We had our bedroom designed to maximise the space as it is an odd shape. The process was easy and flexible. Our opinions mattered and we were consulted with all the way through. We couldnt be happier with the end result and we have the bedroom design we always wanted with plenty of cupboard wardrobe space, The fitters were excellent and clean and tidy. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

Excellent service all the way from entering shop in Milton Keynes to designing, surveying, a very small glitch on delivery day but installation team were excellent. We would certainly recommend you to our family and friends in fact to anyone who is thinking of having a new kitchen installed

We opted for Betta Living ahead of competitors because we were impressed by the quality and solidity of the kitchen units. Everything went very smoothly from the initial visit of Paula (who telephoned twice whilst on holiday abroad just to check that things were progressing as planned) to the expert fitting of Mike. He was extremely efficient and willing to make minor adjustments suggested by ourselves. We would have no hesitation in recommending Betta Living if our experience was the norm.

I presented the guys with a challenge to maximise existing storage which they responded to extremely well. Mike the fitter did a fantastic job. He really went the extra mile with some of the aspects of the fitting which made it even better than the plan. A great quality fit and finish. Will get them back to do my kitchen next year

My wife and I decided on a Betta Living kitchen to go in our new extension having seen the Linear Range in our local Farnborough showroom. Staff there were very good and helpful as was our designer who called to help plan our kitchen. Unfortunately we had the 'Friday' survey prior to ordering that caused items to be missed off the order. We have to praise the Remedial Team at Betta Living, Lenny, Ross and Martin who could not have been more helpful in helping us overcome these issues. Missed items were ordered and delivered in a speedy manner and as I write this our kitchen installation is almost complete and it is looking awesome! Thank you Betta Living. We understand the survey issue has been resolved by the company.

Our bedroom looks fabulous Ken and Tommy did a wonderful professional job fitting the furniture. They worked hard but maintained a sense of humour!! Thank you Betta Living for the efficient service will definitely recommend you.

Garcia b64492, just had my 2 teenage girls bedroom fitted from beta living . The whole process was very professional & stress free. Helen came out to do the design & chatted to my girls about both their interests of how they wanted the room to look. Vanessa was very helpful on the phone booking delivery dates of furniture & the fitters dates. But the best was the fitters ken & Tommy who telephoned the evening before to say the would be with me between 7.30am-7.45am depending on traffic. At 7.30 prompt they arrived & started work never stopped for lunch and didn't finish until 8pm both evenings. On completion of the job (2days) they cleaned the wardrobes inside & out , gave me a run through of everything they'd done & told me how to look after the furniture. Left the room clean & dust free. The only downside is they are not allowed to move any of the rubbish that's the customers responsibility. I can honestly say ken & Tommy are the best workmen Weve ever had . Keep up the good work guys !!

The bedroom furniture was fitted extremely well by Richard and Michael Pearce. They worked extremely hard and the overall look is great. The customer service team who we dealt with once ordered were so helpful and professional (particularly Karen Lund). However, the selling technique is a lot to be desired. Sales/Surveyors were pleasant people but the way in which the product is sold is not pleasant. The salesman was at our house one evening for a total of 5.5 hours! to discuss two bedrooms furniture. The price we were originally told was obviously not the price at all as we negotiated downwards. However, we do feel that the price we paid was extremely overpriced. Betta Living should give one price - the true price and stop the phoning 'the boss' to see what discounts can be given. They would probably sell more, without the hard sale, at a sensible price and the customers would not be left with a bad taste in their mouth.

Unsatisfied with the service we have received with Betta Living. We have also sent an email of complaint on several matters which we are awaiting a reply on. Issues were raised in regards to extra charges, faulty products, bad installation, lack of product knowledge as well as incorrect elements through second consultation and final installation. We are unsatisfied with the service we received in almost every area and I don't think at this point we would recommend Betta Living to anybody looking for a kitchen. The process and communication is pretty poor. The first contact that came around is really "the sales person". She was with us far too long (2hours) We knew exactly what we wanted, so could not understand why it was so long? The second contact, was the poor chap who had to interpret what the first person had "designed". This lovely chap had to start from scratch and did a very good job of dealing with my husband who was furious at having lost 2 hours of his life for nought. The communication is poor in terms of not telling us that the second and third contacts are sub contractors and don't always accept cheques. Number two preferred to be paid in cash and number three was cash or internet banking? Communicate this fact with your customers please! The company do not remove all the off cuts and surplus building materials either.......it's in the contract apparently? Number Three wanted the bedroom completely emptied as he needed as much room as possible to work in and our bedroom is not big. There is no method or planning on delivery. This would be helpful to the fitter as the bits he needed first were at the bottom of the pile. We live in a 1 bedroom open plan house. There was not a lot of room for him to manoeuvre around all our worldly possessions. Anyway, he managed to do a great job despite the very cramped conditions. Despite the positive outcome, we will not be using Betta Living for our bathroom or kitchen as we don't feel the business has the customers needs at the top of their list. There are too many people involved in the process and five payments gets a bit tedious and unnecessary. I should not have to pay my council to collect the off cuts and excess materials, that should be removed by Betta Living. Thank you to the young man who travelled to us from Leicestershire to ensure we got what we really wanted and to H for the lovely wardrobe he built us.

Excellent quality, good communication. I had to have the joiner back to realign one of the wardrobes, no quibble, no hassel. Really pleased with them now. Highly recommend this company although not cheap, good value for money.

B62959 Lowry. Bedrooms look great, good quality and well put together. Fitters ken and tommy were brill, worked hard and stayed late to get everything finished. One draw was damaged on the corner during delivery they did a great temporary fix and arranged for delivery of a replacment which was refitted. 4star given instead of 5 as not sure the designer quite gave us what we wanted, seem the have less storage then before! But looks great and fitted well.

Everything good, sales was good, survey was good, fitter as good and worked none top, however, we signed to say our info would not be passed on, and have had phone call, e mail and post from Thomas Sandersons blinds!!

Very professional and helpful team members right from the planning stage, (Angelica and Mic) including the fitters (Paul and Scott ) . Front line staff in Cannock excellent Designer excellent (Jonny Taylor) Surveyor excellent (Mark Hewkin) Delivery average, items short Fitter excellent (John) General comments The experience with Betta living has been good and we would recommend to others. From customer service to fitting was very good. The only issue we had was over a pull out larder. we ordered a pull out and it was on our paperwork, however a fixed shelve unit was delivered and fitted. My wife who is the most gentle person queried it with a senior member of you team and he was rude to her and it has spoilt it. He took no responsibility, telling my wife that he works from his paperwork "talk to the designer about it and tell him to send me an email"; hardly professional The issue has been resolved although the job is not yet complete, plinth and larder unit to be fitted

Additional costs applied even after the surveyor had been and costed the job !! Why the expense of a surveyor ? Also all the requests not applied ! No visits from betta living whilst fitter on site to mediate the issues from extra expenses and the little issues that arose from the fitter so not the stress free project we thought we would be getting.
