My original order arrived late and was only dispatched after I contacted Beerhawk via email to see the whereabouts. When it arrived some items were missing, I called the contact centre where the gentleman was lovely and said would get my new order out to me for the replacement items. It never arrived. I emailed, and never got replies. Tweeted, and got told each day my order was arriving - it never did. I eventually asked for my money back, I was told I would get a full refund... and that didn't happen either. Now I'm out of pocket - what a waste.

My order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and nearly didn't make it for Christmas. Worse was I ordered a few cans of beer with my order. Suddenly I receive a refund through paypal; no email or explanation. When my order arrives, the cans are not there. presumably, they had ran out or just didn't bother getting anymore in. Still no explanation. I will certainly not be recommending BeerHawk to anyone.

Very disappointed. Been asked for a review and my product still hadn't arrived. Christmas present ordered in plenty of time so thanks beer hawk for messing that one up.

As below same scenario as angry wife concerning the same product Phillips perfect pour system, spoken to the same staff also absolutely appalled to be given fakse information regarding the delivery of my partners Christmas gift to add insult to injury they delivered the beer to accompany the device so we have the beer for our family party but cant get at it furthermore your company had me ringing round uk mail to to chsse up delivery of something that hasnt even been dispatched cheers Beer Hawk incompetents at its highest standard!

Absolute nightmare trying to get a Phillips pure pint, ordered on 12th December (with 5 day guaranteed delivery). Called and emailed to query but was assured it was out for delivery on the 16th (Beth). Then called again on 21st and was assured they will send it today for next day delivery (Stu). Recalled on 23rd to query next day delivery to be told that it won't arrive till 28th (girl who wouldn't tell me her name and also Stu again) I am now left on Xmas eve with no present for my partner - no money to buy a replacement present. So I thank you BeerHawk for a top notch service and making my Xmas that little bit more special......

Unfortunately you can't make this right. Offering 5 day delivery and then only delivering half the order (granted within 3 days). BUT...the kegs can't be used without the Perfect Draft machine, I'm guessing you didn't have stock and still took orders which is really not on! No communication and little/no help when numerous calls were made to establish what was going on. As this isn't an isolated case where is the update to customers, also this will be damaging your reputation as now these reviews are popping up all over (had I read such I would not have ordered). Not sure what to do now, my other half will be without a present Christmas morning and the perfect tasting beers will be stuck in the Kegs - this is almost cruel for our guests. I've also sat in the house yesterday and today waiting for a delivery that I'm sure you knew would not b coming!!

Abominable. Ordered an imperial breakfast stout which was in stock when I placed order on website (and confirmation email confirmed such) but when my package arrived the stout had been replaced with a bottle of wine which had a similar name!! When I spoke to customer services (who by the way are doing an enviable job of attempting to tidy up the mess that the other departments make) told me that my beer was out of stock and the wine had been selected as a replacement (granted the wine had a higher retail price than the beer I ordered and they didn't charge me any extra but I was purchasing a particular style of beer to drink, not making an investment). I arrange an exchange for another beer with the customer service department, they tell me that the beer will be shipped and the wine collected by courier (with no charge for either). A few days later I chase them up and am told that I've been refunded and the replacement beer I chose was not going to be shipped. Unhappy with this I requested that my beer be shipped ASAP. I was given credit to cover my shipping costs. I placed another order of 13 beers, well in advance of the Christmas delivery deadline. 10 of the 13 beers ordered were in my package when it arrived with a couple of hours to spare following much chasing up after my order sat awaiting dispatch in the warehouse for days on end. I have not been informed that 4 of the beers I ordered weren't going to be included the package, giving me no time to arrange to get them from elsewhere. All in all a terrible service. I will not be using them again and would advise anyone who wants the beers they order to arrive in their package to look elsewhere. I appreciate that it's Christmas and it's busy but if something happens between the placement of an order and that order being picked that results in the order not being fulfilled, contact the customer to ask them how to proceed. Don't assume that just because a product has a similar name that it's a suitable replacement!!! I did have a £10 off discount code and partly wonder if I received substandard service because of this.

