Disgraceful customer service ! 1. They sent me a product that they knew was faulty 2. They refuse to exchange it and expect me to return it (whilst keeping my money for 3 weeks so I can't pay for another pair) Robbery and no birthday gift.

I paid $140 over a month ago, my delivery never came and ASOS denied any purchase that was made. After Emailing multiple times they kept giving the same response and refused to refund the order. *****Never ended up getting order

Extremely poor services from the customer service team. My parcel has been delivered to the wrong address and they asked for 3 working days to "investigate" however after 3 working days I had to contact them again and then they had no update for me and asked for another 24 h. I tried to explain to them that I am traveling and really need the parcel the next day however they did not seem to care that my parcel is now 5 working days delayed... extremely disappointing. They were also ignoring my emails ....

First and last time shopping with Asos. Ordered £730 worth clothes. My delivery was due in 3 parcels and only 2 arrived. They wanted me to itemise everything that arrived and send them a list so they could refund the rest. They didn't even appear to know what was in the missing parcel! I spent 4 hours trying to sort it out with customer services, who took 2 days to respond to me each time. When they finally found the contents of the missing parcel, it turned out that a further two items were missing from the parcels that were delivered to me. What is going on with this company? They're an absolute joke. I'm a busy business owner, and Asos have offered not so much as a voucher or discount code for all the hassle they've caused me. Disgraceful! I'm well aware that mistakes happen, but not to make any effort to rectify or make amends for them is inexcusable. Needless to say I won't ever be shopping with them again.

ASOS are absolutely awful and they should change their delivery provider because DPD are even worse!! My parcel was apparently delivered to my door, the image the driver took wasn't at my door AND it wasn't even in my building. I checked with all of my neighbours within my building, I can't go inside other buildings on my street because the doors are locked and I sent ASOS photos of my front door as proof that the DPD driver lied about delivering the parcel. I have been in dispute with them for over a month and they finally responded telling me that I can't receive a refund or new items! I am appalled with the service from ASOS and will never buy from them again!

Worst online shop on earth. Very unreliable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASOS . Since August I bought a bum bag and shoe in early September which I return till now November my Money is not yet refunded neither do I have anyone to talk with . THEY ARE CRIMINALS AND THIEVES RIPPING INNOCENT PEOPLE.

Worst customer service ever. My correspondence was the most ridiculous I have ever experienced with a customer service in my entire life. I've been writing everyday to ASOS team for two weeks. I received many replies from ASOS operators asking over and over again the same questions. Currently still waiting for a solution related to my gift voucher of £50 that I've never been able to use.

ZERO STAR! ASOS cancelled my order as due to ASOS's security reasons & reassured me that I will not be billed. They unrightfully billed me around USD3,5000 at the end August 2020, did not deliver the goods & refused to refund me up till 5 November 2020. They insist that they have not received the goods. When in fact, SkyNet is still waiting for ASOS's return instructions!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. I’ve placed an order at beginning of October due to be delivered on the 14th. Receive an email on the day that my order has been delayed for 2 days so no biggie. After 2 days I contact on the chat and they ask me to wait 2 more days and the contact again. That happened 2 more times. I ask for a replacement and I receive no emails regarding that. Today I received something finally. Not sure if it is the replacement or the original order (mind you that’s almost a month later) but frankly I want my money also for the freaking unacceptable and dismissive treatment I have received from them.. completely horrible and incompetent on the chat and on Facebook messenger. That whole experience was horrible, unacceptable and very dismissive. After all this years being a costumer with very regular shopping I feel very mistreated and I won’t be using the services again which is a shame cause I really like the products. Horrible company as it is not the first time this has happened and even the other times I didn’t even receive a compensation. One time even almost lost my job because they shipped late even though I had paid for express delivery. Just horrible

I bought Christmas presents for someone in October and they delivered the wrong package. It did not have my order there, it was someone else's order. Then I request support and they tell me to ship the item I received back. It took them 2 weeks + to deliver, then it will take 2 weeks to return, 1 month to refund, and another 2 weeks to deliver new items. I will not be ordering from them anymore, not only is my money on hold for a long time, but it also has a lot of effort to get my refund and I will miss my present for Christmas. All of this because of a mistake in their end.

Terrible service, two items that I’ve ordered have never turned up and I’m finding it very hard to get a refund, when I’ve emailed ASOS the responses have been very vague and non interested, stop using ASOS they will steal your hard earned money.

Complete frauds they tends to never refund your whenever you purchased items are returned. For the past 3 months I have been requesting my refund for the goods I returnEd till now , they claim they are processing it . PLEASE FO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ASOS BECAUSE YOU WILL NIT GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

ordered from asos, received a wrong design t-shirt, they are trying to clear old stock to consumer and ask consumer to return and cause inconvenience. Pls do not buy from them to avoid inconvenience.

I have now sent 4 emails which they have replied to 3 times either directing me to the website or with a copy and paste from the website without actually reading my query. My question is covered on the website and the answer is to email the customer care team! I can only assume that they have some very serious resourcing issues within the team given removal of web chat at this time. Awful experience and I will not be buying from them again now. Still unresolved

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRELY LIFE. The worst customer care I ever been through. They reply to you with ready made answers and if you have a problem they just simply let you down. More than a week I wait for a parcel, without any updates or emails from them. DON'T BUY ON ASOS, SAVE YOUR MONEY OR BETTER GIVE TO CHARITY. I never been so upset in my life because of a company. UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, HELPLESS.

One of my returns was incorrect. I used the online chat to speak with Arianne May who was an absolute treasure. Sorted everything out and put in for the refund. Great staff and customer service. :-)
