I am glad I went to Betta living as I wanted bathroom,kitchen, and bedrooms refurbishment doing and from making my first appointment for quotes to be given on the work I wanted doing which I was happy with everything just fell into place. I asked them if everything could be done soon as possible and they have not let me down I've got 3 rooms done already and the last room is to be started at the end of the month I can't believe how quick things are happening. Everyone have been great with me and I can highly recommend Betta living to anyone who is thinking of having any work done in their house.

In the beginning the salesman, fitter and customer service went really well and exceeded our expectations but a few things have change our view, from unclear payments to now delays in a work top supplier, to indifferent installers even though our order has had four mouths to organise and unreturned calls on progress which has spoiled our experience.

I have doubts as to the veracity of a company that quotes a starting price in excess of £32K for a bedroom and then settles, after some negotiation, for £5K. Why could the finishing price have been quoted from the onset? No mentiuon, however, was made of the additional fitter's fee, so be aware that you will need an extra grand for that. The surveyor and fitter were both critical of the sales/management for their blunders. When asked about bedside cabinet heights, I was told one height (6850mm) by two independent personnel, had the electrician accomodate this height in his design and when the cabinets came, they were 7600mm; I ended up having to cannibalise the cabinets to fit. The bedroom, in the end was great, but the troubles undergone in the journey were avoidable and down to the incompetence of BettaLiving. I would not recommend this company.

Beta living were flexible with the dates, and able to offer food payment alternatives. The furniture is good quality, it looks good, and it was fitted really well.

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY WARDROBES. THE DESSIGNER CAME UP WITH THE PERFECT FORMAT FOR AN AWKWARD SPACE.. INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED VERY EFFICIENTLY,

Firstly, they tell you that they are one of the fastest suppliers at installing kitchen when they come round for the sales quote, they took 3 weeks longer than the past 2 kitchens I've installed, so, I can't agree with that. They are expensive, I spend 2k more than my last kitchen, and this was for less kitchen whilst they had a 60% off sale, so you'd be wise to shop around. My main gripe though is the communication, poor customer care and indifference to the fact they actually cost me money. I booked time off work and they called at 10pm the night before they were due to tell me they weren't going to come on the Wednesday as planned. Then, on the Wednesday night, again late at night, they turned up at my house to tell me they would not be coming on the Thursday either, so thats 2 additional days of work that I lost. I'm self employed and it's nearly xmas, that £600 I am now out of pocket and because I then had to take additional days off I lost my client, and still no kitchen. Meanwhile, we have no kitchen, so we living off take aways which is really expensive. Finally they turn up on the Friday and Saturday, and finish the job on the Monday, so I had to cancel my weekend plans. Better living seemed totally un-phased by this, so I can assume it's a common happening. They also offered no financial compensation to the loss of earnings they inflicted upon me. Their kitchen range is limited, their customer care is poor and they cost me around £650 through take aways and loss of earnings and offered no compensation. Great. Merry Xmas.

I was very impressed with the interest and speed at which my fitting was done. Everyone I was in touch with was extremely polite and helpful. To top it all the fitter Michael arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He didn't stop for a break and finished by 2.30 having started on the dot of 7.30. He was very polite and tidied up after he had finished. My husband was in awe of his workmanship and so was I. I would recommend Bettaliving living to everyone!!!

Had a kitchen fitted back in may with this company. At first I was very pleased with Fitters. Took fitters couple of days to fit but then I realise that I have been left with several bits of wood unused and also parts of kitchen pieces not used and reply from fitters was surplus to requirements but I am thinking I must have paid for these parts and now they are sitting in my garage having no use to anybody. After kitchen was fitted there was a few hick ups with doors been damaged fitters re, ordered new doors which arrived few days later Fitters arrived to re, fit doors only to find these were also damaged. Yet again have to re, order doors several weeks later after holidays no new doors delivered. phoned yet again doors arrived few weeks later got on to Betta living said fitter would contact me few weeks went by still no call. phoned Betta living again finally fitter came out only to realise that hinges never came with doors so re, ordered hinges they arrived couple weeks later only to find when I opened them they had only sent two instead of four instead of waiting weeks again I went out and purchased hinges myself. Phoned betta living yet again and reply was I shall get fitter to phone you and two weeks later I have not heard from anybody. Also whilst on the subject I had to have fitters come back out due to having part of house with out sockets not working. I got an Electrician out to rectify the problem which he said that two wires had been connected wrongly. I still have not had my certificate. I am just wondering if these problems will ever get sorted for myself or like other people have to take the matter further. contract Number B61174

