Ordered 2 advent calendars on 5th Sept. Consigment on 2nd Nov - lost apparently. Emailed on 7th Nov - told I would be put to top of list. Emailed 20th Nov - told by end of week. Phoned 26th Nov - told I would be called back on 28th. No call, so phoned but could only get order line who couldn't help. Received email on 29th Nov saying all deliveries by 1st Dec. Received a new consignment number after calling on 30th Nov and delivery happened on 1st Dec.....but only ONE advent calendar....other one had been damaged apparently and there were no more left to send out. Appalling service beyond belief....I've experienced poor service in the past but this has been the worst by a long way.

Ordered an advent calendar in plenty of time for delivery on 30th November, had an email to say it's on its way, never turned up. Chasing courier, but no reply from them, no phone number to contact. This was a gift for someone special and I've been left disappointed. I won't be using this company again.

Ordered Advent Calendars well in time for delivery before 01/12/16. Never turned up, constantly chasing and being told they would arrive, never arrived again. Then to get an email today to say the courier has lost my packages (obviously a lie!) and they haven't got any more to send out. Nobody ever answers the phone, poor customer service. I would never use this company again, looks like lots of people have had issue's as well. DO NOT USE!!

Appalling service. They never get back to you,despite leaving messages and emails. Want to return empty legs on 2 occasions drivers refuse to pick them up. Was assured no boxes needed. On second occasion driver has refused. Waste of a day waiting for the pick up and Beer Hawk are not interested. Do NOT trust them.

Liars - these people took my money (24 November 2016) and sent an email telling me to expect delivery on and or before 28 November 2016. Nothing arrived. Was told it was with the courier and that it would arrive 29 November 2016. Nothing arrived. Was told it was with the courier and it would arrive 30 November 2016. Nothing arrived. When asked to track the consignment their system was very conveniently down. LIARS!

Unbelievable. Poor service. Can't be arsed attitude. Order 2 x perfect draft machines, no response to emails told it would take 48 hours to get a call back no one answers the phone. Promised free 5 day delivery - 12 days later order is still in the warehouse. What a bunch of amateurs.

Order was duplicated and one refund promised, then both orders cancelled. Re-ordered, Advent Calendar arrived very late and on opening it this morning found all the bottles were at the bottom of the box and some had been smashed - useless to me as an advent calendar. Tried to ring customer services but got put through to the order line who told me customer services were inundated with complaints so they had SHUT THEIR LINES - so I can't even speak to anyone about my disappointing delivery. AVOID.

I ordered the keg dispenser which was dispatched and reiepted within a week however dispite numerous false promises I eventually recieved the kegs 3 weeks later. Las week I reordered 3 kegs and still have recieved confirmation they have been dispatched. They promise confirmation and delivery within 5 days. Not true. I should have learn't from my first experience. On;y advice I can offer is stay well clear...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Beer Hawk have no idea what they are doing. Call centre never get back to you ( that is when they do answer the phone) all staff lie and have not a clue what is going on. 3 people spoke to were temp so didn't really care. Finally got my advent calendar today - 1st Dec- pointless as to late to send on but did get sent 4 so will enjoy all, How stupit. PLEASE LEAVE THIS COMPANY WELL ALONE.

Absolutely dreadful client service. Another story of a disappointed customer. I ordered one advent calendar. It arrived too late for the party at which the recipient was supposed to receive it. When it finally did arrive a week later, the box was water-damaged beyond repair and the advent calendar completely unusable. And, despite several emails and, indeed, promises of a replacement, nothing has been forthcoming. It is now the 1st December. There is no advent calendar and no apology. Please do not use this company - seek another supplier and do not end up as disappointed and out of pocket as I am. It's not worth it.

Two orders placed and still waiing after nine days. One order was required for 1st December so unless it arrives in the next 2 hours (10pm to midnight) there's no chance. EXCEPTIONALY DISAPPOINTED.

Ordered 2 calendars for my office on 4th Nov. Panicking with delay. Got misleading emails confirming shipped. Finally shipped and confirmed for delivery today. So happy when delivery received. So disappointed to discover only 1 had been shipped. Useless as a treat for staff becomes impossible. Phoned and emailed all day. Just got a response to say another will be shipped presumably in time for next December do they understand what an advent calendar is? Never again!

