Consignment only partially delivered , yet despite several calls to enquire as to when my second of 2 cases would arrive, instead I receive a request for this review!

Brought a case of beer a week before my fathers birthday, got an email saying delivery would be on the Friday so waited in. No delivery, tracked the delivery, said it would be delivered Monday, 1 da before my fathers birthday, no delivery, phoned Beerhawk who said someone would call me back that day, no phone all until 24 hours later. Said that they had a problem with their mail company, luckily for a refund to enable me to go and buy something else for my dad. What a load of hassle!!

They asked to write a review and gere I am. Nt intend to buy from them in the near future asand despite my consideration for it to be a family bysiness but from a very simple irder it has quite became a nightmare but delay on the postage and consequent delivery eben thought I have contacted them and stressed out the expected timeline and also one item has arrived damaged which prompted to contact them and ask for refund.

I ordered 15 bottles of beer twelve days ago and they still haven't arrived. I've chased Beer Hawk up four times on this issue but to no avail.

Hi Daniel, The beers had been sent out with the courier,when you requested the address change and this is what the delay was for the order reaching you. thanks Louise

I was called by Beer hawk promoting a fathers day case of beer. I took up the offer and gave them my dad's address. The beer was delivered to my own address. I sent the case back and was assured that the case would get to my dad. It didn't turn up on father's day so I asked Beer hawk what had happened. Apparently the case was delivered to the correct road, but to the wrong house number! How a simple delivery could be so royally messed up is beyond me, I've wasted money calling them multiple times to correct their mistakes and will now use another beer delivery company to get my dad a very late father's day present once I get my money back. Avoid ordering from Beer hawk!

Really disappointed! Received an email to say my delivery had arrived when it hadn't. On calling customer services they said my case had been damaged at depot. I'd paid extra for express delivery so my order would arrive in time for Fathers Day. All they could do by way of compensation was ensure my delivery arrives 4 days later!!!! (Why not next day delivery?) and waiver the express shipping fee. This was not a gesture of good will as this fee was paid as an optional extra so my delivery would arrive within 2 days. Not 6! I would have been happier if they'd offered a percentage off the order itself or for a future order? A shame as we're beer lovers and would have used them again. I also did not receive the 10% discount as the website promises on my first order. Wouldn't recommend!

I have had better experiences with beer subscription companies. I placed an order which then didn't arrive in time for a birthday. After I then contacted customer services, i was told that my order 'had slipped through the net' and that it hadn't been processed or sent yet. I then had to wait another 5 working days for the beers to be delivered. At which point the birthday was long gone. Considering it was Beer Hawks mistake i thought they may have tried to send the parcel 1st class.

Promised delivery twice and then informed out of stock despite paying 2 day delivery charge (not cheap) waited 3 weeks in total ...not good at all. Asked for refund in the end.

Delivery took much longer than advertised and thus meant the gift did not arrive on time. I will never use beer hawk again

3 times we've had beer hawk gift vouchers, and we still are yet to find beer that didn't get poured straight down the sink. Someone spent a lot of time and effort to find the most nasty tasting bees available. Please stop buying us vouchers.

Having used Beer Hawk extensively in the past, I was always impressed with the timeliness of the service and the available beers. However recently I placed an order, and upon receipt only received half the order. I was extremely discouraged upon contacting Beer Hawk when they told me according to their courier records the parcels were delivered successfully. Beer Hawk has a habit of leaving packages in non secure places such as in porches, and I don't know if the parcel even made it to our place, but I have no intention of using the service again until it improves it's customer services.

I ordered a gift of a large bottle of beer in a gift box together with a case of Christmas ales. A day or two later I received an email saying that they had run out of gift boxes. They offered a choice of three ways of dealing with this: I opted for the order to go ahead with a partial refund. The next day I received notification that the order would be delivered during a mid-morning time slot. It arrived two hours early, when we were out. The beer was safely sitting on my doorstep, so no harm done, but it does show the attitude of the delivery company. When I opened the boxes I found I had a duplicate magnum and no Christmas case. I found the customer service line a bit unhelpful ( they said I'd received a 'callback' within 48 hours -- not much use on 22nd December). I then sent an email and received a helpful reply that promised to collect the extra bottle and to deliver the Christmas beers before Christmas. You know where this is going: I received timeslots for the collection and delivery; both came and went. I'm now short of beer on Christmas day :-( So, what are Beerhawk really like? Are they a decent company let down by errors in their warehouse and an abominable logistics firm, of are they just poor? I'm afraid I'm never going to find out now.

As yet 14 days after my order was placed i have still not received my order, i have however recieved somebody elses order, 3 phonecalls and 1 email later and still nobody can seem to get this sorted - utter rubbish

Well i'd like to rate you but unfortunately we havent recieved our order, twice. We ordered an advent calender, it didnt come. You sent an apology and offered £10 voucher which we used to buy 24 bottles (can you see what we have done there?). Unfortunately your courier damaged the first re-delivery. We were supposed to recieve the re re delivery yesterday but it didnt come. Interestingly i mentioned the original advent calender order to a colleafue whos girlfriend bought one for him after we placed our order. He has his. Very unhappy with the customer service we have recieved, we cannot recommend you, we are considering our legal recourse.

I purchased a gift set that was broken, I rang and was put on hold for half an hour. I emailed twice and had no response. There had been no protective wrapping on the glass. Very disappointed with te lack of customer service

Product OK but delivery and customer service appalling. Paid for next day delivery of 2 cases as presents - took over a week, and 2 separate deliveries.

Poor service and unreliable delivery . After contacting this company twice regarding the delivery of the goods ordered as it was a Christmas gift and being reassured that the order was on hold TWICE, they sent my gift out. I even said that if the delivery could not be stopped I would cancel the order and reorder in December. I called on the morning of the day they sent the gift out as I had received an email regarding delivery and spoke to customer services and was told that it was on hold. and then at 1.15pm the gift was delivered. I will not be ordering from this company again especially as they can not deal with a simple task! I was told by customer services that that if my friend was told of the situation, they were sure that they would understand...... its a Christmas gift that has been delivered in November