Ordered my beer on the 3rd Dec, it finally arrived on the 19th. No one seemed able to fix the delivery problem every time I called. Nor did I feel that anything was done to reassure me as third time ordering customer.

Service rubbish, ordered for Christmas but no delivery although promised twice, customer support never call back, head office never call you back. No one knows when or if my shipment will go out. Avoid

Terrine service. Ordered 7 beers for a Christmas gift, when my parcel arrived I received only one beer (not one I ordered) and realised I'd been sent someone else's order and sent mine tosomeone else (thanks for sharing my addess etc.. with a stranger) Made contact to get this sorted, they seemed more concerned with getting the one bottle back from me than resending my order. Said they would organise someone to pick it up. No time or day given for this, so it was lucky it had been sent to my work. Finally re-sent my order, by this point one of the beers was out of stock (refund issued) and I guess another was out of stock too but they thought they'd just send me a different beer to replace it without telling me or offering a refund. Originally chose this site due to cheaper delivery price than other sites but I won't return.

Eilidh, apologies for the mix up in the orders, this was a genuine mistake by our warehouse. We have looked into the processes and changed them so that the same will not happen again.

I was initially really pleased as my order came prompt. I ordered a beer glass that comes with a stand and a bottle of beer as a Christmas present. The beer and glass came but with no stand. I emailed and for no answer so emailed again on a different Beerhawk email address and still haven't had an answer. My husband rang twice since and has been told it was on its way. Nothing arrived and I rang myself yesterday and the person on the phone (overspill for Customer Services) said they would send a note to Customer Services to send it out express delivery. So far nothing. I am so disappointed and can't believe I am having so much trouble just for a wooden stand that should have come with the glass as a set. I have now had to go out and spend more money that I could do without spending on another present as I have no faith that this one will arrive as its Christmas Eve tomorrow. I will definitely not be ordering from you again and if the stand doesn't arrive I want a full refund plus thr cost of sending it back. Please do not send me any sales or special offer emails as you haven't had the decency to reply my emails. I look forward to your response.

I never got my items I rang as I should have had them 4 days earlier to be told I would get them next working day (which was my last working day before I broke for Christmas and it was a gift for a colleague I will not see during the holidays) Which I did not.

Worst service I have ever received! After waiting nearly 3 weeks for the 15 bottle world beer set to turn up, or even just an email to say they had dispatched it, I contacted beer hawk who said they had dispatched it and there was a problem with their courier - Mail UK. They would find out the issue, pass on my problems to HQ and get back to me. When they didn't and I rang again I was advised it was Mail UK I needed to talk to as they had the package. Pretty sure I was now doing Beer Hawks job for them, I rang Mail UK who told me they had "lost" the package and I needed to tell Beer Hawk to put in a claim for it. I kindly passed this information on to Beer Hawk who said they would get their customer services to get in touch with me. At no point has anyone from this company contacted me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR SOMEONE TO GET IN TOUCH AND HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR! DO NOT use these absolute jokers unless you feel like doing their jobs for them and running around in circles.

I was sent a partial order and contacted company several times and was promised remainder order would be sent in time for my gift giving . It was not sent in time and came very late I was given some vouchers but to buy anything I would have to add more money not sure I will use this company again sadly even though the gift was nice . They shouldn't make promises they can't deliver on

Ordered 2 lots of beer at the same time, 1 part of the order came so I rang the company customer services, what a total joke was promised a follow up email.....nothing, I emailed them.....nothing I then rang them again and the guy I spoke to told me I had rang the wrong number! I asked him was that customer services and he said yes???? what a joke will not use again,

Not impressed with this company at all. My order never arrived. I received an email offering me free beer tokens due to late delivery, when I replied saying my order hadn't arrived I didn't get a response. I called and spoke to customer service and the girl who answered the phone didn't have a clue what she was doing. I asked for a refund as the order never arrived and she put me on hold for ages then came back and said she'd have to ring me back because the internet was about to go down and she didn't know if I could be refunded. Called em back a few minutes later (well that was a short internet outage wasn't it?!) and said I would be refunded. Total joke

Totally useless, made 3 orders now and everyone has had issues, late delivery by a week past due, damaged bottles on another and final and last order was incorrect nothing good to say I'm afraid
