specialist care team' doesn't exist, and all i got back was an email that was copy and paste the exact same words. This company are a disgrace, and I will be taking this complaint as far as I can take it. At this point they have my money and have not supplied the item, and this is theft.

Incompetent service staff. Was sent wrong item and also refunded incorrectly. After 20 e-mail back and forth, still no solution. When I brought up compensation, the service got even worse. Never going there again.

Terrible customer service and delivery always comes to late. I had one incident in which asos gave me confirmation twice that the package was delivered to my neighbours in my absence but after investigation and my neighbours declining ever receiving a package it became clear my package never left the warehouse and they lied to me. I would recommend using other suppliers such as HM and Zara.

Paid extra for next day delivery, but the didn't even ship the next day. 2 days later they shipped, but now to the wrong address so I also didn't receive my order. Had to call the parcel service and verify my address and now I will hopefully receive my order on Monday. So I paid for waiting 24 hours, but now I wait almost a week because on the weekend there is no delivery. This shop and service sucks.

ASOS is absolutely shocking. After sending my order to a wrong address in a wrong country TWICE!!! They now tell me the delivery left the order behind the recycling bin and so I should check there. I live in the Netherlands so a little hard for me to check. Customer service staff keep copying and pasting the same message to me and are refusing to refund. I am honestly appalled by this out of this world terrible service. No refund for over a month, all I keep getting is messaging asking me to wait 48 hours, and then again 48 hours.

I paid extra for dated and timed delivery. I waited in only to receive an email after the delivery time stating that I had rearranged my delivery!! I contacted ASOS who said that the parcel company had tried to deliver my parcel to the wrong address and now they couldn't deliver it until the next day. Customer services are useless and unhelpful. Total waste of time and money.

I have absolutely loved asos and use it to buy anything and everything i needed. I cant deny the clothes are great but i have been so dissapointed recently with the customer service. Ive had issues with a voucher dissapearing- i was sent from person to person until thie finally got resolved, made me feel as if i was lying! After so many years of bejng a good customer i was shocked! I also didnt recieve a parcel recently and 8 have had my emails ignored and no one has responded, i used the online chat and they couldnt give me any answers anf were pretty much useless- i know hermes is probably slightly to blame but i thought i would recieve some information about my parcel! Very unhappy with the recent service i thought loyal customers might be treated better!

They didnt make me happy, I paid 85 pounds for a north face jacket that smelled very strongly of aftershave. Clearly had been worn by someone for a few days then sent back and then sent to me. Now I have to wait up to 12 working days for a refund.

Awful customer service!! I paid for premium delivery (and got charged for it) but cannot use it and the customer service is telling me for a month now they will look into it. They are unfriendly and useless!! Definitely a reason for me not to shop with Asos ever again in the future after so many bad experiences over the past year