From my initial enquiry to the visit of our designer Anne Huckbert was seamless. The design was amazing and incorporated everything we asked for. Once the surveyor Adrian Ell had cast his expert eye over everything it was all systems go. The fitter Mark Hathaway contacted us to let us know what time he would be arriving 24 hours before and he was right on time. His workmanship was fantastic and he left our house spotlessly clean both days after finishing. I would highly recommend this team if you are looking for a professional job. Time bound fitters consequently fitting was sloppy. Clean up afterwards was poor. Fitters more concerned with getting home or moving on to the next job I had a two bedroom fitt when they arrived I asked them to do my large bedroom first as this room had been totally cleared and my bed was in second bedroom which was the bedroom for the second fit due to be started the following day. On my return home from work both bedrooms were in disarray their tools spread through out the two bedrooms, leaving nowhere for a bed to be laid. We only have a two bedroom flat so they had left us without anywhere to put the bed down make it and sleep on it. On the second day at lunch time the were very keen to get on the road to their next job. The handover was poor it was clearly evident the had put less than minimum effort in to cleaning up the drawers still had shavings in all surfaces were covered in dust through out the entire flat they offered to get their Hoover out and clean up, I declined their Hoover was responsible for spreading the dust through out the flat. Nice furniture we like the styling, sadly the fitting was only done with a modecome of skill with a slight nod to flush fitting joints. Attention to detail is very poor they were more concerned about getting away early, they even answered half the questions on the customer satisfaction survey and prompted you on the second part. The survey should be left with the client to complete free of harassment.

We had a bedroom suite fitted and it looks absolutely stunning, it doesn't look like the same room! Our original requirements couldn't be met but the surveyor was honest and made the change an easy decision. The fitters were absolutely brilliant, they came across 1 problem, gave me 2 options and helped me pick the right one. I'm sure other fitters would have walked away unable to complete the job! So impressed with the end result. Nowsaving up for the bathroom to be done. Thank you so much.

Had our kitchen fitted in September 2015 which is good quality and we love it. Our kitchen fitter was excellent took him 5 days to fit it. We are now having problems with both ovens need a new door on top oven and bottom oven the light doesn't work which will take 2 weeks to replace! Now going to have to ring them as the dishwasher has to be put on twice to clean the dishes!!! Spent a lot of money on the kitchen and were very quick to ring for payments but know one of yet has rang from Betta living to say if we are happy!

From the initial sales call via the surveyors visit and up to the fitting service I wish to say everything was first class, no negative comments whatsoever. The wardrobes themselves are of any extremely high quality so the price I paid was very reasonable. I would like to make a very special mention to Michael the fitter who was highly professional - extremely tidy, very understanding when I asked to change the size of the bedside units, completed the whole project in one day, even though the original quote suggested two, and most of all his work was of a very high quality. Whilst the overall quality of the product is good, we have experience many flaws along the way. The designer came out to measure up and design our new wardrobes to our bedroom. He failed to take the correct measurements for a fireplace and promised us several features (a plain plinth and a single mirror on the feature door). The surveyor then came out and stated that the measurements were completely wrong, as one wardrobe would sit in front of half the fireplace. . This resulted in us having to come up with a different design ourselves extremely quickly as he was going on holiday the following day. This made the whole process feel extremely time pressured and stressful. He then also informed us that we were unable to have the plinth we had ordered or the feature door as they were not available in that design, meaning we had to make a big compromise on those items. We have been refunded a small amount as compensation for having to change the design but feel that this is in no way enough due to the fact that we now have features we didn't want. We would certainly hesitate before recommending to anyone else. The finished product is fine apart from having a plinth we dislike and a feature door we didn't want.

I was very impressed with the initial consultation with Gizelle as I knew exactly what I wanted so it was quick and simple. Gizelle made a few helpful suggestions and ideas which we included in the plans. Paul the surveyor was prompt and efficient with the final plans. The delivery was prompt, quick and straightforward. Mel the fitter was prompt, arriving from Wales at 8am. He worked very hard all day until 4pm and finished the glass sliding wardrobes. He was polite, pleasant, professional, tidy and obviously an expert in his work. We are delighted with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Betta Living to family and friends as we were also recommended by friends. Many thanks Alison Mitchell B66175

Good quality of work and material. Would have given 5 stars but one thing was missed by them... i was told chimney hood above hob will have an exhaust pipe going out but later designer said it cant be done... all extractor is doing now cleaning the smoke and throwing it back in the kitchen.. which doesn't really help.

Kitchen - we love the product but bit so happy about the fitting. Although the lads did work long hours it took them a long time to complete the job and they had to come back to polish off things they messed up. Still waiting for the fitters to come back for a second time to sort out the washing machine!!

Booked them in three times, three times they didn't show up, no call to explain why. When I called to find out why they hadn't come I got no apology, just an offer to rebook. Does not inspire any confidence when you'd be spending several thousand pounds with them

the finished product is excellent..changed the bedroom significantly..we love it. the initial visit by sales was lengthy, however all of our needs with regards to bedroom where discussed and met. however, when the surveyor visited it soon became apparent that we could not have the design that was agreed upon, considering i was not at this appointment as i was at work i had to discuss over the phone with the surveyor and my husband. this was a nightmare, and i felt let down by it, i would have rearranged however, it would have incurred an extra fee!! so i had to agree to a new design that i had not seen!
