“Customer service is non existent. I've emailed 3 times and I've not even had an acknowledgement! It's a shame as the clothes are nice but I will never buy direct with them again. I paid for my returns and they still deducted postage. Ridiculous!”

“AVOID!!!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered a jumpsuit to wear for my sons christening and when it arrived it looked a totally different pattern and colour than on the website. I would never have ordered it if it had been pictured correctly and not filtered to the extreme as I now know it has. I contacted the company over a month ago to try to arrange a refund as you have to pay to return items - which I am not happy to do since the item is pictured falsely. It took over a week for someone to get back to me and the advisor clearly did not read my email at all and sent me a standard response about waiting for a refund (despite my email stating I had not returned the item yet). In over a month I have received 2 emails from them, neither of which actually addressed my problem. I am now receiving absolutely zero communication from them, they simply do not reply to emails. I will never ever use this company again and will do my utmost to try to get my friends and family to avoid them. I am so disappointed and frustrated at the whole nightmare.”

“Do not buy from here!!! I ordered a dress from this company, and didn’t suit me so I sent back. I understand £3.95 of the order doesn’t get refunded to cover the cost of the return which is fine. But they’ve kept more of my money from the order and have no explanation as to why. Worst customer service ever, and they don’t respond to any emails. Girls please don’t buy from here, worst experience of online shopping ever”

“Appalling customer service with only method of contact and email address that they don’t respond to. I bought something two weeks ago and chased for an update as it got lost. When it arrived 9 days after it was supposed to it was in a bag addressed to someone else with my address stuck over it, the items had clearly been taken out by someone else and shoved back in and returned. There was no returns label inside, it had been ripped off but my name was on the paperwork. They have a 14 day window to return and it hadn’t even arrived within that window. Ive been waiting for a refund before I send back and have had no response. I returned another rites that did arrive on time which I sent on Special Delivery. It arrived at AX Paris returns a week ago and they still haven’t processed the return or contact me. Horrendous company.”

“Terrible company! I bough £148 worth of clothing during lockdown! I then returned this as it didn't suit and sizing was out! I as late at returning due to a bereavement! I was sent a credit note for £56 and told I returned the other goods too late! I have requested the goods be returned to me as technically they are mine if you are not going to credit me! This was in March and AX Paris just ignore me! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY”

“The customer service is appalling. I’m waiting for a refund for £120. They received the return over a month ago. They say allow 15 working days. They don’t respond to emails and there’s no phone number. I don’t even know if I’ll get the refund, they don’t communicate. Trading standards next. Do not use this website!”

“I have brought a lot of clothes off of this website previously and have been satisfied with everything I have brought. I returned a blouse about a month ago and I have emailed them about 5 times, still no response regarding when my refund will be in my bank account. Looking at comments below, doesn’t look like I will be getting my money back. I will never shop with this company again.”

“I ordered a blouse, was sent a dress by error, I sent dress back immediately. I have done nothing but send E mails to the customer Service Team asking where my blouse is????? Three months later no blouse, no offer of refund and unfortunately Customer Services are not responding to my weekly e mails. All I want is what I paid for. Come on AX Paris, this is not right! Where is your customer Care. I love the products but sadly will never buy from them again, I may aswell have thrown my hard earned cash down the drain! Appalling Customer Service.”

“Very very disappointed and upset. I have emailed every single day to chase my refund and no one has got back to me. 3 dresses I returned and o am being ignored and not refunded. “If I could give no stars I would. The two dresses I received were very poor quality so I returned them. I waited 15 days before contacting them to find out more about my refund. I didn't receive an email back so I emailed again in fact I emailed twice in one day. I eventually received a shirty email back stating the policy details about waiting for 15 days, I replied stating it was more than 15 days. I eventually got my refund but it took a month to receive. Absolutely disgusted with there customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM AX PARIS. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Refusing to refund. Sent back 2 orders within the 14 day return period and ensured I made them signed for. AX Paris firstly denied receiving the orders and now since I’ve chased have given credit vouchers stating the return is over the 14 days period which it is not. I am legally entitled to a fully refund and will be taking this further. Awful company - DO NOT USE!”

“RIP OFF MERCHANTS! RIP OFF MERCHANTS!! If I could give no stars I would. Returns policy is quite simply daylight robbery. You have to pay for the postage and return postage. FINE! But then they have the audacity to charge you £3.95 (which they will deduct from your refund... when you eventually get it!) for the returns label which YOU have to print off on YOUR printer using YOUR ink and YOUR paper. One other thing, if you’re going to buy from this company (which I wouldn’t recommend) and need to return your item (which you probably will) ALWAYS, pay for tracking and a signature, otherwise they’ll tell you they never received it.”

“Verry bad customer service, i am waiting for a 1,5 month for response. tplease avoid this webshop because there are not responding. They commit fraud with the value on my parcel, they will nog response at my emails and there are many many other complains from customers on facebook, but they are removing every negative review! I'm going to file a report with the police and customs government anyway”