Where to start as other reviews have said re calendar! Ordered Nov1st payment taken 0n the 2nd had an e mail on the 8th of Nov to say order delayed will be with you by the 19th!! E mail from Beth once I’d asked where the order was? On the22nd! Also spoke to Stuart and he assured me that if I’d not received it by the 24th to tell them. 24th came and went so duly rang and spoke to Beth said it will be with you Sat 26th guess your getting the drift now? 26th came and partially went so I rang and asked again Fiona this time very apologetic, Fiona assures me Mon28th Tues 29 at the latest!!!! Well Mon/ Tues went and as I type this its meant to be delivered to day the 30th!!! One slight snag is its for my Son~in~law who lives 3 hours away that’s why we wanted it by the 19th so we could deliver it and stay over the weekend. So while we wait for it to be delivered the good lady is standing by with the rest of the present and wrapping paper and the apprentice is looking forward to 6hrs plus over time to do our delivery, as we run a automotive repair business, 8 till late There is one consolation Andy has said our account will be honoured with £20 worth of beer tokens only thing is speaking to our local landlord he said he won’t accept them at our local hostelry lol so we’ll see if it arrives today and to see if our account is credited as said!!! Though we won’t be holding our breath.

Ordered some beers on the 18th december. not arrived by the 30th november. money taken from my paypal account. customer services are not contactable left message with order line nine times - got no call back. emailed twice - no response. spoke to someone on the orderline who said my beers had not even been dispatched yet! AWFUL SERVICE

I don't usually do reviews but this has annoyed me as these were presents that I needed to send on. Ordered on the 13th November 2 x advent calendars which stated a few days delivery. After the 20th it hadn't turned up so I started to TRY to chase, eventually got a reply apologised no for the lack of correspondence. They then promised me another delivery date, guess what it didn't turn up, more apologetic emails to me promising another delivery date and said if I want tracking details just to ask, I asked for the tracking details and again guess what, I didn't revive them or the goods. Today is the 30th tomorrow is the 1st December and I still don't have them. Will not be using again !!

Terrible service, I ordered 2 boxes of world lager and only 1 box turned up on the delivery day. Then a few days later the 2nd box arrived but only 9 out of the 15 bottles of lager were in the box which was poorly packaged and it was clear that the bottles had broken in transit. The courier had just repackaged the surviving bottles but there were pieces of broken glass in the box which was very hazardous upon opening. Then I called Beer Hawk numerous times to try to get the box delivered directly to my brother in law as this was now an extremely late birthday present, but this never happened. After a month of me chasing the order via calls and email I gave up and asked for a refund. They never called me back to tell me what was happening with my order, even though they took my phone number every time I called and they sometimes didn't reply to emails either. I would avoid at all costs as they are clearly incapable of providing a simple service. I will never use Beer Hawk again.

I don't normally do this, but am incredibly cross with the service from Beer Hawk. Ordered the advent beer selection in October, and initially all seemed well and I got notification that it would be delivered when I requested...no delivery. Turns out the the delivery confirmation states it has been delivered to a completely different postcode. EC instead of SE how is that even possible? Might be ok had Beerhawk been able to help me. Have waited considereable time on the phone for the girls to tell me she couldn't help and would get a call back. No call back. In the meantime I used the email address, outlined my issue, send a screenshot of the delivery confirmation, to get a question back stating it was delivered...I know that - I told you!! But not to the right place. And I outlined the issue clearly. So I am now back to square one, currently awaiting a further response, and have wasted an entire day. The right thing to do would have been to send out a replacement today, so that my boyfriend could have received it tomorrow for the 1st, but I feel like I am a million miles away from that point, and am incredibly disappointed. Currently been on hold for 13 minutes to Beer Hawk as I type. Not impressed.

I ordered two items, one for immediate dispatch and one for dispatch on Nov 30. The one for immediate dispatch did not arrive for weeks. After inquiry per phone, they said I would get an email clarifying the situation. Nothing happened. After another inquiry per email, I got the answer that both items would be dispatched on Nov 30. Then I got the item for Nov 30 on time (actually earlier), but the item for immediate dispatch is still missing. I called in. They said I would get an email. No email and no beer. Disappointing!

Great beer selection. Having parted with the money you then have to keep going back to chase delivery. Will I ever get my first delivery?
