AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Absolutely useless on every level. Didn’t turn up when arranged. Promised a second delivery with 2 people as delivering to a pensioner. Turn up late, with one driver, after he had been given the wrong address which caused another 3 unneeded telephone calls. Seriously I advice you avoid these people. #Useless

You have just lost an order because of the fact you do not answer the phone. I am not here to wait for periods of time now in excess of 100 minutes and waste my valuable data call time. I now believe the reviews on Trustpilot rather than your own reviews, which do not correspond with my experience to date.

Price is great, but everything else about this company is awful. Customer service is non existent, delivery was missed 3 times with no contact. Company will promise compensation left right and centre but you will never see it. Taken 5 weeks to get an acknowledgement of a complaint which is ridiculous. But be careful how you complain, as if you do it via Facebook, they will just block you so you cannot contact them!!!

with out a doubt the worse company ive come across. AVOID! ordered two beds for a value of roughly £1500 its been over a month! and I still don't have either bed in the correct design or size!

This was my second bed. The first was fine (a year ago) and I left a fantastic review. However, 5 weeks ago my second bed came with a damaged base. I called the company who agreed to give me a small refund. This was confirmed in email I have been chasing this for five weeks. For the past fortnight on Facebook Messenger and email they have promised the refund is being processed by accounts. So now I intend to campaign on social media on here and with BBC Watchdog to highlight this terrible practise. I also intend to take out a small claim via the courts. Bought a bed this month, part missing on arrival. Sent an email as none of their phones are manned at the moment. Initial reply by email then nothing. Bed useless without part. Bought from AAA beds, but Bedworld is same company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Ordered a bed which came in a week however on unpacking, the divan base was completely smashed up. Contacted bedworld and sent them pics. They assured me a new bed had been sent and they would collect damaged bed. It’s now been over 2 months and still no replacement, requested a refund and they won’t refund until they have bed back. Had numerous phone calls to say they would be collecting bed and no one turns up to collect. Reported company to trading standards and hoping credit card company will be able to help us get money back. We’ve been sleeping on the floor since mid June! Never received such a horrendous service, feel so angry and upset that we are so out of pocket and got a smashed up bed stuck in our hall way so we can’t hardly get past! Can’t speak to anyone who deals with online orders or dispatching, but managed to get in touch with a store in Bristol that wouldn’t be able to help and refused to give us any contact numbers for head office. They advise you to email however no one returns your emails. PLEASE DONT EVER USE BEDWORLD!!!

I originally searched the website and found the bed I wanted but as the office was in Huddersfield decided to visit personally. I am glad I did because I got the bed I wanted and saved money. The products are very good but the customer service could have been better - no contact with the company and the invoice I had with contact phone numbers were no longer in service. However when the driver did contact me on the day of delivery I was very relieved because I had already gotten rid of my old bed. The driver was very friendly and helpful so his customer services skills compensated for the lack of contactable customer service agents which I had experienced. Now a month later I am still very pleased with my purchase - good quality and value for money. I would buy from this company again but really think that they should try to improve the after sales pre-delivery. A 12 hour delivery spot is not acceptable in this day and age. A call to customers at the beginning of the delivery cycle would be more appropriate and welcome.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered 2 beds on May 2nd 2020. A few days later they only delivered one bed. Telling me the other one would come later that week. It didn’t. I was then promised a delivery date twice more but nothing came and no one ever answered my request for a refund. Today, 3 months later, I have finally won a PayPal case to get my money back. Read the reviews. They have done this to many many people. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! They done even deserve one star.

I ordered a memory foam mattress with a divan base, after only a couple of weeks the base broke, had another one delivered this one has just broken, they must use the cheapest timber than can buy. I will at some point take apart the broken base and will put photographs so everyone can see. Avoid buying from them as not quality items as advertised.

Had delivery, three out of four items were damaged or dirty. Had terrible customer service from BW, offered me £35 refund. One of the items which is severely damaged is worth more than that. Absolute insult. Would not buy from here again. Dreadful!!

