Unless you have the patience and inclination to keep chasing your order, simply to be supplied with a generic 'the elves are beavering away', I wouldn't bother. Yes the product is very good, and yes the company put a lot of effort into their marketing and updates on their website; but there is a clear lacking in their customer services and dispatch team. I was left waiting a grand total of three weeks for my beer that should have been here a lot sooner. I fully appreciate that it is Christmas, and that with all of their promotional activity on Facebook they will be inundated with orders but with that in mind, they should look to employ additional 'elves' to support the influx of orders. Do not expect your order to be received within the time frame advised on your confirmation. I would love to order from you guys again as the beers are fantastic and exactly what my fiancee loves, however I am reluctant to given the lack of service received this time around. Please pull your socks up BeerHawk, you could be awesome!

Hannah Thanks for your feedback and please know that we listen to all feedback and take measures to ensure these incidents do not happen again. Bought a beer advent calendar for my husband. Amazing idea but we had a few problems with it. I emailed info@beer hawk and Fiona replied within an hour. Matter was resolved to my satisfaction. Brilliant customer service. Will be back again!

I emailed beerhawk over a month ago asking them few questions regarding some of their product I'm still waiting for them to answer, how can someone possibly take over a month to reply back to an email??

I specifically chose beer Hawk and purchased more than £50 to receive free delivery within 3 days so I'd get my husbands birthday present in time. Having ordered on 18th November, the items finally all arrived by 6th December, 2 and a half weeks later. The items were late for my husbands birthday. Not impressed at all.

Bought the advent calendar for my husband, only two days before 1/12, it arrived on 1/12. Husband really pleased with the variety and quality of beer. At least a million brownie points earned. Will be back for next year's offering. Am recommending to friends.

Totally disgusted with the service from this company, their customer service is non existent, sent numerous emails to cancel my subscription from the beer club, no answer and yet they still take money, will not recommend and will pass on their shite customer service skills

Bought an advent calendar 3 weeks ago and it came with in a couple of days my husband loves it, so bought him the selection pack on Friday it came today I think he's gonna love that aswell, very pleased with the service and quick delivery again, will definitely be ordering again in the future, seen some reviews about the advent calanders and the bottles not being in place think maybe that's more from being moved around by the couriers, I opened it up,didn't need to be ripped open as some have said as it has an opening on the top, and i put all the bottles back in place, excellent service and one happy husband

Item was damaged in transit and never made its way to me then when I wanted to re-order it was out of stock. Beerhawk credited me with beer tokens but when I used these towards my next order, they have so far only shipped half my order. Furthermore they used a massive box for a small item - not necessary!!!!

Order advent calendar for £65, one of the cans is empty and has leaked on on the other bottles leaving sticky mess on them. disappointing as was so expensive and has put me off ordering again as clearly they don't transport very well / very likely to happen again!

I purchased this Beer Advent Calendar for my husband, He is now half way through and so far there has been a range of well selected beers. A very nice touch was the glass, Open First Window. Although he has found the cans very difficult to remove. However all the beers/ales have been very pleasant and we would highly recommend to friends and family. Such a varied selection to suit all tastes. Posting My BerryChristmas Beers/ Ales daily on Facebook. Friends are now waiting patiently to see what tomorrow's window will bring. Thank you A great Advent Calendar gift for your loved one or dear friend.

I bought the beer advent calendar for my husband as a Christmas present.So far he has really enjoyed the beers but the problem has been with the packaging.The internal packaging has collapsed and the bottles and cans have dropped to the bottom of the box.

I ordered the advent calendar as a surprise for my husband. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit but despite a computer glitch at HQ my replacement order was here 'nearly' in time for advent starting- which was perfectly acceptable to us. The staff dealing with our order were pleasant, helpful and efficient at making that happen. Thanks very much, and the beer I believe is also pretty good.

Terrible service, booked 2 x advent calendars - took nearly 3 weeks to be delivered even though on the invoice it states 3 days. No one on the phone or email could provide any answers - total shambles.

Ordered advent calendar 17th November. A week later I had a text from the courier company to give me a delivery time that day. It didn't arrive. Contacted courier company who said there was a problem with the address, so please contact Beer Hawk. Phoned them the following morning - they agreed to pay for Saturday delivery, the next day. It never arrived! I was then told by the courier company that they had returned it to Beer Hawk!! Phoned Beer Hawk again and Sam reordered (29th November). Received a text the following day, from Customer Services, apologising and adding that it would DEFINITELY be delivered by 1st December. It didn't arrive! Phoned Sam at Beer Hawk, who said they had no idea where it was - it was marked as 'Delayed' by courier. I cancelled the order and ordered a calendar from Waitrose, which was delivered the following day. PayPal payment was supposed to have been refunded, but had to ask a couple of times before that appeared. Two days later, my husband took delivery of the original calendar, which had supposedly been returned to BeerHawk and still showed up on courier website as such! It's now the 13th December and I'm still having trouble getting messages through to Beth at Customer Services for them to collect it. She's been lovely, but the email system is very peculiar and some seem to go missing! My son was desperately excited about receiving the advent calendar and is delighted with the Waitrose one he eventually received, but the stress involved in so many broken promises and having to get it a day late because we believed BeerHawk's promises and were let down, really knocked the shine off it. It's such a shame because it seemed like a great product, but they have really let themselves down and I don't hold out much hope that many people will re-order next Christmas.

Delivery took a long time, when I chased it up it was dispatched that day, but with no explanation as to why it took so long. Part of my order was incorrect, this was rectified relatively quickly though.

I've used Beer Hawk many times and I'm always happy to come back. On this occasion, I did have a number of issues, where my original case turned out to be out of stock, and then the replacement turned out to also be out of stock, so it ended up taking a while to get to me in the end. However, once I got in touch with them via Twitter, they were able to resolve the issues to my satisfaction.

I ordered a Christmas advent beer calendar on 27 November as a gift for a friend. When it hadn't arrived by 6 December I emailed a complaint. No reply. Next day I called and spoke to a sales person who said she'd pass my complaint on to customer service. I then received refund for the order with absolutely no explanation of why I had not received it, nor any apology. Very disappointed.

Absolutely in love with the idea of Beer Hawk, what could be better than a huge selection of craft beers & ales all in one place with free delivery! So far I have placed 3 orders with Beer Hawk, each of which were over £50 to make the most of the free delivery within 5 working days option. The first of which was delivered very promptly within a couple of days....sadly one bottle was missing. The customer service team were great in rectifying the shortage with account credit with a value far higher than the single bottle that was missing. The 2nd order was placed off the back of the account credit early on a Monday afternoon hoping i would have them ready for the upcoming weekend, sadly not! Delivery arrived the following Tuesday morning. The 3rd order was again placed early Monday afternoon, again hoping to see them for the weekend. Took them in on the following Wednesday morning. Spent a fair bit on time ringing but for no one to answer, got a reply to an Email late Tuesday eve to say delivery had been made? Not sure if there will be a forth order yet, trying out the competition. For me its not a quick enough turnaround, thats my only complaint.....could be fantastic!
