When bed was delivered devan draws were literally falling apart in my hands was told I would have to wait for a new devan .I told them I only wanted the draws .No chance told it would be 4 weeks that was 12weeks ago . This shambles called Bensons are going bust any day now .

Absolutely shocking customer service 🙄 spent £2600 on a bed that's not fit for purpose . Been mess around since January 2022 Having to go down the trading standards route to hopefully sort it out Do not buy from these jokers

If I could give no stars I would. Delayed deliveries. Zero communication. On hold as caller 99 etc a joke. Ordered Feb, finally mattress arrived and day 2 it is sinking, I am now day 14 and they are not replying! Jokers. I've asked for a refund sent images apparently nothing wrong with this even though a pocket sprung mattress.... yeah right!. Claiming back now through the bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE LOOK ON FB AND ONLINE AT THE GENUINE REVIEWS SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE.

This must be the worst company on planet earth. They cannot deliver on time or at all, staff hide from the customers and wont answer emails. Customer service non existent. Please go elsewhere for your bed or be prepared for a life of hell.

Terrible company do not shop here. Customer service is terrible. Delivery's don't turn up. Makes excuses and does not like refunding. Will make up anything to keep customers money. Avoid at all costs

Do not buy from Bensons for Beds, whatever you do. Visited the Solihull branch to buy a mattress we'd had before, as the quality was good. Sales process was fine, and even got a discount. Then it was all downhill from there. Booked a day off work for the delivery, received the text and was waiting with an empty bed frame for the new mattress. New mattress did not arrive, no call, no text, nothing. Then finally, a call from a random mobile number, telling me it won't be delivered that day. Reorganised for a different day (I had to call them, not the other way around), waited again, and guess what? No delivery, no call, nothing. Dreadful. Was told they'd get in touch when I followed up, then nothing for several days. Eventually got a text message with a new date over a month away, on a day we weren't available. Had enough by this point, so called the Solihull branch for a refund. Was fobbed off three times waiting for the manager, eventually got back in touch with me to refund card and I barely got a sorry. If you buy from Bensons, don't expect your delivery to be fulfilled. Don't take time off work. Don't expect a follow up call. Possibly the worst customer experience I've had for a £1,000+ purchase. I'm now £600 out of pocket after I had to take time off work, and Bensons for Beds literally couldn't have cared less. Does anyone have any legal advice? Shop at John Lewis – our new mattress is on the way within a few days and we've been called to confirm everything already.

Bought bed in February broken . Took three days off work over three consecutive months to wait for the delivery of replacement . 2 no shows 1 wrong part delivered . Disaster . Customer service try thier best but the logistics is what’s letting them down the ceo need to stand up and get this resolved and face the responsibilities the busk stops with him

Ordered 2 wardrobes which were delivered on time. When the fitters came to assemble the wardrobes they noticed that there were several missing items which meant they could not be fully assembled. They told us to ring customer services to resolve this matter. We have tried several times being on hold for 45 minutes plus only to be cut off when we reach No 3 on the waiting list. Our emails have gone unanswered and we are now left with half finished wardrobes. Avoid at all costs…

Bed didn't turn up then found out they don't know when it will be ,tell u to get bed ready so now got to drag it back up stairs alone again 😒 😪 😤 😑 so ill have to take another day off because u will lose money if u cancel the really bad bit is try text tell u to be ready but can't be bothered to tell u that its cancelled run away never again

Terrible customer service. Shipment has been cancelled twice without being advised. Taken time off work for them not to even advise, been waiting over 2 months for furniture. Went into store to try to get an update but the advisor just told us to contact customer service, no apologies nothing. Still have not been advised when to expect the furniture. Would advise to stay well clear.

Don't waste your time or money!!!!! Waited weeks and weeks. Kept giving us delivery dates and then wouldn't inform us on the day it wasn't coming. They kept having an issue their end with the finance. When the bed and mattress eventually arrived it has a stain down one whole side.

Spent nearly £1500 on a mattress, protector & pillows. You can send the mattress back less 10% if you don't like it. The pillows were £70 each, laid on them once, fully covered. You can't take them back due to hygiene issues. That's exactly the same as the mattress!! Bensons, sort yourselves out, that's awful customer service. Very disappointing. Do not recommended & will not be giving them any business again.

4 failed delivery attempts but go a refund from the store very easy, staff that work there very polite and friendly just a shame the business is experiencing big problems. Wouldn't be surprised with all refunds that are being paid out the Company goes bust.

Awful, awful, awful. Avoid at all costs. You will take a day off work and they won’t show up, then repeat, then repeat again. Staff in store are nice but don’t be fooled, this is a company with big problems.

Everything. Wrong size info on website. Item delivered first to wrong address. 2hours wait on phone for every contact. Item eventually returned but refund still awaited. No return phone call as promised. The only thing they're good at is asking"how was it for you?" I've now had 11 of these e mails. Responding to them changes nothing.

Ordered on the 6th of Feb 2022. First delivery was cancelled due to lack of materials. Second delivery was cancelled due to bed being lost in the warehouse. Third delivery, which was due tomorrow, was cancelled due to lack of stock and van capacity. Customer services hung up on me whilst I was in the que on the 'phone. Customer service also hasn't responded to my email sent in April. I am locked into a finance agreement for a bed and other items I have not received. Absolutely disgraceful service and I would strongly advise you avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a bed and mattress for over £2000 in February and after 3 separate cancellations of the delivery ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY, including one where they cancelled AFTER the delivery slot and one where the drivers showed up without the main box with the bed in it, we ended up cancelling our order. 4 months without a bed. Shocked and appalled by the service. Absolute joke.

Absolutely terrible quality had five deliveries and still waiting for them to sort it out never respond to emails can’t get them on the telephone