Worst company I have ever dealt with, head office will not take calls (because they know all they would be dealing with is complaints) can only email and then they do not reply. Avoid this company as they are shocking

Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a memory foam mattress £79. Doesn't look nothing like the image in the picture on eBay. Contacted there customer service who were rude as anything. I opened a return as an agreement was made for a partial refund. The partial refund did not happen and when contacted the company they wanted me to change the review before refunding any money. Because I said no this they because rude and requested to refund full amount of money and collect the mattress. But because they have already failed to refund as agreed before I wasn't happy with them collecting the mattress and then refunding money. This then became a debate and at no point could the company give me any vote of confidence that I'll be refunded with no issues. I suggest don't ever order from this company absolutely outrageous and disgrace. Currently still waiting for a refund via PayPal now. I've opened a dispute

WARNING!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I placed an order on the 13th June with an estimate delivery date 7- 10 days. Only today received the bed. The entire time I had been chasing no update. Was given delivery date about 2 weeks after I placed an order and on the day received a text to say "cannot deliver due to damaged bed". No other communication from the company, no alternative date. I sent countless emails and finally received a email to say we will be delivering soon... What is soon... How long is a piece of string... There is no contact number for you to follow up. Save yourself the DISTRESS AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY. 6 weeks delivery and no apology... Simply DISGUSTING NEVER AGAIN... AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! STAY AWAY

Bunk beds delivered but no mattresses as ordered so not capable of being used. No telephone access. No response to urgent email. If no response within next 24 hours will leave another review. I might not then be feeling so generous.

Ordered 2 beds, and paid for a weekend delivery. The ordering online was straight forward enough, but that was it. Bed World have the worst customer service going, replying to emails after 3 days, only have an answer machine to take calls; leave a message, they never got back to us! As for the weekend delivery, over four weeks we were offered two Wednesdays and a Thursday. They obviously have a different idea of weekends! Tried to ring the local Bristol shop/office, phone just rang and rang, not even a message facility. We had to take an unpaid day off to receive the order. Told it would be between 0800 and 1800 hrs, the delivery driver turned up at 0630hrs, no phone call. Couldn't even get that right, and to add insult the delivery note had on it in two places "weekend delivery". What an absolute disaster, I run a multi drop service desk for the company I work for, who ever pretends to run this company's delivery & customer service would not last five minutes with mine! To avoid stress, please avoid this company!

Absoutley disgraceful I ordered a mattress for my son it arrived whilst I was at work husband opened the packaging to put on the bed I arrived home a few mins later said it wasn’t the right mattress as nothing like the photo rung up immediately asked them to collect it as still in area as they had told us where they were going told me it would cost me £79 for the privilege customer service disgraceful just said it is the same quality just different Design but the quality is so so low wouldn’t do a thing other than if I paid £79 DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could give 0 stars I would, awful service. The worst I have ever experienced. Bed delivered with no assembly instructions and missing parts. Tried to contact them several times to get it sorted however keep getting generic acknowledgement emails saying they will aim to respond but do not actually respond to the emails. The acknowledgement emails have stated they will respond withing 24 hours of receiving the email. It was been two weeks and still no response. They are happy to take your order and money but when it comes to any aftercare they could not care less. Shameful behavior. You would think responding to an email and sending out the some instructions and missing parts would be fairly straightforward, however not so for this incompetent company.

DO NOT IGNORE THIS REVIEW!! As someone who very rarely writes reviews, the horrendous experience I've had with this company has forced me to. The best thing this company can do is simply pack up and find something else to do with their lives. This is easily the worst experience I've had with any company in my life. After ordering a bed over a month ago, 2 cancelled deliveries (cancelled by bedworld), dozens of emails FROM ME to reschedule deliveries, and ridiculous excuses, I am left with no bed and still awaiting a refund. Bedworld cancelled my deliveries ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY with 2 ridiculous excusues: 1) the bed was broken in transit, 2) The delivery van broke down and there are no other vans available to deliver. This company is a joke and a scam to say the least. PLEASE save yourselves weeks of stress and wasted time and money and purchase your bed anywhere else.

I still haven't received the bed that I ordered over a month ago. Wasn't given an order number. No phone contact just a recording saying that they are closed. Very rarely reply to emails. The last one I received said that if I sent more emails then it would result in me going to back of queue. When I asked for refund they said they required order number ( which I wasn't given). Going to try trading standards. Steer clear. Very dodgy
