“I waited more than 45 days for my order to be confirmed and dispatched. I was told a few times it will be dispatched soon as they were missing the products i ordered. I requested a refund since it has been almost 2 months by then. They refunded me only the 2 missing products, even though i requested a full refund. Furthermore, for each product you purchase your shipping cost increases too. They didn't refund any of that. At the end i was told i can refund the products but not the shipping cost. Really disappointed in this company, never ever use them unless you want to risk being in my position.”
“Poor delivery times and non-existent customer service. Don't trust the delivery times they quote to you. I was told to expect delivery within 8 business days. The product arrived in 21 business days. During that time, I was incorrectly told the product shipped, only for this to be delayed too. I was then offered a paltry discount on future purchases (why would I buy from them again) and radio silence on a customer service ticket. They say they aim to respond to tickets in 72 hours; it's been 2 weeks without a response. My merch didn't arrive in time for the concert due to their inaccurate delivery times, and they offered zero explanation why.”
“We pre-ordered merch for a concert tomorrow (miku expo), they said ther were going to ship 4 weeks before the show. Risky, but they have one-and-a-half months to prepare, what could go wrong. Well, the shipping date came and went. We got a nothing saying social media message saying something among the lines of "We can't ship, we can't tell you when we will ship" It then took about 2 more weeks before parts of the merch were shipping out.
We paid extra for customs, their website specifically said: "Total includes duties and taxes. No extra charges on delivery." However once it arrived in my country I got a message telling me to pay duties. So they not only don't deliver, they also scam you.
Thanks to the duties paying delay (which I paid on the same day it arrived) it will not arrive on time. And I'm not alone, it seem the majority of people who pre-ordered both had to pay extra in duties and did not receive their merch on time.
Never work with this company, never buy from this company. You have a better shot at getting your merch if you stand in line at the concert. It will be less annoying too, even if you have to spend 3 hours in line.”
“I placed an order on Ghosts merch store over a week ago and have only received an order confirmation and a charge on my card. I have sent them an email regarding my order status and am yet to hear anything. I recommend buying merch else where since you probably won’t receive your merch from backstreet and if you do it’ll probably arrive months later”

“Truly the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a Ramones hat for my dad for Christmas on the 3rd of December, starting to panic that I had still not received my item on the 20th of December I called the customer service number on website and left numerous messages and sent many emails. I received 1 email back to say parcel has not gone through customs I replied asking when I am likely to receive parcel. no response. called 29/12/16 to be advised still through customs, cant track, no idea when I will receive it. I will never order of this site again and I am currently awaiting a refund.”
