I bought an air freshener holder and it started getting a bunch of sticky stuff on the top and on the sides, I don't know if it was the air freshener coming up and around the top and sides or what. I went to the store and explained it to one of the employees, she said that YES, this happens to the decorative holders, I asked her if I could exchange it, she said just a minute left and went in the back, when she returned, she said that they do not exchange it, plus it was more than 90 days that I purchased it. I just looked at her and left the store. For one I was in a good mood and didn't want to go back and forth with her because she just work there. I want to know why are you selling products that you know are going to become unusable and could be dangerous

Why I love Bath & Body Works? Because i love that it offers so many different fragrance, I can choose depends on my mood. The body lotion is my favourite, it nourish my skin and the scent stays long. I love the hand wash too, it's gentle and soft to skin and smells really good. My room smells great because of the BBW candle. Thank you for the time to time offers, I can enjoy great BBW products for less,😊. I love BBW products and and it's good for gifting too.

Why I love bath and body because of the quality of the products, I love to buy always the body wash and lotion because its very smooth, soft and long lasting smell in the body. I love to buy handsoap because its very soft and gentle in hands also very nice smell. I love to buy also the candle because of the smell is very nice and relaxing.

Received a half dozen emails about an online order and then got one saying it was delivered. It was not. Tracking said it was delivered to a dock. I am a residential customer, so no dock here. Customer service is an automated phone answering system. No people to talk to and the store nearest me where I shop or should say shopped was not able to answer any questions, but she did try at least. I was told to wait two more days and try again. This is horse stuff. They use UPS, the worst shipper on the planet. It is no wonder it is lost. I give customer service for this company an F- It's a shame, the store personnel are super great.

Well, the in-store shopping is amazing the staff is always helpful. However, the online shopping is AWFUL. I placed and order for 14 foam hand soaps. When I received the I could smell the box. I opened it and there was only one small packing pillow and 8 of the 14 were broken three leaking due to the breakage. You could easily tell why, the packing was done poorly!!! They were just banging around in the box which broke all of the tops. I had to go into the store and exchange them all. Ilso don't order online or you will have a hassle and a mess.

They don't have a email address for customer service, have a spray that turned bad. Wasn't cheap

Consistently fail to prepare online orders on time with a nonchalance that signifies they don't understand the competition of today's market! On a random day you can't get a same-day order despite placing said order before 1pm. Management please replace your Willowbrook Mall lower level staff, Christmas is coming, they will cost you precious business. They sent email notification a day later and I had to wait for them to shop the items when I got there! Needless to say, some items were sold out. Next time, same thing, placed an early order, delayed next day notification and had to wait in the store for the items to be shopped. This third time, I give up. I'm on my way to cancel yet another failed order. I can't! 24+ year customer. Disappointed 😞

The new location on Route 36 West Long Branch NJ. Rude employee at checkout. Visited on 9/7/24. You should learn how to speak to people. I was unfamiliar with the way the rewards work. So I walked up to the counter and I put my candle and my hand soap on the counter and I said oh I think I have a reward. The employee looked at me and she said and what do you think you’re going to use that reward for? I was speechless and A little puzzled I said oh the candle is 1295 doesn’t it have to be 1695 or under? She didn’t explain anything about rewards just kept asking questions. So I picked up my items I put them back. My daughter checked out, and I walked out with nothing. I rather lose the reward than shop in your store ever again. The employee should have explained the process of rewards. I have spent a lot money in your store and online but that’s definitely not happening anymore. Train your employees on customer service. How to speak to customers.

2 xs I ordered and both times they sent to wrong address when new address was added. I called 2nd time and explained gave new address made him repeat to me because I could hardly understand his broken English and yet again he entered wrong address! I would understand a house # but I live 4 provinces away from my last address. Beyond upset. Need customer service who can understand and speak proper English!

I ordered 15 items and received four of those. Two of them were damaged. I spent 15 minutes on hold before I spoke to a representative. The items I did receive were not packed individually, so each item was sticky like they had leaked. Customer Service was very nice, and will refund me what they no longer have and are shipping me the items they do have. I am so disappointed in Bath and Body Works. The inside of my box looked as if Shipping threw in a few returns and called it a day. You could tell, no one cared. There was even a lid thrown in which would have gone on top of my fragrance.

I absolutely love the new location in Everett wa! The 2 employees Hanna and Tamara were so friendly fast and makes me want to drive all the way to this location instead of the Lynnwood one.

I had a online order with some items I didn't like so I heard you could exchange at the store. I went to Macedonia store 8-21-24 at 4:30 I asked a employee If I could exchange these hand wash soaps from a on line order she said yes. I took my time and found the soaps I like when ready to do exchange the girl at the counter said because these were on sale, so what! She could only give me my money back but not really since it's on a gift card! I can only use at bath n body works. Very frustrated! Because the hand soaps were not on sale I left with 18.00 in a gift card and not happy!

I tried to place a online order, I was having problems with a Halloween item that was 50% off, it was showing up at a higher price, so I called customer service for help and they refuse to adjust the price telling me that was the price of it regardless. So I said ok then she hung up on me and when I went back to my order the Representative had taken it upon herself to delete my entire order, it was for 17 items and over $74.00 I can't believe she would do something like that, when I called back all they said was well we will be happy to take your order now over the phone πŸ™„ it's all good, money saved for me

I literally just ordered From this company ten minutes ago I noticed that 1 of the items that I ordered had to be picked up from a store an hour away. I try to change the order or cancel the order It would not let me. I had to chat with a representative. Still would not let me alter or cancel. This company clearly does not want to work with it's customers. I will not be ordering from them again. If I can't get the products somewhere else I'll just do without.

I saw online $3.95 for wallflower refills drove from Stoney Creek to Burlington 0 on sale for $3.95 came home thought it was an online deal showing specifically $3.95 nothing was 3.95 online either but it showed on sale. I wasted my gas and time driving for that sale. I’m not sure if I’ll purchase products from them anymore.

Had new wallflower plug for the 4th of July that I only used about 3 weeks leaked all over, went to return it to the store for an exchange was told they no that they could not do that because I did not have a receipt policies have changed. I had a whole bag of goodies that was going to purchase but just left with the lady I will find another place to shop they no longer care about their products or their customers. Who wants to pay $14.95 for product that does not last it only ruins your floors in your walls.

I was greeted by a young woman Madeline and she was the only bright one to make you smile. Kudos to hiring her. However whoever was working the register she was very rude, wouldn't listen to my questions. If she is your representative, someone choose badly. I was there today around 1pm.
