Prompt delivery of my order - the box was a bit battered and wasn’t sealed on arrival, surprised something hadn’t fallen out and with no packing and the box seemingly made up from bits of cardboard taped together I was pleasantly pleased that the casters weren’t damaged. Either way an overall happy shopping experience.

In stock item wasnt delivered , had to chase to get any contact , which wasnt followed up as promised. Birthday missed , very disappointing, then they asked for a review of something they havent been able to supply me with Never again !!!

Received an email from this company asking me to leave a review of my order. I would love to but the order hasn’t arrived even though I got an email saying it would arrive 4 days ago. Bit pathetic really, just hoping my order turns up in the next few days.

Amazing website, brilliant price but abysmal customer service. After 4 working days the guitar had not arrived so I sent an email. With no response I phoned customer service to be told it was stuck at the port. I asked if you knew that why didn't you let me know? 2 days later still no guitar. A further 2 days later with no response I phoned again to be told I could not speak to a manager but they would contact them on my behalf. The following day the guitar arrived. I then received a response to the second email saying your guitar has now arrived. I responded with thank you but it is not addressing your poor customer service but no response. Still no communication from a manager. This company has so much to offer in a competitive market but they are letting them selves in simple areas. I.e put on your Web site that some products come from the Netherlands and may be delayed at the port and don't promise 3 working day delivery. I do not like making these kind of emails and I feel I have given bax music every opportunity to make it right.

Having read so many negative reviews AFTER I had placed my order, I began to regret it. I mean, someone has actually set up a Facebook group dedicated to complaints. Thankfully the guitar and case arrived in the condition you would expect and within the timeframe stated. Both guitar and case were double boxed. I felt that the communication from Bax and the courier (UPS) was very good though a window of delivery for the actual delivery day would have been helpful. This is more of a UPS issue than one for BAX though. So why three stars? The first reason is that I find the trading practices a little misleading. The whole website experience and transaction process leads the customer to think they are dealing with a company based in Folkestone UK. It is only after the order is on its way that you discover the shipping is from the Netherlands. Thankfully there were no post-Brexit charges or customs delays, but I would, at the moment, prefer to spend my money within the UK and some clarity over this would have meant me looking elsewhere. The second reason for the three stars is that the day after receiving it I've had to find a luthier to set it up as it was almost unplayable with stiff and high action. It's unlikely that I would use Bax again because simply feeling relieved that I got my stuff is not a great motive to do so.

First time I have used Bax and highly delighted. Product dispatched very promptly and easily tracked and delivered on time. Received emails from Bax and courier keeping me informed. It did not come in original packaging (it was B stock) but had been expertly boxed and wrapped in bubble wrap by Bax and arrived in perfect condition. Really delighted with Gretsch drum kit and good price. Will definitely use Bax again.

I ordered my new interface on 28th March & it still hasn't arrived 2 weeks later. I've emailed customer services & have had no reply.

I ordered 2 Evolve 30m column loudspeakers on 25th March. They were (at the time) the best price I could find. The order was shipped quickly,on a 3 day delivery via UPS. They were ordered on a Thursday so, allowing for the weekend they would be delivered on Wednesday 31st March. I also ordered on the 26th, covers for the speakers, they arrived on the 28th via Hermes. That was when the fun started. I received a email from UPS, stating they would be delayed,and delivered on the Thursday...not so bad considering they were coming from Eindhoven...or so I thought. To cut a longer story short,UPS buggered up the shipping and I eventually got the columns, one on Thursday 7th and the other on 8th April. The reasons given were due to brexit problems.......!!?? I had contacted Bax to find out what the problem was but didn't receive a reply until The 8th April after the goods had been delivered. The delivery was not the Fault of Bax, and the goods are the business,and a good price. There will always be a risk ordering from Europe these days,but if you are prepared to wait a couple of days extra it could be worth it!

Product arrived on time but the manual was in German, not English. Two calls to Bax customer service went unreturned. I then sent an email and the response I received (admittedly the next day) didn't answer my other questions or resolve the need for an English manual. Disappointing service

Hi l ordered an accordion Boston Bag, not received it as yet. Tried to phone not successful. Think bag is with Hemmes and have e-mailed Bax still no reply. I’ve had an e-mail with an invoice. Really just keen to know that it will eventually arrive. Kind regards Liz Pearson
