I was a bit hesitant about Banggood to start with but gave it a try, the first few orders turned up ok then the problems started...the latest order said 2 weeks delivery, ended up taking 5 weeks. The tracking numbers are next to useless and didn't even show up for weeks, didn't get it until emailed for days chasing. These aren't updated when item on way so basically useless. The latest order of an RC car has been terrible and the last I order on this site. Took weeks longer to turn up then when did the shaft, bearings and wheel was damaged. Sent email with video of problem. Automated reply saying 1 day response, 3 days later nothing. Sent another email, same automated response. Another 3 days, nothing back. Chase again, automated, then 2 days later they say can refund part. 3 more days and nothing. Now when send email. Getting nothing. Weeks now, obviously will not help with this. Had to purchase parts myself to try and repair. My advice would be to never use this company. Use one of the main online sites where you get items quickly and actually get some customer service if needed. Believe me, you'll be glad you did.

After many years and orders on Banggood experienced minor issues but alsways within a few working days had them solved. Today it has been 8 days since i received order 86845154. The item is a Creality Cp-01 hybrid 3d printer, cnc router & laser engraver. The item arrived missing one cable, a serial connector broken, an end swich base broken and worst of all the 3d printer module broken. Opened a dispute on banggood and provided all evidence (photos & videos) at least three times. I just keep getting the same message over and over again to provide data of evidence and then another that says i should hear from an expert within 24-48 hours. I don't know why Banggood fell so low in customer service it is just sad as i paid 535euros for this item and get no support at all. Definitely not a good sign for future purchases from Banggood.

They indicated on their website the new customers we getting discount that never happened when i ordered 3 items on April 10th that were overpriced. 2 of them have not been delivered as of today.I do not care about the discount, i only want to get what i paid for. I emailed them last week but got no response!! Do not buy anything from them!!

I purchased a 'mini-computer' from BangGood and intentionally chose an EU distribution centre as I did not wish to incur additional import charges etc. The item arrived in the agreed time, but on opening the box it became apparent that they had sent me what I suspect was a previous customer return. The item had a broken cover (it was loose and therefore had previously been forced open without removing the required screws). Additionally, it was supposed to have Windows 10 pre-installed, but the item refused to even boot up. On using a Windows new installation (and later Ubuntu) via USB stick, I received an error that the 64GB EMMC hard drive was missing. I understand that things go wrong, so I emailed the customer service team and requested (as they promise on their website) a refund. Instead they asked me for videos and photos of SKU numbers, courier labels, videos of the fault etc etc ... all of which I provided them with via my personal box.com uploads. However after 4-5 interactions and over a week of discussions they still were not providing any refund. When I started threatening them with going to my credit card company, they then offered me a partial refund of around 25%. When this was refused I then was offered around 35%. At this point I did go to my credit card company (in this case PayPal), but they refused to refund the return label, and instead of giving me the EU address as a return, they expected me to pay the return costs to China! Be warned, "customer service" is nothing more than words on their website!

Scam! Fake. Coupons fake deliveries. Glad unused alias name as as soon they have your address they don't care and nothing works.

I ordered my FIMI X8 SE 2020 from BangGood during their "pre-order" phase in April. The drone was supposed to be shipped 15th May 2020, and I have still not received my drone, whenever I contact support they ask me to wait just a few more days. I can only suggest to people that they DO NOT order from BangGood. I am also not the only person in this situation, there are many more on the Facebook groups for this drone.

I bought a pair of sandals (good), but they were too large and I tried to return them. There customer service is atrocious. I felt the person I was talking with over emails did not understand anything that I was trying to communicate. Return policy ridiculous. To return an item you have to send it back to China, which is a minimum of $21. The item I purchased was only $48 dollars including shipping. Wish I had found this website before I purchased.

I've ordered 2 items: a shirt and a pair of shoes. The shirt ran extremely small so I requested an exchange. They responded once and then never again. The second item was a pair of shoes--Poor quality and bad sizing. Again they responded once and offered a refund and then never heard from them again. They advertise that they accept refunds and exchanges but THEY DO NOT. They even wrote that a refund was coming, but nothing ever happened. I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

Hilariously stupid. I chatted with 10 different people for a return of a order. No body gives a **** what you have wrote before. You're getting mad trying to communicate with those monkeys.

Took two months to get my order. The product was not what I expected. Their customer service is simply horrible. No phone #, just an email. I sent more than a dozen of email and every time a new rep from Chine responded who didn't read and prior communications and I needed to start from the beginning. At the end I gave up. Don't buy from them.

banggood took my order and I paid for it but it took 4 months to get my delivery. they blamed it on covid19. somehow i did not setup my user account properly so I could not track my order. I used help to try to get my account fixed. they kept sending me a password reset link that is only good for 1 hour and it takes up to 24 hours to send it. It would come at 3 am or in the middle of the night so I could never get account fixed. I spent hours and hours trying to fix it. They finally gave me a link to track order but it was in Chinese and did me no good till shipment got to USA then it only took a few days to get it.

Their Fb ads draw you in and they do not say that you will wait almost 3 months for delivery. No way to cancel your order and get a refund. got 3-4 shirts, all horrid quality and trash! Threw them out day one....well, really donated them to Goodwill.

Order has not been shipped for more than a month, although I saw the same product advertised many times as fast shipping. Customer service offer 1-2 USD compensation. And the expected shipping date is moving forward all the time. You cannot blame every incorrect move by covid, that is for sure.

SCAM! I ordered three "4-piece" lamps expecting to get 12 pieces total. They only sent (and insisted) three pieces. Customer reps will pass you around in emails. No phone calls for complaints.

Ordered Anne 2 pro keyboard with tracked shipping (10-15 days). Tracking details were not updated withing 10 days and I contacted them 4 times withing that period. Two days ago they said I will get an email with all the details. Today I got an email saying item has returned for unknown reason and to check if the address is correct. from email: """ If all the details of your address are correct, we can arrange a full refund or a reshipment of your order. Which option do you prefer? If you want to receive a replacement, we can only send the new order for free with Standard Air Mail Register. Its estimated delivery time is 20-35 business days """ If my address was incorrect it should at least take 20 days for that item to be returned. How did they got it back withing 12 days is a mystery.

Horrible experience with absolutely no customer service at all. says you can chat, email, call etc. but no matter what option you click on you cant chat or call. found multiple ways of tracking my shipment but the only one that has anything definitively is fed ex which says tracking was generated 35 days ago but nothing ever shipped
